I wanted to get their chicken sandwich today. Because here we are again with not being able to dine in. I have to say that if you are trying to get food quickly, sadly, this is not your place to go. from the time I got into line and the time I was handed my food, it was over twenty minutes. While I was waiting, several cars pulled out of line and went somewhere else. I finally get up to the speaker, and I am ready to order, and it's probably a good 5 minutes before they come on and take my order. I ordered two classic chicken sandwiches, no pickles, mashed potatoes and red beans and Rice, and a large lemonade. I had to repeat more orders three times. The other odd experience here as it was cash only, no cards. On the upside, the chicken sandwich was delicious; the red beans and rice were long past their shelf life. I probably will not come back to this location. The last time I came here was back in the summer. super slow drive-thru

I went to pick up my order and it took an hour to get it through the drive thru because the inside is always closed, when I got home and opened my order this is what I see! Mold on the bun and a beard hair! Like what! So disgusting! That thing has a whole ecosystem growing, someone could’ve literally die - there’s no way no one saw this in the kitchen.

We were having a luncheon at work, and i forgot to preorder some chicken. However, I stopped by this Popeyes chicken, and the employee went above and beyond to help me. He was polite, nice, and accommodating to try to get me what he could in a quick period of time. The food was delicious, and i wanted him to know how much i appreciated that from him. THANK YOU !!

I just came through the drive through here. I ordered a 3 piece with mac and cheese and an apple pie and lemonade. I received a two piece, mash potatoes and mango lemonade and no apple pie. You all have to do better. Tried calling and phone just rings.

They were all in the back laughing and having a good time. When they came out they told the cashier to stop taking orders they needed to figure out where they were. I was in line to pick up an order underneath the sign that said mobile order pick up and was told that I was line jumping and needed to get back in line waiting for all the people to actually place their orders. This made no sense as my order was already placed and should have been ready for pickup. The staff in the back and the staff in the front or so unbelievably rude, that I walked out leaving the order behind. You could not pay me enough to go back to this facility.

Manager was working very hard to satisfy customers. Pleasant and efficient. I received wrong order I asked for mashed potatoes instead of fries. She brought out the fries. Then at home noticed l had shrimp instead of tenders. However l had a pleasant experience and lately that's hard to come by

This location cannot continue to service whole chicken wings that are as small as a baby's fist. Inside these small wings are black veins running inside the meat which is dark in color. When meat look this way it is the cheapest grade of meat sold. When you bite into a whole wing you should not see black veins running throughout the meat and the wings should definitely be larger than an egg. Please purchase a better quality of meat for your customers. Go to the Eastern Market to buy larger whole wings. Make your customers feel that patronizing your establishment is well worth their purchase. I will no longer buy wings from this location. I will drive to other locations to purchase wings. I have purchased wings here before but felt it was a one time incident. Since this has been on-going for me I will no longer return. Thank you.

I will never go to this location again. The speaker didn't work so we had to order at the window. The cashier asked me my order multiple times and still forgot my sauce, and strawberry biscuit and my fries were hard and too crispy. Smh

so tired of ordering and not getting what I ordered. Why should I even pick what dipping sauce I want when it doesn't come? It is on my delivery slip. Door Dash blames the restaurant. Restaurant blames Door Dash. Oh, did I mention they won't answer the phone?(this time) Last time they messed up they wouldn't allow the Door Dash driver to make it right. He went on his own and purchased our missing drinks for us. Just wow. This is not the first time but I am thinking it will be the last. Done. The driver actually went and got my requested items and brought them to me. Still no answer at the restaurant.

They closed their lobby at 8:30pm and then made everyone stay in a long drive thru line for half an hour, regular costumers and doordash drivers. 3 days ago their menu only had tenders and nuggets and it wasn’t even 9pm… Just go everywhere else for the sake of your time.

This is an extremely busy location. I ordered ahead, but because they were so busy, they had not been able to get to my order. No problem because they were able to locate my order quickly. Food was fresh and delicious. The employees here work very hard and stay very busy - I appreciate them and hope they are recognized by leadership.

Haven't had any fried chicken for a long time and I must say I made a great decision by coming here because they didn't have the chicken ready so I had to wait 10 minutes and it was hot out of the grease. The service could have been a lot better. The drive-thru could have been more lit up and with the speaker and everything The ladies attitude could have been better but all that didn't really matter but that my chicken was hot and good. That's what was important. If the staff was better and the drive-thru didn't look like I was in some desolate place and I didn't have to wait 10 minutes which is more like 15 or 20. You guys could have got five stars

For Mobile Orders/Food Delivery Services... that put low priority because they have already been paid. They make drivers wait while they service drive through order with priority. They need a better system and first come first served bases.
