A beautiful place tucked away in the far end of Sentosa cove, it is indeed a memorable stay with lots to do for a getaway from busy city life. The away room is located at level 1, accessible just a floor up from the carpark and within the spa region. Each room comes with its private small pool (non heated) with jacuzzi and maintain some privacy (though higher floors can look in if they want to). There is a bath tub within the rest room if one desire a warmer alternative. Breakfast has a large and warm variety, and you can ask for both menu and buffet items. As it's tucked far into Sentosa cove, it's either driving in or bus B which comes every 15 minutes. One of the more memorable aspect of the stay is the warm and friendly staff, polite and welcoming. Great service there!

Loved this place! The spa and gym were amazing. The room was really cool and modern. The breakfast buffet was beyond amazing - so many choices and everything was delicious! The pool and water slide were really fun too!

We had a two night stay at the W hotel and it did not disappoint. Pros - wonderful service, particularly in the main restaurant where breakfast is served. Our son has lots of allergies and the chef was careful in preparing food that our son would enjoy. The service in the pool area was also great. - amazing pool area, it was so relaxing and the area was very clean. The also had a good selection of pool toys and lounges. Loved the pool bar! - the room was spacious and had a nice view of the pool area Cons - we stayed in a Marvelous Suite and the bathroom had a bit of a sewerage smell

Serene Escape in the Heart of the City: W Singapore - Sentosa Cove Nestled in Sentosa Cove, W Singapore stands as an oasis of luxury, providing a tranquil escape within the vibrant city of Singapore. During my recent stay in the Away, Outdoor Plunge Pool room, where the rate paid was Rp8,841,352, I had the pleasure of immersing myself in the resort's unique charm. This review aims to provide insights into my experience, offering glimpses into the features that make W Singapore - Sentosa Cove an exceptional destination. Away, Outdoor Plunge Pool Room: The Away, Outdoor Plunge Pool room at W Singapore is a haven of contemporary luxury. Featuring a private plunge pool, the room offers a unique blend of sophistication and relaxation. The modern design, coupled with thoughtful amenities, creates an ambiance that seamlessly integrates with the resort's vibrant energy. Resort Vibe in the City: What captivates me most about W Singapore is the amazing resort vibe it exudes in the midst of the city. The lush surroundings, coupled with the stunning pool areas, transport guests to a world of serenity. The private plunge pool in the room adds an extra layer of exclusivity, providing a personal oasis within this urban escape. The sparkling wine breakfast and cocktail hour further enhance the resort experience. Location Considerations: While the resort offers a serene escape, the location in Sentosa Cove might be a drawback for those looking to be closer to the city center. The tranquil setting comes at the expense of being somewhat distant from the bustling city life. However, for those seeking a peaceful retreat, this may be seen as a positive aspect. Culinary Delights: The culinary offerings at W Singapore are a delightful journey for the taste buds. The breakfast spread, with a focus on Indonesian specialties, provides a culinary exploration of diverse flavors. Whether enjoyed at the lounge or the main restaurant, each dining experience is a celebration of gastronomic excellence. Conclusion: My stay at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove, in the Away, Outdoor Plunge Pool room, was a serene escape in the heart of the city. The resort vibe, coupled with the private plunge pool and culinary delights, made it a memorable stay. If you're seeking a tranquil retreat in Singapore, away from the city's hustle, W Singapore - Sentosa Cove stands as an exceptional choice, offering a unique blend of luxury and relaxation.

Wonderful Modern Family Friendly Hotel with Great Hospitality & Facilities for expats and foreigners to stay Liked: Pool & gym were fantastic open 24hrs so within Singapore's humidity all day and evenings u get access to the swimming pool whenever. Fantastic for Families as kids love the pool since there is a section where its more children friendly. Area was always maintain clean. Location was off Singapore's main city- where the expats and tourism attractions are located which can be access from a bus to Universal Studios, Casino walk, Aquarium. The rooms are spacious and bedding and pillows are comfortable. Very relaxing stay for vacation with family. Nice yacht views if you want to head out for a walk downstairs to all the cafes and restaurants down the strip. The breakfast Kitchen you are spoilt for choice of their buffet with fresh hot meals or the pastry section. Disliked · Staff can be hit and miss at the Restaurant. We had an incident at Breakfast where multiple times we order a dish for the little one but were given something else and to not waste food all they did was scrap it off even though there was chill oil. Once I had a word with Floor manager the following day that was rectified with better hospitality. Its best to speak to the manager directly.

The breakfast service is excellent, the employees at the front door are so very kind, they always ask to take your luggage. It is very fun for the kids as well! The swimming pool was clean clear water, and the slide is very big and clean. The kids also get free ice cream everyday. I really recommend this hotel for travelers.

I recently stayed at your wonderful hotel and I just had to leave a review to express my gratitude for such an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was amazing, and the swimming pool was one of the best I've ever seen. I booked the Marvelous Suite and the view from there was breathtaking. Room service was lightning-fast too! Overall, my stay at W Singapore was simply fantastic. Thank you for making it so memorable!

Truly superior service. On top of being a high quality hotel, the staff are genuinely attentive, going way beyond the already high level of service that one might expect from the W hotels. Thanks to the wonderful Weiling in the restaurant in particular. This was my second time here and I will certainly be back. Lovely swimming pool too!

It was a magnificent experience for me at this hotel. The hotel located quite far from everything, so I did feel like I’m in a lush beside all the concrete jungle. Love the “naughtiness” of the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and allowed for a goodnight sleep. Bath room was super huge and the bathtub come with it own jacuzzi function. But one down point is it doesn’t have a BIDET!!!!!! I was also impressed by the hotel extensive range of facilities and service, which included a super super large outdoor swimming pool (the pool is more than wonderful) with water slide and bar by the pool, a fully equipped fitness Center, jacuzzi and steam room also one of the coolest I ever go. The breakfast buffet was extensive and included both local and international cuisine. Also they do provide bloody marry for breakfast, cool way to wakes your body up. The staff were attentive and helpful, make dinning a delight. But just feel like the dining hall is abit too small for such a huge hotel. Overall, I highly recommend W Sentosa Cove for a luxurious and unforgettable city getaway trip.

I had a delightful and serene five-day stay at this hotel. The staff members were incredibly polite and always willing to assist with any request. However, I must note that this hotel is more suitable for couples seeking a romantic getaway or older individuals. It lacks amenities or activities for children, which was a concern for my family. On a positive note, the hotel provides a reliable phone service, and there is a convenient bus shuttle nearby, along with various restaurants. It's important to be aware that everything in the vicinity is quite expensive, including a regular meal for two people, which can cost upwards of 250 Singaporean dollars.

W Hotels never disappoints. Manager on-site was able to check us in really early due to early flight arrival. Rooms are huge, beautiful views. When arriving to Santosa make sure you share your reservation at gate. Lots of shuttle in and around around that area at no cost. Hotel has lots of amenities there is also many restaurants few steps from the hotel along the water. Feedback to W Hotel would be not allowing kids around the pool bar. My wife and I were trying to enjoy the pool and sitting bar and kids were jumping in and out of water near the bar where they are serving for adults. The pool area is huge, lots of other places for kids.

As expected of a hotel with this price tag, everything was great. The gym is the best hotel gym I have visited albeit it very hot and a bonus is that the pool and gym are 24/7 - that’s how it should be! Buffet breakfast is awesome, just a pity that the bakery is seperate to the breakfast area. Swimming pool is marvellous. Location is great with a spectacular view over the billionaires yachts and the shuttle bus was invaluable. Only downside - and this is a strange one - the in room tv does not provide access to cast or log into todays streaming services

Room took longer than expected to be ready, we were told to wait additional 2h only after we arrived at the scheduled time of 12pm. There was no welcome email before our stay. However the room was great and music heard even in the bathroom; definitely a first for us throughout our stays at Marriott Bonvoy. We even had a lucky draw and were given additional 1,000 Marriott Bonvoy loyalty points. Great effort by the team on the helium balloons for my little one’s second birthday! She loved them. We dined at kitchen table for lunch and had tea at woo bar; service and staff attention to every diner was impeccable. The highlight of W Singapore - the WET pool - did not let down. Music, hammocks, fantastic view, even if we did not use the slide.

Celebrating my mom’s birthday in W was such a dream come true! You can’t imagine my mom was so surprise to have a cake and balloons on our bed upon our arrival. Top notch service! Thank you Q from WooBar for entertaining us and helping us too to our next trip in Malaysia. We’re very very satisfied with the service. 10⭐️

The stay at W Hotel was amazing. Amenities provided for guests surpassed our expectations! The pool and gym are open 24/7, and despite that was super well maintained even at night. Colourful floats are provided for lazy people, like me, to just laze around in the pool. Guests are entitled to Away Spa for sauna, whirlpool, rainbath etc as well, which was a great way to wind down and relax. We tried their signature spa and it was good, do book in advance to avoid disappointment. Marvelous Room was great, with a sunbed on the balcony and an amazing sunset view. The lighting in the rooms were well designed with great ambience. The only disappointment we had was that there is no night lamps beside the bed you can keep on.. Despite having many mood options you can choose, if you off the lights, you'd be in complete darkness. Tried both restaurants, SKIRT and Kitchen Table, during our stay and the food was delicious! We were most impressed by how the hotel treat their talents with pride and the 6-star service provided by everyone! We'd like to extend special thanks to May who assisted us during our stay, as well as Yeni for finding my lost watch! Whatever, Whenever.

We had a staycation to celebrate my younger son’s 10th birthday. I was delighted to find a birthday cake and balloons for him! And it was a high quality chocolate cake, his favorite flavor. The hotel was beautifully decorated, comfy bed and bathrobes, loved the water slide and 24 hour pool. I also liked that they provided champagne glasses in the room, perfect for the bubbly I had brought along! Breakfast spread is crazy big, and so delicious! I would choose to come back again for our next staycation, well done W Hotel!

Took videos of the place instead so not much photos. Rooms: Spacious and clean, all the amenities provided was new and of good quality. Even provided like premium body cream and face wash. Lighting was cute with different moods. Channels on the TV was diverse enough thankfully but could be better if can connect your own device. (They do provide HDMI though!) Service: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Service was good and what we requested was provided and more. We were greeted well and staff took initiative to ask if we needed help even if we look lost. Location: Can't complain since its Sentosa Cove, but having Bus B being the only way out of the place, was a little too inconvenient, we gave up and used Grab/car instead. But food and supermarket was accessible! Facilities: Pool was huge with slide and additional floats and cushions to play with. Gym was amazing, but didn't manage to try it, very sad. Some SPA facilities was complimentary as well, made it more exciting. Overall: 8/10. Generally very good all rounded experience! Personal preference but felt that the hotel was kinda dark, lights seemed to not work effectively!

Luxurious suites with balcony pools. I Had a great stay during the week at the W. It was an absolutely relaxing staycation. The rooms are great, comfy beds and everything you would expect. Pool is amazing and is family-friendly with the slide. We had dinner at the Kitchen Table which was tasty and good value for money. For breakfast, we found heading to Joe & The Juice and Singapore Coffee & Cacao worked well as they were just a short walk away. Definitely a place we will go back to.

WSingapore such a beautiful well polished, quintessential experience. Breakfast is amazing, the choices are mind blowing, even bespoke to meet your needs. Sienna and Stacy from reception front desk are the most courtesy, kind, and thoughtful receptionist I ever met, they have been exceptional in ensuring that we had the best experience. I highly recommend ☺️

Celebrated our birthdays there, am impressed by the level of service and attention to details of W at Sentosa Cove. The pool is amazing with music and a slide. The kids love playing with the floats at the pool. It is near the marina, where there are many eateries with amazing views. Would recommend dining at the kitchen table. It has a good view of the yachts, good service and tasty food.

Feels really luxurious and comfy place. Generous with water (the pool and bottled water). Good selection of food nearby but probably need a car if visiting the beaches or other eateries. Nice colored room theme. Call whatever, whenever on their hotel room to get good services. Pool is really nice just that I went on a very hot day. There’s a water slide. Lots of people walking dogs in the area if u like cute dog watching.

Upgraded to fabulous room as a platinum elite member. Outstanding customer front desk for making hunger goes away with free in room breakfast. Hotel is beautiful. The only issue will be getting in and out to the main island - will be wonderful if the hotel has their own bus service than the shared model.

The overall resort facilities and room were great. But what I was most impressed with was the warm and friendly service from all the staff throughput our stay. From the surprise birthday attention to the very proactive pool staff - everything was perfect! Breakfast menu has lots of variety and quality is good.

Truly the best hotel experience that my wife and I had so far. While the interior (suite) is modern and clean, it is the top notch service that truly made us go “I can’t wait to be back”. The food (room service & breakfast) was EXCELLENT as well. Staffs were always enthusiastic, friendly, and warm everywhere we went (reception, cleaners, pool, restaurant).

We had a fabulous stay at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent service. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. A big thank you for arranging the complimentary stroller - it made our trip much easier with a young child. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and sights. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, a very positive experience. The combination of a pristine environment, polite and helpful staff, and their willingness to go the extra mile truly sets them apart. I would highly recommend this 5-star hotel and plan to return on my next visit to the area.

It was good time spent with the family. However when I compare with my previous year stays at various hotels in other countries, I see this should improve more. Especially make things kids friendly with playgrounds and more. The food options are also limited.

Stayed at the Away room for 2 nights with my other half for a quick and relaxing getaway. Let me just say, W hotel definitely did not disappoint. Pros : 1) The plunge pool was just the right amount of space to take a quick dip. 2) The bathtub was big enough to fit two people. 3) Staffs were very friendly. 4) The bed was super comfy. 5) The room was quite clean. 6) Early check-in. Went there early just to drop off the luggage as I had a reservation at TBC but turns out, the room was ready. Cons : 1) Far away from the beaches. 2) Some areas of the room has it's obvious signs of wear and tear. 3) Pillows were too soft. Did not manage to sleep well. 4) Booked during school holidays so there were loads of screaming kids. This was definitely my bad. Overall, very satisfied. Will be back to try their suites next time.

Checking in process was a breeze, but our room wasn't ready (but was ready shortly after). Pool service was great, there was the occasional slurpees, frozen grapes, water mists that was offered to all guests. Service staffs were very attentive too. There was long queue for the buffet breakfast so best to head down early. The room itself was a little dated and fairly clean (but definitely could be cleaner).

After a number of visits since the opening in 2011, finally I got the chance to check out the Extreme Wow, presidential suite of W Singapore Sentosa Cove. It really gives the vibe of luxury penthouse apartment with the balcony and pool to enjoy the Sentosa Cove bay. Great interior living up to W Hotel's spirit of music, fashion and design - not the typical corporate feels when you really want to spend good time with family. Just check out the bathroom with a quirky bath tub and chandelier above the bar that looks like shiny feathers to me. The walk-in closet is also very spacious, no surprise why many brides chose this for their on-location make up studio when they have the wedding at the hotel. I'm wondering who are the people that have been living here, with the fact that the booking rate is quite high - so many times I requested to see it but it has always been booked. It's definitely a consideration for a very special moment in life!

We stayed for 9 nights in a WOW suite during October 2023 and it was just beautiful. A big shout out to Chrystal who looked after us at breakfast each morning (she is a credit to the W Hotel team) and Ani in the spa who gave me the best spa experience during my families stay in Singapore. Our daughter celebrated her 4th birthday whilst we were there and they provided cake, balloons and desserts as a special treat at no charge. The pool is massive with beautiful gardens and the rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The Buffett breakfast is outstanding and the restaurant at dinner provides good options. I can’t fault our stay here, we felt welcome and taken care of at all times. A true delight in Singapore.

Crown jewel hotel in Sentosa. 5-star facilities. Great atmosphere. Ideal for family vacation in Sentosa island. Breakfast is good but restaurant could be very crowded and expected waiting time. Only minus would be the QR code required to enter the island. If the hotel forgot to send you this QR before checking-in then you have to pay S$6 just to enter the place. The toll booth officer should have an ability to crosscheck hotel guests’ name to avoid unnecessary charges. Another confusion is a bottle of wine with a box of macaron presented in the room in the evening and no letter/note. Unsure if they are gonna charge me upon consuming it. So I left it untouched.

Wonderful swimming pool and gym. The environment is great and there are some cafes and restaurants both inside and outside the hotel , and there is a good path for jogging in front of the hotel, so I jogged while looking at all the luxury yachts The room wasn't very special and when we checked in there were so many people waiting, it was a bit disappointing that the staff couldn't handle the load professionally. Otherwise it was really great

I would more than happily give the staff 6/5 stars. All W hotels are an easy 5 on all the physical aspects but the staff attentiveness, making time for guests even though it was never asked.. An easy 6/5 in my book. I'll call out 3 events - They noticed we were coming in with an infant with the booking. They organised a cot, infant specific toiletries and even a steriliser. I mean, fantastic! - They noticed it was my birthday at check in. I didn't mention this or expect anything. And yet less than an hour later they gave us one is the best tasting cakes I've had All year! - Finally one of the restaurants doesn't necessarily offer in room dining. But due to our infant situation, they made an exception and arranged this for us. The staff is special. Thank you!

✨ Enchanted by the exquisite beauty of W Singapore - Sentosa Cove as a wedding venue! The grandeur of its expansive ballroom, boasting the highest ceilings, left us awe-struck. And oh, the endless possibilities for breathtaking portraits and bridal party shoots! From the picturesque docks by the water to the lush garden areas nearby, every corner of this venue had us captivated. We adored capturing every magical moment and would definitely recommend this to any wedding couples looking for a sweet spot to have their magical day! 💕

An extraordinary services provided from the front desk from check in to check out. Hotel staff make me feel welcome to home and the room face magnificent sea view. A peaceful and amazing place to escape from work and to truly enjoy rest and staycation. Truly a 5 star hotel with unexpected experience and service provided. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Nestled on the picturesque island, Sentosa Cove offers a luxurious and vibrant escape with contemporary design, world-class amenities, and an energetic ambiance. The hotel's modern art-filled lobby and warm staff welcome guests to a stay they won't forget. The well-appointed rooms showcase stunning views, and the scenic pool, surrounded by greenery, transforms into a lively hotspot at night. Culinary enthusiasts will love the diverse dining options, and the AWAY® Spa provides a tranquil space for rejuvenation. While the hotel's location offers a peaceful retreat, it may require additional effort to access Singapore's main attractions. Overall, Sentosa Cove is an exceptional choice for a modern and exciting retreat.

Only the location of the hotel is good. Pool is nice and thats about it. A complete waste of money. Would rather stay at any other hotel in Sentosa. Wrote in my Marriott about the bad stay but never got any sort of response. The same as the hotel. Emailed in before my stay but radio silence. What is the point of having a "w insider" email on your website if there is no one replying? We wrote in three times trying to get more information about the facilities but never received a reply. This stay was very special for my family and i as were celebrating my birthday and the kid's holiday but the experience was ruin by the service we received. Check in was a hassle, the lady at the front desk was not able to find our booking and we had to wait for almost 30 minutes to check in, only to be told room was not ready. To make things worst, 3 hours after check in we found out that she had accidentally taken a deposit on a debit card and there is nothing they can do to refund it and we had to contact our bank. When we asked to speak to the manager, she was not empathetic or helpful at all. She was rude and just told us to wait. I understand that mistake happens but I am sure there is something that the hotel could have done immediately. We were not notified of the 'mistake' upon check in and had to approach the front desk to question when i saw the money missing from my bank. After checking out, i was spammed with emails to activate a membership with Marriott. A membership I never consented to. A very bad experience for a luxury hotel. Luxury pricing but one star service.

Absolutely loved our stay here !!! Breakfast was top notch, amenities were wonderful (thanks for introducing me to Davines <3) and the infrared spa included is just insane. The view of the marina from our balcony was pretty incredible too, and we loved going on walks along the water (^-^)

The location is exotic for Singapore standard because it’s in the cove and there’s nice marina view and relaxing environment which is I guess one of a kind in Singapore. You can stay here if you just want to explore sentosa island and relax like an island resort I guess. It’s simply too far to access regular tourist attractions and shopping belt like orchard road. You can take a taxi but it’s infrequent. The shuttle bus is also every 20-30min it’s not convenient and tiring to travel around. The high tease afternoon tea at the lounge was also only so-so not fantastic. The green tea themed set was just ok. The sweet stuff was much better then the savory selection. Some of the savory items like tuna taco and worst of all the goat cheese meringue had to be washed down with plenty of coffee which was weak anyway. I don’t know who designed this pairing of such strong ingredients like goat cheese with a mellow ingredient like green tea which is surprisingly even the theme of the set. After the goat cheese meringue you simply taste nothing but the lingering awful taste of gamey goat in your mouth. Terrible selection. The guys serving were friendly and helpful enough. But I guess they were not too attentive because many tables were waving or calling and can’t get their attention. I guess they are just busy in the afternoon with other prep. One thing I found inexcusable for a hotel is that one of their service staff’s uniform had a very strong terrible musty sweat smell. It was awful because the sweaty musty smell just overpowered even coffee scent. I don’t blame the staff at all because of the job running around and being sweaty is inevitable but the management must be the ones to check on their staff cleanliness, smell and proper uniform cleaning by your laundry service. I haven’t encountered such smell problem in other high end hotels I don’t know why the W missed such a basic thing out especially for customer facing staffs. On the whole I don’t find the experience too memorable in a positive sense. Would I purposefully make a trip down and stay or dine again? Possibly not. There’s better hotels around.

The moment we stepped in to the hotel was a transformation in to another world. The staff were amazing and attentive during checkin. The facilities are brilliant with mood lighting in the room. Bottled water is supplied daily along with toiletries and towels refreshed daily (if you choose to do so). Our youngest got unlimited ice cream by the pool between 4pm and 7pm. The pool caters for all ages along with a swim up bar. The food at the W was also great. The prices were reflective of a fancy hotel but well worth the experience. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are at Sentosa!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Sentosa hotel for a romantic getaway, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel like VIPs. The room we booked for our two-night stay was not only clean and well-maintained but also incredibly spacious. It provided the perfect ambiance for such a significant moment in our lives. The attention to detail and the thoughtfulness put into the room setup truly made it a memorable experience. I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff at W Sentosa, especially Ryan, for going above and beyond to make our proposal unforgettable. His professionalism and genuine care for our happiness truly stood out. He ensured that every aspect of our stay was flawless and tailored to our needs. Thanks to his efforts, my fiancé and I had a truly magical and special moment that we will cherish forever. The W Sentosa hotel is not just a place to stay; it is an experience. The level of quality and dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. The staff's commitment to creating unforgettable memories is evident in every interaction. We flew into Singapore for the weekend just to see the LIV Golf & Chainsmokers. We had a very nice time for our 3 nights at the W. The location was great. We loved that there was a shuttle every 15 minutes (or 20??) that would take us to various spots, as well as, we could walk to many good restaurants and to the marina. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool. The water temperature was perfect! My husband is an Ambassador so fortunately we typically get very well taken care of. We were upgraded to an ocean view room so that was very nice. We had a frustrating moment when our shower head completely dismantled and fell apart and then when I tried to iron my outfit I found out that the iron was not working but to their credit while we were out for the evening when we returned the shower head was in perfect condition and they had replaced the iron. They had also left us a lovely note with a little gift for us apologizing for the inconvenience. We were impressed. The nighttime bartender at the Woo Bar was also very personable and took great care of us. I wish I could remember his name. Great resort! -Traci & Jeff Miles

Thanks for the nice hospitality! I have been using Marriott group for a while and my experience with W is the top rate 🙂 ( usually SG hotels are not really friendly) also the views and location is perfect, I can’t wait to visit again.

I reserved a table for 2 at the hotel’s restaurant, The Kitchen Table on 18th June, Sunday evening. The dinner was to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and I stated in the remarks, it was her birthday and it’ll be great if the staff could prepare a birthday card for her. The ambience of the place was good, and the food from the Ala carte menu was above average. However, none of the staff said anything nor did any gesture to acknowledge my request, neither did anyone wished my wife happy birthday. It was disappointing that a five star hotel’s service could not rival that of mediocre cafes. We’ve had much better experiences and warmth at JW and Ritz. I’m a forthcoming patron, a poor service cannot be overlooked. And i only gave this review because the thought was on my mind for past 7 days. We looked forward to dinner at W hotel, and left looking backwards, and not in a good way.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel during our 4 days stay in mid May 2023. The room, the cleanliness and the service was top notch. The pool opened 24 hours and our kids love using it after a full day outings to relax and cool down before bed. Once we arrived late for breakfast with our two young kids, our wonderful server, Waimeng went above and beyond to help us and make sure our kids get something to eat that morning. She is such a treasure and her hospitality is so much appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great vacation. We would love to come back and stay here if we visit Singapore again.

Luxurious room and great service by the team. Hassle free check-in and check-out process. The team was warm and made all guest felt welcomed. Kids were given balloons on a Saturday morning. There was a child whose balloon deflated from the day before. The staff immediately took a new one and exchanged with the child. Nice to see that scene happening. Breakfast team was grossly short handed and I had to wait 20 minutes for my coffee to be served. It was an unpleasant experience there. The Operations Manager should look into this.

The check-in was seemless; the lady who checked us in was polite, professional, helpful and really nice. This gets 5 stars Marina-facing room on the highest floor was excellent. This gets 5 stars Lunch at Kitchen Table was a real disappointment. (Please read the section under food n drinks). Manager’s service was unsatisfactory, wait staff was good, food was mediocre n overpriced. This gets 2-3 stars. Will be going to restaurant for breakfast this morning. Hopefully, we will have a better experience.

😠 When I asked for an early check-in/late checkout, I was told that it is subject to availability and that I should check with the hotel again on the day of arrival. So I was at vivo, trying to get directions from reception. I called ten times and received no response. I had to stay another 30 minutes...
