The food and service is great but the man behind the counter who is constantly whistling makes me drop the rating. It's not even a tune! It's just noise and it's consistent. Every. Time. I'm. There. Definitely don't eat in. I can't even imagine what his co-workers are going through. Very, VERY patient people..... Or just deaf

This is the second time I've come here and they've messed up the order. I paid for and ordered 3 large meals and received one large meals and two small meals. The burger and chicken was cold and the chips taste like they've been sitting there for hours. When we told the lady this she said she would physically take our card off of and pay for the upgrade to a large. 10/10 not coming back.

Poor service once again. What looks like unsupervised and untrained junior staff arguing amongst each other. No manager or senior staff to be seen. Waited forever for order. Over 40 mins. Then told they had no potatoe and gravy or gravy. This is always the experience I have at this store. Will only use South lake store or try something else from now on. Poor management to say the least.

1. It is a uncomfortable 27 degrees in here 2. We have been waiting 40 minutes for a basic order 3. The order progress screen isn't working 4. The staff are rude, slow and don't speak loudly enough 5. Tables are covered in rubbish 6. The food was sloppy like they didn't even care about the presentation 7. The attendant didn't apologise for the speed and didn't smile

Came through drive through to get their chicken tenders and some chips. I get to the food window, look in the bag to find no sauce, I ask the guy where the sauces are and he goes “they don’t come with sauce” why lie to your customers face? Not sure if he was just too lazy to go and get them or what? But anytime you look up chicken tenders they always come with sauce and I’ve never been to a kfc that’s done that before, they literally always come with sauce 🤷‍♀️

Pretty sick of this place, how hard can it be to get my order right for once. Spend $60 to get chips not cooked, whole box of wings when I asked for chicken breast and drumsticks.....the potato and gravy I ordered....no surprise wasn't in the bag when I got home. Worst meal ever...... wouldn't rate this place a star at all...!!!

This is the worst KFC in Perth by a long shot. Always get the order wrong. Tonight I tried to order and they had no chicken, no wicked wings, no zingers, nothing. Avoid this hole

In store is fine, but would not recommend getting delivery. I've tried ordering from this store many times, and I never get the correct order.

Very scrumptious and delicious KFC, we ordered the $17.95 for Two App Exclusive Special and boy oh boy what an absolute steal. The zingers were perfect, popcorn chicken rocked our socks off and the coleslaw and gravy were banging too. Chips were okay. KFC chips are always okay. All good considering, but the 1 star is not reflective of the staff it's Spearwood, so it is always tense ( born & breed 😉). If you want atmosphere just order, collect and eat/enjoy in the comfort of your own surroundings with your guests 😉

Food was great but the customer service is appalling! Got served by Maven i believe and once i paid for my food she never gave me a ticket to know what number i was. I asked for a receipt and she asked what I got (Large Zinger Box w/ water) and only told me that'll be there for a couple of minutes. Honestly, terrible customer service.

The Indian lady in the drive thru which is the manager apparently she’s unhelpful we placed 2 orders online and then she keeps on telling us that we only ordered 1 we showed it to her she told us we’re lying. We gave her a proof of purchased and she told us off.
