Blue Ginger is a unique experience as it showboats all there amazing dishes. Make sure to arrive early as the bar does fill up. My favorite was the Tuna Tataki. Definitely, a must visit in Pembroke Pines. Overall Food: 8/10 Overall Service: 10/10 “10 = Best Ever, 5 = Very Good”

This is one of my absolute favorite sushi spots in SoFlo!!! Highly recommend going after 5 pm and sitting at the sushi boat bar. I LOVE this place because the small plates allow you to sample as many items as you would like. Everything is deliciously fresh and they’ve added some yummy new options to the already amazing selection. I can’t remember the name of the roll, but if they have one topped with avocado and jalapeño, that’s my fave!! The scallops and shrimp stuffed with asparagus were excellent, too!

I can’t really speak for the service because I got this for pickup but the atmosphere/ambiance in the restaurant is nice and it was very busy for a Sunday night which is always a good sign. The food was solid, I wouldn’t say it was 10/10 best sushi ever but it was solid. The hamachi wasn’t the best & didn’t taste so fresh and was a bit chewy but all the other food did. They also accommodate for gluten free.

This was my first time in a Sushi style restaurant....it was pretty crowded, but we got seated pretty quick. The food was really good and we ordered a ton of stuff just to try different things-nothing disappointed me, and when it comes to fish, especially raw stuff I'm very picky! One minor complaint, the booth got to be a little uncomfortable for my back-table was a little bit away from seats so I had to bend too much....but food and service went beyond expectations! The sushi bar looks interesting too, but during times of Covid...I'll eat at the booth!! I'll take daughter here again for sure!! Be safe all.

This place is amazing. Sushi is delicious and the staff are great! Great tasting sushi plates, appetizers are sooo good, the fried rice and eveything is sooo good. I definitely recommend anyone that looking for a delicious meal.

It was crowded when we went on a Friday at 8pm. We had to wait 20 minutes for a spot. But it was worth it, they put big portions of fish in the sushi. Will definitely come back for more.

Great lunch experience in this place. The service was very good and the food delicious. We were hoping to sit at the sushi bar but they open it at 5:00pm. The place is clean and the location is good. We will come back!

I’ve been coming to Blue Ginger for about 9 years now and they have never lost the taste and great customer service! Always a nice ambient, quick service and the food is great. Today I tried the Coco shrimp sushi, waitress suggested adding cream cheese and it was amazing. Thank you!

Took the GF the Friday before Valentine's Day! There was a 20 minute wait but we sat at the bar, were we got to see the boats travel around with many options to pick. the concept is basically you pick whatever food you want and they you pay after wards when the waitress calculatea your bill based kn the color plates that you have stacked on your table. Each plate is a different color and each one has a different value. I had a mixture of everything and my bill was about $110. This was my 3rd time coming here and I'm still amazing d by the boats! And its always fun seen a new dish coming fresh on thr kitchen and just hoping that no one else gets it before you. I definitely recommend Blue Ginger for the uniqur experience!

....located in the same vicinity of a movie theater makes this a good option for dinner and movie. I liked the bar area where you can do small plate dining and pay based on the color plate(s) that you pick up. They seem to have a thriving pickup business. My tuna and salmon rolls were good and I loved the generous portion of ginger. Coldstone ice cream is around the corner in the same plaza and a tempting option for dessert.

They have a sushi bar with a little river that carries the food around and you can choose exactly what you want. If there's a roll you want that isn't on the sushi river they will make it for you and add it to the rotation. Been going here since they opened and have never been disappointed. Their crab Rangoon is actually filled with crab and not just a bunch of cream cheese. And you can eat as much as you want and they just add up the total of plates. Each color plate is a different price so you can basically pick your price for your entire meal. I ate and drank tea till I was stuffed and only paid $38 plus tip.

Love love love blue ginger. Been a regular for quite awhile and it’s a unique experience in an area that’s lacking fun, delicious spots like this one. The sushi is quality and never fishy, and the plates they make are creative and fun. Don’t skip out on the hot foods, the orange chicken is surprisingly one of the best I’ve ever had. All the hot foods come out make to order. It’s a place I go to everytime I’m in the area.

This place is amazing. I work very long hours so so far never eaten in but can't wait to go with family and or friends. They have basically a sushi carousel which just ups the ambience. Even when picking up, you wish you were dining in. Also, the fried rice really is the best. I could eat that by itself for days. So excited to try everything on the menu. The staff is really amazing as well. A truly wonderful team. I consider this a restaurant gem in the Pines. Makes me happy I live close by but either way I would gladly make the commute. I will say it does get busy especially in the evening but if you've never given them a try do not let this put you off. You would be seriously missing out. 😍 😉 😊

Absolutely killer atmosphere. Server provided fast, friendly and courteous service. Sashimi definitely met my expectations and the spider roll was perfection! Safe to say I will recommend to my friends

We decided to sit at the side tables instead of by the sushi conveyer belt. My table ordered quite a lot of food. We enjoyed every dish.

Had dinner yesterday with my family per my sons request as he has been here many times. The place is small but they have a great bar and the staff is very friendly. Great atmosphere! Now the food, everything we had was awesome.

Blue Ginger is simply amazing! As somebody that fishes and knows what fresh fish should taste like - it doesn't get any better in Pines than Blue Ginger. Try the Ocean Drive Roll, you'll never order a different roll again.

I’ve always loved this place, I’ve been coming here since high school. I’ve fallen in love with them all over again! We ordered a party platter with no expectations of how beautiful and we’ll crafted this platter would be. The sushi was impeccable and so well made. They had decorations and fruits cut into roses. Everything was well thought out and looked beautiful!!! I’m so thankful that they made such a beautiful platter! My birthday was a great success with this platter ❤️✨

I found this place out of random luck and this is by far the best Sushi spot I have ever found. The staff is always so nice, the owner is the sweetest thing, and the environment is just great! If you love sushi this is a place you must try.

New favorite sushi spot. Love sitting at the bar to try new rolls. It’s easier to choose when you can see what you want then grab. Mango tango is my new favorite, surprisingly since mango in sushi doesn’t sound appealing to me. My son enjoys going; they give the kids they’re own chopsticks already put together so it’s easy for them to use and learn.
