I was in the drive through line for over 45 minutes just to be told BBQ will be ready in 25 minutes. There's always a limited amount of BBQ whenever I visited that restaurant. BBQ is never readily available.

Earlier this year the Security (Oasis Branch) was disrespectful to my wife who wasn't feeling well on the day and had not eaten. As there was no dining in due to covid, the chairs were up on the Table, a long line was inside and so she took down a chair, when I finally got inside and she move out of the line so I would take her place. He almost wanted to take her up off the chair. (But I wad ready to do damage if the need arose, because I called a KFC employee and put the case to him and he explained, KFC stance and what the Security could/should have done to alleviate what transpired). Both Securities on the day were a bit disrespectful to patrons on the day feom we were lined up on the outside.

This branch cashes very slow and serves very slow as such the lines tend to build up and become very long despite there originally not being alot of people there. I have even had coworkers who attempted to work around this by sending someone early in the morning or afternoon to cash and then go back later to collect their food which I find to be far too much effort. I have followed persons and watched them wait an hour even an hour and a half to receive their order, thay is ridiculous.They are often out of Barbeque and the chicken is too salt, whoever is cooking they use far too much salt. I find it odd as the Burke Road branch which isnt far from them doesnt have these issues.They should bring back the refill machine for the customers. They have adequate seating most days except for Fridays when alot of people like to go to KFC. The food is usually far too salt so the barbeque chicken is the best and the chicken box is the cheapest KFC is no longer affordable for along while.

A star was given just because I can’t do better, this branch in Oasis Spanish town the staff here needs to be trained. Customer service being most important Time management being the other as to get lunch for a hour to just stand in line for 45 minutes. The food cost too much to get bad service coupled with employees bad behavior and attitude

i was calling the kfc to see if they had the travis scott burger: jamica edition they hung up when i went through the drive thru they threw my mashed potatos on me, and the sprite was spicy. 10/10

Some of whom working there acted as if they are doing you a favor and some are extremely nice

More than 40 minutes wait time after placing my order to get served, very tiring experience. There was some staff treat goin on that took away most of the serving staff when I got in. The management needs to do better.. Busiest day and time today, and u chose to do that then.

Everything was good .. they just didn't have everything I wanted .. but I made it work.

Waited over an hour to get inside the establishment and also to get served regardless of the fact that there was only a limited amount of customers present at the time. All workers appeared to be on go slow. Also, Workers were around the back arguing with each other as if it was a marketplace. The Zinger tasted great though. 😄

All I gotta say is slow customer service But it's not really there fault it just be alot of people. Cashier's are nice and direct but the person calling oders got a bit of attitude in there tone. It's KFC a another basic franchise so the food quality still finna be up on par with the other ones. And there burgers are bigger than burger lol that's comical

I don't get the whole franchise thing. Shouldn't it be that once someone buys into a franchise the conditions for said business should be followed? KFC's fail to maintain the same standard across their stores in Jamaica. Some branch taste is better, while some will always have the full menu range and another card system, payment, will always be working. If one visits a KFC in a lower income area the card payment option for the most part is 'out of service's. Then when you visit certain times of day KFC only has one type of chicken. It brings one to ask; is it bad management, poor service or not valuing customer base? After all people will always buy KFC matter the service. Not true.

As Jamaicans we love KFC but this was the saltest food I've ever tasted. I ordered a zinger, spicy wings and bbq chicken with cold slaw and corn, only the cold slaw left to be salted and I didn't get my corn. Can't say I won't buy KFC but certainly not at this location

It seems that all the attention is to the drive thru customers, as while inside waiting only one cashier and one server was there to get rid of the crowd inside. Kudos to the cashier as she operated quickly, however the server was too slow. Further to that I felt sick after consuming my order after waiting for almost an hour to get it.

There was no large drink to go with my meal your order was limited to just what they had bought a 15 piece meal and only to realize it had 10 pieces of wings.

This is one of the better KFC restaurant in terms of the food taste. Location is too far from the town's center, for night time purchases. The juice machine is still not working. (strategic much)

The service here is extremely poor, I can never remember having a good experience here especially on a Friday or Saturday evening. Observing the floor staff, their attitudes toward their job is very lacklustre.

I bought couple zingers form this place and had the worst experience, the sandwichs were soggy and filled with water from the lettuce. It was disgusting, the lines both in the restaurant and the drive thru are always filled. If you plan on going there, you'll end up waiting for an hour or more just to get your food.

Service is very slow and need improvement, and the employees have no manners and always taking their problems to work...

Good service. However, depending on time of day you might have a long wait or not.

Took an hour to get served (Drive-Through) but at least they got my order right.

It's OK but check your meals to ensure that they give you what you ask for. Eg. You ask for "No cheese on a zinger" check to ensure there's none.

Customers service here is very poor the staff needs better training. This is like the worst KFC I’ve ever seen the staff moves like they have no care in the world the attitude beyond poor when asking them questions about your order the whole branch in my opinion need to be shutdown an the company either gets new employees or train the ones that they have !!!!!!!

I went there and I bought a nine piece chicken combo, a Zinger box and a famous bowl and I did not get my Famous Bowl after reaching home and I live miles away from the location and the contact number they provided on the receipt do not work. Very busy but once you get the food you will not be disappointed

I ordered a family-size 12-piece combo and I was told that there is no mash 🤔and the cashier told me I can't get extra fries or coleslaw. I should choose a different bucket or take it just as is. like seriously? Then she said to me no family-size 12-piece or take it as is. Wow! Instead of giving me extra fries or coleslaw, I should leave? Ok then!

Based on the price for KFC the quality should always be controlled, the wings were salty and the zinger buns were small. I’ve had better wings here and based on the constant increase that quality should be maintained and zingers need to be served with the big buns and not these smaller ones but overall decent based on previous visit.

This place is always busy you will have 1/2 hour to an hour wait at times on the weekends it can be more. Servers are a little slow which contribute to a longer waiting time

Very, very popular fast food spot in Spanish Town. One of two stores in relatively close proximity to each other yet supplies run out so quickly that on a regular basis, a request for a particular meal gets met with the news that they are out of supply. Stock up to meet demand, why don't you?

There was a long wait, and no where to sit for the elderly or people with a baby. Wasnt and pleasant visit today.

Drive through was slow but that's just the drivers staff was moving rather speedy if your really hungry go inside it's much faster and fyi try the bbq zinger if you have never had it its amazing
