Firstly, the staff are great. They really were fantastic and attentive. Room for improvement: better kitted out kitchens, easier to use AC (ours actually broke)

The hotel has several issues, in chronological order: - if you click on “get directions” on booking.com and then let Google pick that address you will end 0.4 miles away - you have to park your car next to an unprotected scaffolding site if your car does not fit the underground car park and you will drive an additional 0.6 mile around the roundabout - the staff has a hard time understanding what you tell them, understandable due to the masks, but they have reactive behavior instead of showing kindness and sympathy, I worked in hospitality and their reactive bred tells me they lack natural courteous interaction skills and lack training as well - the website is not clear enough in the email you receive about the enormous parking price of £12 - they don’t show the £6 for the pet on the mobile site, only on desktop, but we booked through the mobile app, and the email from them does not specify the £6, we paid the £6 eventually - the deposit of £100 is understandable but ridiculous, I understand it’s my first time paying such a deposit and it might be a practice elsewhere - one lady from the reception called me to tell me she does not have to apologize and told me that she found the £6 pet fee on the mobile, I told her that I could still not find it - the morning we checked out they told us we didn’t pay the £6 for the pet. Imagine how it feels after we paid it and we knew it is a sensitive issue already - showing ID cards to prove the same household The room: - soap scums on the shower - the floor had scratches from moved furniture - a lot of noise coming from the lift motor, I guess, the entire night, music and discussions can be easily heard through walls - the room is so airtight you will get a headache if you don’t keep the balcony window open - no fan in the bathroom

The rooms are fully equipped with pretty new appliances, bed and bathroom are very good! Most impressive, however, was the warm reception, the friendly and helpful personnel. Particularly Attila at the front desk deserves a very special mentioning! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

Avoid the place. It's dirty and in my opinion they are not following the very basics of cleaning a room (bed bugs as just one example). The 4 stars hotel is a joke. All in all, if you finally visit the place and you have a similar experience, please add your review to save some people. Now, a message to the social media manager who might respond with the "thank you for your review..." response, please just don't.

Such a disaster! Checked us in to late, and only beds for 2 people when we were 3. Asked for covers and got simple sheets. Before that we were told that we had to wait for covers and pillows because the colleague was on a break( we wanted to go sleep since it was ten in the evening) Toilets were super dirty and when we tried to ask for them to make it better we were told to write an email to the front house manager. She couldn't do much and said she could put us on a different floor but same room...(for 2!)

What can I say… Anta was absolutely amazing her customer service from start to finish of my stay here. She went above and beyond to make me and boyfriend feel so welcome here, and upgraded our room due to the circumstances of our stay here. Absolutely 10/10 cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!!!

Yasmin is a complete delight! A credit to the adagio team. She always has a smile on her face and greets us with such friendliness. The rooms are really nice too! My only negative is that I wish the beds had stoppers to stop the wheels rotating and moving the bed.

Nice rooms and nice staff but the kitchenware is really insufficient, 2 pans only and with no lids at all, so food takes 3 times to be cooked, asked for lids and the staff said it was only for the apartments, the studios don't get lids. Also only 2 glasses and small plates provided and of top of all that the oven was full of fat, it wasn't cleaned properly. All in all a nice place but the kitchen is lacking stuff and cleanliness.

Even though the room is large, that's the only advantage it has. The laundry must be done at the basement and there's only 2 washers and 2 dryers. Reservation has to be done to use the laundry room, however, not every guest abide by the rules and therefore we don't always get to use the machines at the time slot. You need to have coins ready for the machines. The hotel reception ran out of coins! We were asked to exchange it ourselves from the supermarket nearby. That's great service and facility. Hotel Manager, here's a recommended solution to that problem. Introduce a token system for the washer and dryer, one would not be able to use the machine without the token. Everyone who reserves the slot will have to retrieve the token from reception. Of course, this has its disadvantage though whether the hotel manpower can support this. The mattress in the room is way too soft and provides uneven support. Hot water supply for shower is enough for one person during winter, the second person has to wait for a bit for sufficient hot water supply. To be honest, I would opt for an AirBnb which has an attached washer and dryer next time. We did not like the timed water heater; who would press the Boost button and wait 40 minutes for the water to heat up during the day? That's not the normal shower routine one should have.

The location is so so. It’s got a great bus route connection. There is a Sainsbury right on the corner. They have a gym and laundry that isn’t massive but you can have a great workout. My room was spacious and had a great balcony. But the bathroom was gross and the dishwasher had a ton of mold. Besides that the room was nice.

Very decent rooms, polite and hospitable staff; special mention to the reception staff Ms. Manisha who made the check in process so smooth and convenient. Also, the reception area included a library which was first for me and really liked the concept. Mr Adi and Ms Anta both were a big help to guide me access the public transport and other touristy things around London. Enjoyed my stay here and definitely looking forward to visit again.

This is my favourite place to stay. Rooms are amazing as always well heated and clean. The view is beautiful and I just always have a good time here. The staff are so nice and lovely But specially Manisha is always kind.. Thank you a easy check in.

It was a comfort stay in the Aparthotel, with the basic kitchen, we enjoyed the cooking n dining inside the room. The parking costed £15/night, which is reasonable. The staffs were nice and offer warm services as well. There is a small 24/7 gym n laundry at -1/F. The breakfast is just average, which I prefer can enjoy breakfast outside or simply buy sth to eat in the supermarket underneath. There is a 65 bus nearby, but the tube station is a bit distanced.

Stay was excellent. Rooms had abundant space. Service and maintenance were good. Had a beautiful car company. Location is the only catch. If you are able to cook, this place is beautiful, but if you wanna eat outside indian food is gonna be difficult. Or you have to opt for uber eats.

The service was fantastic. The lady named Heena and the rest of the staff were very polite and helpful. They made me feel welcomed and valued. Customer service 10/10. I would fully recommend anyone to stay here and I would definitely be coming back again very soon! I would expect the same quality of experience (or even better than my previous one) again!

Very clean place and professional staff. Thank you for the hospitality of Heena and Ati. The room is complete with amenities and with laundry room as well. Good place for long stays. Very big room compared to the other hotel I stayed in the center. May be a bit far from the center but we enjoyed the bus rides as we get to see the other parts of London, not just the center. Transportation is not an issue there are several bus stops around the area.

Room apartment are big and clean. But service only once a week. Washing mashine is common for everybody in the basement, you need to book it. Gym is very small and dark in the basement as well. Location near airport is good but central London is 40min with underground and there is no much to do, pub and restaurant very few. Overall experience is correct.

The location was good, the reception staff was friendly and helpful. A special THANK YOU to Anta and Heena, who made our stay very pleasant. They were very attentive and supported us with all our requests and questions! The rooms were okay- as no staff came to the cleaning, we were missing toilet paper and had to ask for it. It was very loud and the Smart Tv wasn’t actually a Smart Tv. The breakfast was good, but there was only toast and it was the same everyday.

For the price, the location and size of the room is good. However, it is not very clean. The toilets doors had extensive water marks and mold. It seems that it wasn't thoroughly cleaned prior to accommodating new guests. The kitchen amenities were also not properly cleaned. Otherwise it would have been a better stay. There was nothing special about the service either.

Satya was a great night manager. He was very attentive and assisted with all of our requests! He brought great solutions. The hotel also came with a neat outdoor sheltered area. Overall solid hotel.

Came to check-in in the weekend by 2 very lovely ladies, Vanisha & Kyrine. Had a very warm welcome, they were so friendly and helpful. The room it’s self was great! Very well maintained. Never stayed in an Aparthotel before and I must say I will definitely come back with my family for a holiday here!!

It was fantastic to be here, much better than other 4 star hotels, rooms are bigger, the view was great from the 10th floor, and The breakfast is ok, however it gets a little boring after couple of days. Catalina and Atilla were fantastic hosts, their smile was infectious they are very responsive and extremely helpful for things within the hotel and also guiding around the area

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful; Would recommend to anyone who is looking for long stay, especially there’s an open plan kitchen in each room with kitchenware which allows you to cook easily. Room is cozy with modern design, spacious winter garden and nice city view, it makes you feel like home. Look forward to our next stay!

Good value, great facilities, good looking location. Missing decor.

I have stayed at this apartment style hotel many times. The last time was 3 months ago and the service was, once again, fantastic. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had several conversations with the manager who remembers me, even though I was wearing a mask every day for my 8 day stay which is always a good sign if the manager remembers you, especially behind a mask. I had room/Suite 1007 on the top floor and it was nice with a big enclosed balcony. Overall 5 out 5 again if you require an apartment rather than an ordinary room. All the appliances worked and one gets a set of 3 for everything. My only slight complaint is that the cups should be larger and the cereal bowls need to be larger as both are quite small so not really that useful. Other than this everything is great. One really feels like one is at home. I have a rental car each trip and I wish the parking was free. That is my only other slight issue. Overall though a 5 out of 5 again rating...

Lovely clean, modern and well-equipped apartments. Makes staying away from home a whole lot more comfortable than a hotel. Added bonus with an on-site gym and Sainsburys local next door. Only drawbacks were the lack of cleaning during 4 night stay (this appears to be an extra charge) and the noise disrupting my sleep (being located right night to Great West Road).

I don’t know how this hotel got 4 stars in its reviews. I stayed in this hotel for a week. Worst hotel in London. The high floor rooms are rented for special tenants with long term lease. So only the low level is for short term stays. There is a construction going on near by the building. They charge for towels services £11 every single time & there is no room service. It has been more than two weeks my deposit has not been refunded. Worst location. Don’t waste your money!

An absolute gem besides all the other business hotels in this area. You can get a fully equipped and spacious apartment a price that’s even lower than the hotel rooms around. When you’re on a business trip to Brentford, this would be my recommended choice.

Happy, kind, helpful and professional staff. Lovely suites with fantastic private sun verandas. Air conditioning in each room with individual thermostats in each room. Super practical underground car park at reasonable rates. Fabulous well equipped gym. Small supermarket located next door. Very well equipped kitchens with dishwashers, Nespressos, etc and even dishwasher tablets, nespresso pods etc provided. Quiet street behind hotel. Busses every few minutes direct to Kew Gardens and Hammersmith tube. This is a great place to stay.

Amazing stay at the Adagio Brentford! I was pleasantly surprised by the balcony area and also the smart TV as I did not have any expectations. All the kitchen amenities are included such as kettle, oven and hob - great is you fancy cooking something! View from the room was amazing. The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. All the staff I came across were helpful and the breakfast was great too. Many thanks for the parking, it was highly appreciated and very convenient! We had a good stay of 7 days at Adagio. The staff is really nice, especially Andrew ,Anta and Adi who assisted us whenever required. He certainly made our stay pleasant. Also while it is understandable that towels may not be replaced everyday, however fresh towels should be accessible when necessary without a charge.

I will come back to Adagio Aparthotel. Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. Everything was 10 out of 10, and specially the Service and more precisely William. I asked him about the best route to London and through the city and he recommended me various options that turned out to be very good. Kudos to him.

Lots of dust on the floor, no washing machine in the room, poor service in the reception even though they were 3 people at times. With small effort they could do so much better. Going back to the other apartment I've stayed in next time.

It has been a pleasant stay, with great service and attention, and if a problem occured, was solved properly and in time. Room was very comfortable and with all the needs. Aditionally, I am going to say that, of the staff we met through our stay, Mr. William attention was specially good (he was the man in reception during the morning and who finally managed to solve out the problem we had with the boiler). I will come back again in my next UK trip

I arrived early from the states. While my room was not ready the staff did a great job of helping me find a local restaurant and making comfortable in their lobby area. Andrew was the kitchen staff at breakfast, he was amazing. While a seemingly unremarkable situation. He timed my soft boiled egg and was on top of moving dishes and keeping the line properly stocked. I was very impressed with attention to detail. Great job Andrew! Not the fanciest hotel but they have top notch people, which makes all the difference.

Incredible view. However, service was trash. They also charged for more towels if we got them more frequently than every 8th day because of a cleaning fee. They also are located 1 mile from a metro station and no bikes or scooters are close. The area is safe and the apartment itself was large and clean.

We only stayed for one night, but enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely stay again. Room was very clean and the amenities were great- we also managed to get a room on the top floor with an amazing view and a private, closed balcony. Staff were really friendly and kept us well informed. Would definitely stay here again!
