hospital
could
be
better
and
need
to
improve,
especially
when
it
already
has
a
good
system
in
place
for
BPJS
patients.
My
earlier
impression
of
this
hospital
is
quite
good,
but
lately
it
changes.
Despite
of
good
system,
and
the
friendly
helpful
staff,
the
registration
machine
just
kept
failing.
When
I
thought
the
process
would
be
fast
because
already
registered
through
WhatsApp
and
got
the
online
reference
letter
from
Faskes
1,
the
machine
just
didn't
recognize
the
files
so
that
we
need
to
wait
long
queue
on
the
manual
registration.
and
some
other
few
things
like
so
crowded
patients,
missing
nurse
on
the
nurse
station,
unclear
information
on
the
process,
medical
history
and
lab
results
that
are
not
well
documented,
different
advices
between
nurses,
and
others
that
kept
reducing
good
impression
of
this
hospital.
Really
really
hope
improvement
can
be
made
and
then
good
service
maintained.
