Haven’t been here in a few years so thought I’d stop in for lunch. Was greeted and sat as soon as I walked in, looked over the menu and enjoyed the chips and salsa, ordered the usual Cameron a la diabla with flour tortillas. The dish was served fresh and hot and tasted as good as it looked. I will be back, and it won’t be years from now.

Happy to say that this restaurant is a great place to get some good Mexican food!

I have been coming here for a couple of years and I had to give them the review that is deserved I have ordered so many different things and has always been super delicious made fresh for there customers "The best Mexican Food in Whittier" the staff gives exceptional service as well a definite must stop and try you won't be disappointed enjoy I always have . Tacos gobernador (governor tacos) were a tasty treat and hot off the grill! The beans were definitely not frozen as it came out hot and smooth! My waitresses was fantastic and cheerful. I set the atmosphere ting with some jukebox joints out the rnb and hip hop scene. A+ definitely will return on the weekends!

I ordered the caldo de pollo soup it was very good but did not have cabbage or potatoes in it. My husband ordered a ground beef wet burrito it was very bland no favor at all. I also ordered a soup to go. I felt like I was coming down with a cold and this is my go to spot for a good bowl of soup.

I do not recommend eating here. It’s not good at all and a small order of rice is about $5 for a really small amount.

This place is very good Mexican food and has mariscos. Definitely coming back to this restaurant. Small but food very delicious 😋

Horrible experience. I ordered two menudos to go and they were both filled with A LOT of human hairs in them🤢🤮. It looked like fresh hair clippings as if the chef got a haircut and didn't bother to shower. I returned the menudos and told them about the hairs and how it was unacceptable. They offered a weak dry apology and said it was cow hair but even if it was cow hairs why would they still serve it like that considering it was a lot of hairs not just one or two?

The food is good and the atmosphere inside is nice. The people are friendly as well. Food is a little pricey but not too much... only issue I have is they charge for every extra thing you add for example like cheese, sour cream and guacamole... it turns a $11 burrito into a $15 one and for charging for the extras and when you take it home it's not there, that's kind of annoying...

Nachos are super good! Not alot of crazy beans added on my nachos with carne asada.. 😋 We had to make another trip back to get more Birria tacos 🌮 because they were so... good! FAMILY friendly 👪 KAREOKE. this was our first visit

You cannot find better Mexican food elsewhere than at this establishment. Today, my dad and I went there for lunch. He ordered his favorite dish, huevos rancheros, and I ordered my favorite, carne asada with shrimp. Add two large iced teas and some excellent chips and salsa.

I adore this location! They have a sizable menu, good dishes, and a skilled chef on staff. I enjoy sampling all of their food very highly. The meal is consistently superb, and the staff treats customers effectively. I dine here frequently and have never had a bad experience. I urge everyone to try it.

This place by far is the best Mexican restaurant in town real deal Mexican food today I went to have lunch with my dad there he got his favorie huevos rancheros and I got my favorite carne asada and shrimp add two big Iced Teas and some really good chips and salsa and you can't beat that anywhere !
