High security, clean organized environment, great place to live especially returning residents, security at check in point that won't allows you in unless someone lives their have to verify you,

Quite a comfortable and secure community. I highly recommend this place.

The area is excellent. Living there is somewhat a paradise with quiet evenings, peaceful neighbours, recreational areas and security and emergency on stand by. The residential property is close by spanish town and old harbor. Transportation are normally relatively easy to get as most residents own there own vehicles.

Very comfortable. The only thing I may find fault with is that the houses tend to be very hot on the inside..even when it's breezy outside. Also, there are some cracks on some of the walls now...which I also think is due to the interior heat.
