🫤 Unfortunately, I have an unpleasant experience here. I didn't feel the doctor really care to the patient. And the way he talked to my mother was not convenient. The administration officer has less smile and even nag to us.The good side I found is in the lab, the officer is really nice.

- The doctor was not detail, it took only about 10 - 15 minutes for my scalling, literally the procedure done one time, no second checking nor show me the result. I got to do checking on my own in the toilet mirror.

😐 I've had a consultation. Quite satisfied with the doctor. However, subsequent communication with the admin was very slow in responding. It would be best for Bob to appoint dedicated personnel as admin. Doesn't double as a nurse.
