Overall the stay was very good. I forgot my passport and the lady specially told me that I had forgotten my passport. She has even postponed her plan to pick up her granddaughter for me because I was coming from Birmingham. Really appreciate it. I would prefer to stay next time whenever I will go to London.

Lead to believe it was a hotel. It was more like a hostel. Very expensive for what I was. I wouldn't book again. Creeking stairs. Dated property and room. . I felt uncomfortable staying there Like I was staying In a strangers house location was opposite a university so good if need to be over the road from campus.

The lady at the reception was great, however the customer service support is terrible. My flight got canceled and I tried to contact them to modify the days, they drove me nuts and they didn't care at all.

I stayed here to be near campus for my graduation, bindi the host was very nice and was available to help even at early morning I would definitely stay here again if needed the room was okay the shower was a bit hard to switch off other than that everything was good. Thank you bindi for your kind customer service !

I always see this lodge and undervalue it's service as it appears to be small on the outside. However, all my perceptions about the lodge changed the moment I checked in. First and foremost, the warm and genuine welcome by the owner made me feel instantly at home. She greeted me with a friendly smile and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met throughout my entire stay. She helped me move my stuff to the room and even showed me how to carefully open the windows without causing any damage or injury to myself. Her professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service was truly commendable. Highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

I stayed here for three weeks and I gotta say, it's amazing. The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, and everything was in perfect working order. Plus, the location is great too. There's a bus stop right across the street and a subway station just a 20-minute walk away. So getting around is quite easy. But what really made my stay awesome was the host. She was so friendly and helpful. She gave me great tips on where to eat and shop nearby. And when it was time for me to leave, she even helped me order a taxi. She really cares about making guests happy. So yeah, I definitely recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Lovely space, very close to the university, quiet and very clean, well looked after. The stay was absolutely wonderful, the owner was very nice and very helpful. Not much more we could have asked for but if we did, it would have been sorted for us ASAP. We will definitely come back!

The host was an amazing, kind lady. very comfortable homely rooms it felt like I was in my own bedroom. The only downside to our stay was our room was right next to the bathroom and we was disturbed during the night and early hours of the morning with other guests using the bathroom and being quite loud. Other than that it was a fabulous stay and I would definitely return. Great location right opposite Brunel University with a beautiful pond outside with ducks, very easy to get to and the bus stop was right outside.

A super comfy stay with excellent service! I work in Uxbridge, but only need to be back once a month so stayed the night. Hotels in the area are tricky given the price, so Honeycroft Lodge offers really good value. The host was excellent, allowing for a late-check in and was super welcoming. She introduced me to the facilities and was accommodating when I needed a hairdryer early morning. Immediately an at-home feel, and keeps you at ease especially if you hadn't visited before. The room itself was well kept and the bed comfy. Additional snacks are available if needed, plus a microwave + table in the shared public area. Feel asleep and passed out till morning. Super cosy! The only negatives I would say are that the walls are super thin so you can easily hear surrounding rooms and my sheets did have some stains on them. It was also a little chilly despite there being a heater. I would suggest at least having a warmer optional blanket if needed, plus an extra towel (you only get one) Aside from that, a good place for a snooze and to feel refreshed for the day ahead. It's opposite Brunel University and next to a bus-stop into town or towards Heathrow. Approx. 1 mile / 15 minutes walk to Uxbridge Tube Station, plus there are facilities on the Brunel campus if needed (restaurant/cafe/bar) Will likely visit again next time :)

Excellent location near Brunel University, in fact right inside the campus, the property is a great place to stay since we came to visit our son who studies here. The room and the bathroom are spacious, very clean and maintained impeccably. The dining area has fridge and a microwave. The supplies are of great quality. The bus stop is right next to the property and it has ample parking space if you're driving in or guests visiting. The place is quiet and overlooks the university and a small pond that hosts many birds. The host is incredibly kind, welcoming and went out of the way to help us in many areas we needed help and we felt very much at home. She is very knowledgeable, even guided us on places to visit and easiest means to get there. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean and the owner is friendly .you don’t feel like you are in a hotel but you feel at home . I will like to thank the owners of of the hotel for the help they gave me and my friend . It was a difficult period for me and my friends, especially for us coming from different countries and no one that we know was there to help but the owners of the hotel came to our rescue 5 to becoming homeless .I will recommend this hotel to anyone any day .

It was the most comfortable stay at a very welcoming Lodge just across the beautiful pond at Brunel University and at the Heart of Uxbridge. Mrs. Rajvinder is the most incredible Host who looked after everything. It was my most memorable stay and special Thanks to the Most Gorgeous Mrs. Rajvinder for making our stay so comfortable. I will always and always stay here at this lodge. Stay blessed always.

The lady who owns/manages the place was extremely welcoming - feels like you’re at home. For the price, it’s very clean and easy to get around as there’s a bus stop just a stones throw away. Would stay again.
