Love the smell of Heavenly Spa products provided in the room; shampoo and conditioners made hair smooth, body lotion has good texture, shower gel was also nice. Lavender mist provided made nice sleep. • Bed and pillow were perfect for my style. • Variety of breakfast offers with ice-cream added during weekend. • Club lounge available all days with good service and nice cocktail :) • Service was absolutely amazing from the front door and security guard. • Location was great being nearby MRT and community mall with restaurant opened 24 hours.

The hotel facilities are quite new & comfortable and luxurious. We haven't been suffering from damp, which we could tell that this building is of high quality. The breakfast restaurant has a 360° panoramic view, which is a nice touch, so you can enjoy having meal there. But the menu doesn't offer enough protein options like beef and fish. And plus, It would be nice if the lounge had enough bottles of water so that guests take water at any time and don't have to make unnecessary calls.

Hands down the best hotel I've stayed in in Jakarta, even Indonesia and in the running for any hotel I've ever stayed in anywhere. The location is magnificent: Jakarta's highest skyscraper, in the top floors. The club facilities with terrace offer great views of the city, as do the rooms. The rooms are fantastic: great beds, generously built, high quality furniture and bathroom fixtures. The aircon is also really good. The staff couldn't be more helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. And the room service food is fantastic. Top top top.

Stayed here for 2 nights and got nothing but the fun and ultimate comfort experience. The room is quite spacious, modern, and super clean. My two children were really enjoyed the amenities and most definitely the magnificent view of Jakarta skyline just outside our window. The indoor-pool was more than acceptable for children age 8 and below. Not too deep, not too shallow. Even though the water is not warm, it still brought so much fun to us. As for the breakfast, we did not try them due to fasting month. So i couldn’t tell you much about these.

We was here 3 weeks again and come back now. In the first time all was good. But now something happened with service. Not good service from front desk. We are Ambassador Member of Marriott Bonvoi. When we come in hotel receptionist said us - sorry, upgrade not available. Because hotel is full. But it was not true. When you try to book hotel - suites was available. I asked to come loyalty manager. And we could solve this question. Also we gave deposit on the reception. But when we was in the hotel bar we could not to write the bill (less than deposit) to the room, because front office rejected it. It was 01 a.m. It is non comfortable to have a deal with unqualified stuff and loose time. Now I am live in hotel. I would like to have excellent service for me and my family.

Stayed here for 2 nights for me and my husband's quick staycation on this pandemic era. We got ourselves a premium room and we literally just stayed and took a dine in our hotel room (except for our breakfast) Our pros: - Super fast and great service from all the hotel staffs - Huge room and bathroom with many amenities available in it (iron, bathtub, separated shower, sound speaker, big sofa) - Everything we need is available in our room, just perfect. - Amazingly tasty breakfast with many varieties of menu (despite the pandemic and all) Our cons: - The bedding is too soft for us. Maybe some like it but we prefer a firm kinda bed. - Super nice city view but we got a room with a newly built skyscraper next to our room view (we prefer a full uncovered city night light view) Overall, our stay was extra pleasant and amazing. Our mind were all refreshed! Big applause to Westin!

Not even better than another 5 star hotel in Jakarta. Even, I stayed at a 3 star hotel the night before and it has better guest handling esp for family traveller. The staff is less proactive and less informative cause I have to ask first. The plus is just the hotel height, it has a breathaking view of jakarta skyscrapper. The wait for check-in time is on time, 30 to 45 minutes as the receptionist information. The lounge table is dirty, not regularly cleaned, it's still covid era by the way, you have to have a cleaner stand by. The kettle in my room is broken, we need it to heat some water to make our toodlers milk, but it took more than an hour just to wait for the room service to replace it. I guess they were not checking their amenities periodically so they keep the broken things for the guest. Not my type of 5 star family hotel. Will not going back here to stay, only for lunch or dinner only maybe, to eat with view.

I have stayed in many hotels across Java and Bali; but the Westin Jakarta has been my favorite experience so far. Guest rooms begin on the 53 floor of Gama Tower; my room was a corner room on the 55th floor. Stunning views with floor to ceiling windows, bathtub with a view, and sound proof so even the storms seem quiet. The breakfast buffet is the most comprehensive and diverse I have ever encountered;with food from all corners of the globe. Whatever your schedule, don’t miss the breakfast! My room included Club access, and it’s worth it. Cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, teas, and juices are available in the evenings that accompany generous hors d’oeuvres. In the afternoon there are snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Floor to ceiling windows surround this warm and intimate setting. Check in and check out were easy and friendly with an amazing staff serving throughout the hotel and restaurants. The pictures speak for themselves.. I highly recommend this hotel if it’s in your budget.

Staying for 3 nights. It’s an amazing hotel of course. However, a bit disappointed with the service at the breakfast restaurant. Got the feeling of discrimination (like some turis melayu experienced in Bali). The waiters are super polite towards some Japanese guests. But when they serve me, the brown skinned local guy, very different attitude. Kecewa.

Room was nice from the first glance but that’s just about it. I dislike the lift configuration where you have to get a lift up to 52nd floor then change to another lift to your hotel room. Worst receptionist experience ever. They just rolled their eyes at us when we spoke to them which is not the kind of service you expect from the Westin. As a Bonvoy member, I can tell you that the Jakarta Westin did not uphold the customer service standard that we normally expect from the Marriott Bonvoy group. They were completely unsympathetic and should. We always come here for the food and stay here. Won’t be coming back here again ever.

I am Titanium member and have visited many Marriott’s, but this one was the best one I have stayed so far! The room, the view…. The breakfast was incredible. Generally the service is superb, from everyone. Also special thanks to Lassma from the Westin Club Lounge who brought only for me a vegetarian dish from downstairs because the buffet has not too many warm vegetarian choices. She is the best!

Near perfect, but unfortunately in the end of my stay, at about 10.00 pm 1 september got a bad treatment experience by "oknum" receptionist who accused negatif things to their guest before check the fact. Very comfy hotel room, large room, superb bed, wonderfull staff, covid 19 protocol strict. Unfortunately i didn't have much time to exlpore the facilities so i didn't know for sure is it open or closed due to Jakarta & Indonesia current pandemic restriction, one thing i noticed is that all of the restaurant outlet were closed. The unusual experience is, the hotel lobby/reception is at 52th floor, but what you get is room with jakarta's skyline. I do have a better felling when i leave the property.... Note : i stayed at room 5319, the room next door or corner room you will have the corner view. With different type of room... Maybe next time I'm lucky enough to get an upgrade. 🙂

The hotel occupies the top 20 floors of the tower, between the 50th and 69th floors. You can observe 360 degree views of Jakarta, from the restaurant at the 51st floor. There's also a club and lounge at the 67th floor as well as restaurant at 68th and 69th floor, the topmost floor of the tower. A function hall is also located within the 69th floor. The rest of the floors are executive office spaces. I had a pleasant stay here even for just one night. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well sanitized, it's very important especially during pandemic. Every room were also provided with a working desk.

I was only here for lunch at Seasonal Taste, food was mediocre at best. The view might be better at night due to the gray skies of Jakarta, but overall pretty chill place for a lunch meeting (the decor feels old tho). Price was 500K but I just found out beer is included, that's probably why the food was mediocre, I don't believe a great buffet can cost less than 500 for the food alone. I didn't enjoy the restaurant staffs tho, they're loud and joking around themselves during service. Although this is very common in Indonesia as we lack professional mannerism, it's certainly off-putting seeing it in a 5-star hotel

I'd like to say that the view is undoubtedly outstanding. However, I dont really keen into the shower kit which seems like a 4 star hotel. It doesnt have certain smell that will be able to make us miss the hotel and craving to come back (I felt it for the Tentrem hotel). The teapot & others tea, those are just so so (lipton & nescafe for a 5 stars hotel). The breakfast menu was good. The service was quite nice

As expected from a new hotel, all clean, modern, and comfy. Bed n pillows are comfy as per 5* standard. Twin bedroom is slightly bigger than king bedroom, twin bed size size approx 140cm. Bathroom is very spacious with good pressure rain shower. Swimming pool is small, but it is indoor and heated. Guests will have to reserve a timeslot to use the pool which is a good protocol. Shortlisted as one of our fav hotel.

The hotel is located in high rise building started from 50th floor up to 69th floor above office floor. They are very organised and keep everything clean for public use due to applying health protocol. Breakfast have many dishes and all are delicious

A well deserved five star hotel. We had a meeting here. Everything is quite smooth. The arrangement is easy and fast, the staffs are helpful. The lunch is great they have fresh seafood, delicious sushi, pasta, and dessert. I wish I had more time to try it all.

After numerous visit, I can vouch for Westin’s great hospitality & quality. The facility is well maintained & well equipped. The gym does get quite crowded in the morning, but clean & no issue. Love the sauna & vitality pool too. Best enjoyed after gym session. There wasn’t too many options for drinks during the night at the club lounge. Few local beers, one option of white & red wine each + gin tonic. Yet again, the city view is unbeatable. Breakfast was great. The wonton soup was especially delightful. The croissants are excellent too. Their options of 4-5 honey are great. Thank you Westin. It’s been delightful.

Stayed there for a week. Overall a pleasant experience. Room was good, Very spacious. However the hotel starts from level 52 and above. 52 is the lobby. There are only two lifts from the ground floor to the hotel lobby so you might need to wait for a while for the lift. From level 52 to the rest of the hotel floor(I think highest is level 69?), there are only three lifts. Also, you might need to wait a bit for the lifts every time. Breakfast food is so so. Found a caterpillar in my meatball noodle soup, they can do better with the food cleaning/hygiene. Service is good but can be a bit slow, I think it might be because of the lift issue as mentioned earlier. One thing to highlight is they really take feedback and act on it fast. I gave a feedback regarding decaf coffee and they made it available soon after that. Really appreciate the prompt response from the management. Location is not the best. Nearby mall is around ten minutes walk away but not recommended to walk there due to the hour weather and safety reason. Taking car is around 10-15 mins as well. During normal weekday, so much traffic in that area :( I might choose another hotel next time if I have a choice given the location issue.

Spacious room and bed, clean, complete amenities, great selection breakfast, huge complimentary cake for anniversary👍. Nice but not so spacious indoor pools, superb hot water jacuzzi👍and sauna. Bathtub was not so big though. Service was kinda not up to standard. Room preparation took almost an hour with reason of desinfecting process. Receptionist did not explained where the facilities and breakfast were at, nor the wifi details. Room service was also slow when I asked for plates and cutleries that made me called twice. Overall it was a good stay👍

Warm hospitality by the service staff. They took turn to serve our table and asked with their warm smile on how we were doing. Fresh coffee did really make our day! I went there for a wedding party. Under the table there was a plastic, under the chair there was a plastic bottle. The waiters were blind or something, I didn't get a food and they did even try to give me food, they just walk to like there is no one there... Not sure if the wedding organizers fault but they organized 1 family (5 people) to 3 different tables... I saw the rooms they are pretty average nothing special, all normal.

Booked a room via their internal booking system, the Marriott Bonvoy for almost a month before my arrival. Stated my preferred room position on the booking. I thought this should make the check-in process to be as smooth as possible. Voila! On my arrival day, I got the room at 4.30 PM which means I have to delightfully wait around 1.5 hours. Compensation? a slice of cheesecake and a late check-out which practically not very useful since I have planned my timetable DAYS before.

Still the same old westin i visit couple years back. Staff service still excellent, room well mantained, one of the elevator to the lobby is under maintanance, also one of the elevator to the rooms. Breakfast is good, but the quality and the variety is degrading. Somehow, i wonder why the baked beans smeel like feet. And the dimsum a bit chewie. The elevator to the basement is hotter than usual, hotter, not warmer. Well, thats all i can say for now.

Everyhing was great! I really love the shampoo and conditioner! Clean bathroom, plenty of hot water, great wifi connection (zoom conference call in 2 devices without lagging at all), greaf service from the staff. The location is also great. LRT and Trans Jakarta station right in the front. Plaza Festival is also in a walking distance. The breakfast is really nice, so many to choose from!

Stayed here as i was attending a wedding. Amazing breakfast, staff were so friendly, gave my daughter colouring books and also set up a tent for her. Our stay were just so memorable because of these little touches.

Fantastic second stay at the Westin Jakarta - my first choice for business travel. Rooms are modern but retain some Balinese vibes. Cleanliness of the rooms are great, and the bath salts were much appreciated after a long day of meetings. In-room dining was quick and food was decent. The only downside is the rather small entrance and elevator ride to the lobby. Recommended for business travelers.

The Retreat Lounge was perfect for my meeting, plus the restaurant served delicious dishes, especially the grilled snapper with some kind of white sauce and mandarin cheesecake. Kudos to the chefs for their culinary expertise! Highly recommend this place for both business and dining experiences.
