Customer service was absolutely amazing, the zingers tasted a really great. The wait wasn't very long, I'll definitely start buying my KFC meals here.

This is the worst KFC when you buying at nights they know they only have wings and before they announced they have you wait only to be told you can only get wings. I encounter this three times and I never have this problem with th Burke Road KFC you need to rotate the Managers

I went to this KFC today Wednesday June 7, 2023 and there was a worker who was so disrespectful to me, talked about how I was broke just because my card declined but It was because the machine was the actual problem, she was so unprofessional in this situation, you will not be seeing me here ever again, bad costumer service!!!

Front is too crowded with the drinks machine on the counter reducing the serving area

Haven't been to the Burke Road branch in years. It's is the original location first one in Spanish Town. The chicken is good service is faster than Oasis, more for walkers as parking is almost non existent, dining is upstairs. It's ok

Love kfc the only thing is the portion is decreasing over time the size of the breast and wings is absolutely meager.

They only had wings at 10pm Oasis Plaza. How can I pay $1300 for 3 Piece of chicken wings, totally unacceptable. KFC Chicken are also getting even smaller it seems they are using 5 weeks bird. It's $450 per Lbs for chicken.

The customer service here is OK, I just wish they would do something about the stagnant water that appears in front of the building when it rains.

The service was extremely poor. Persons who did not joined the line were being cashed and served by one of two cashiers working. While customers in the line waited for over an hour just to place their order. Then the cashiers stopped working to allow for the checking off of the cash by the supervisor. All of this happened while in the building was packed with customers. This shows that indiscipline in our society is encouraged and rewarded and will not end anytime soon.

Long wait time to the cashier.. cashier slow and talk alot to each other.

Need more cashiers can't go in a business like KFC and have only two cashiers meanwhile the line is long

It's a favorite place for my Jamaican family's to visit on any given time to purchase their meals 😋 and also to meet up with decent people at this said location.

It's the fastest I've ever gotten service at a KFC location. Spanish town branch deserves a raise how I see it.

KFC Spanish Town in the heart of the city and in front of the JUTC bus terminus. Trust me when I say that the best time to visit is just after 11 am before 12 noon. There is literally no crowds, no long line. You just walk straight in, order, pick up and leave. The only issue is that because it so early they might not have everything on the menu just yet. When I went there at this time there was no popcorn chicken and biscuits were still not done. However, it beats the long line wrapping around the building and the long waiting. COVID-19 protocols are enforce by the security. On entering he will spray your hand with disinfectant and you stand on the appropriately spaced sticker on the floor. You will need a mask on nose and on mouth to get in and strictly not taking it off while in the restaurant. The security will give you a hard time if you don't, which could lead to your early ejection from the building. My only discomfort was that my receipt was torn by the cashier before I got my food which is I guess the new norm. I understand the need for the sharers not to touch our tickets. I would rather they have a stamp or something after I get my food not before. If you are familiar with KFC before Covid-19 you would know that a torn ticket means you have already been served. There is nothing much to say about the food or the customer service. On point and consistent.

KFac has really dropped it's standard. The flavor is no longer there. And this new policy where they tell you what part of the chicken you can get instead of allowing you to choose is ridiculously. For the price we pay I should have no objections on what parts of the chicken I get. And I wish you guys would bring back the plastic bag cupholders.

The line was long but the team inside work quickly. I'm very satisfied with there customer service 😀
