Not good services, got one mistaken for describe from the laboratory. The doctor was not good, don't know the others but the Urology doctor (Dr. Bagoes Baskoro) was too theorists, book reader and too afraid to take an action. I was spent about Rp. 2.800.000 for nothing. Twice laboratory check up and twice consulting, and the result is nothing happens, my husband still sick and we decided to go to another hospital, and then my husband is getting better.

this hospital could be better and need to improve, especially when it already has a good system in place for BPJS patients. My earlier impression of this hospital is quite good, but lately it changes. Despite of good system, and the friendly helpful staff, the registration machine just kept failing. When I thought the process would be fast because already registered through WhatsApp and got the online reference letter from Faskes 1, the machine just didn't recognize the files so that we need to wait long queue on the manual registration. and some other few things like so crowded patients, missing nurse on the nurse station, unclear information on the process, medical history and lab results that are not well documented, different advices between nurses, and others that kept reducing good impression of this hospital. Really really hope improvement can be made and then good service maintained.

love this place.. the doctors are good, the nurses are friendly and nice. the amenities are complete. my mum underwent a femur replacement surgery here 5 months ago. much much better than the sister hospital, which located at Ciledug

Assalamualaykum. My newborn baby just hospitalized here. It's a very nice service and also all of nurse is humble. Medical facility is all great enough. They give us a medical service in two way; Medication and Pray. I give 5 stars to this hospital.

I had surgery yesterday at this hospital and all the processes at this hospital from registration, consultation with doctors, radiology, laboratories and treatment were all very helpful. Especially the registration section was assisted and given information instructions with good. A little suggest maybe a little smile from the nuns at the registration desk😊. And i'm amaze untuk setiap dinding dimana pun itu ada ayat ayat al quran, dimana itu sangat membantu agar kita selalu meminta perlindungan Allah SWT. Overall, all the services at this hospital are very good 👍. Thank you Sari Asih Ciputat 😊

It's friendly hospital to bpjs user but I takes to long to get a room. But the emergency response is very good. There's a minimarket and a es teler 77 restaurant.

I've ever hospitalized in here. The healthcare staff is very nice and welcomed to give me the healthcare services. Thank you and best regard for all the hospital staff. Hopefuly stay safe for all of us.

Alhamdulillaahillaadzi bini'matihi tattimush shaalihaat.. I have a very pleasant experiences for two times vaccinated. Very well prepared. I hope the services in this hospital as good as they exhibite a vaccine programs. Allaahumma Baarik lahum.

I never had a good impression to this hospital, my dad died here alone! My aunty was really sick and my family brought her here and did the several check, they said everything is normal and no issues, the fact that she was having complications illness after we brought her to the ‘proper’ hospital. I urge you to enhance your facilities, improve the competency of your doctors, and exercise caution in providing reassurances without thorough investigation, dont put people life in danger by simply saying she is alright!

Can you just replace the employee who is serving at the front, he's already angry, he's angry... he's been waiting for medicine for half a day?
