I chose Chelsea Eye Opticians because i may be able to get better deals from larger chains, or cheaper glasses online, but the quality and service I got from Chelsea Eye Centre can't really be beaten in the impersonal high-street chains or online. From start to finish, I was made to feel welcome, valued and indeed part of the family by everyone from the reception staff, to an Optometrist to the Dispensing Optician Assistant. The service was amazing - an hour for a full checkup, including laser scans, pressure tests (with a cool gadget from Finland that gently pokes your eyeball rather than blasting it with air) and a full explanation of what everything does including a detailed rundown of what the laser scan does or doesn't show on my poor old eyeballs. There's plenty of choices of frames - I could find what i liked and suited me so it wasn't restrictive and they can do anything you like in terms of lenses (including the ones with scratch-guarantee that I went for because I'm careless with my glasses). Delivery was quick - I was promised 1-2 weeks, it actually turned out to be fewer than 7 days - I got the call that the glasses were ready a few minutes before the day and time I had the appointment the previous week. All in all, I'd definitely go back - to be honest I'm almost looking forward to it!

HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and DEGRADING experience. On Friday the 8th of April at around 2pm, i walked by the store and noticed they carried the Dior sunglasses I've been looking for the longest time! I was elated! I decided to go inside the store and purchase it. I pushed the front door and noticed it was locked! I gently knocked on the door, the sales associate gestured at me to wait , while she was helping another customer! I waited outside in the FREEZING cold. A few prospective customers passed by and noticed the front door was closed, they groaned and left. I waited for almost seven minutes in the frigid until i gave up. The least the sales associate could have done is to UNLOCK the door and let the customers browse around or wait inside while you're helping another customer.

Had always seen the nicest collections in the window, decided to give it a go wasn’t disappointed. Everyone was very nice and helpful and professional. I purchased the nicest pair of glasses and the team took fun pictures for their social media. They made my shopping experience a memorable experience. I think I was assisted by Vaida, bubbly nice and helpful girl! Recommend going there for a personal shopping experience with quality products.

They stock a great range of stylish frames to choose from, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Not at all pushy, either. I am very happy to have found these opticians and I love my new glasses. Excellent service.

Beautiful selection of optical frames and sunglasses! The staff are always very helpful, friendly and attentive. Optometrist lady who carries out my routine tests is very professional and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with my prescription. And they always pick the best looking and fitting glasses for me. I have recommended this practice to all my friends. Fantastic service from start to finish would definitely come back and not go anywhere else, I recommend chelsea eye centre and would give it a 20/10 if it was possible get your sunglasses and prescription glasses here and nowhere else and with a unbelievable variety of the biggest luxury names.
