stayed here for one night & it was a lovely experience. I got an upgraded room since the affordable one that I’ve booked is full. the room is quite clean although the carpet looks quite old. the staffs are also helpful and hospitable too.

Took me 1 hour for checking in, room's not ready eventhough guests check-out @ 12pm and check-in starts @ 2pm. The check-in staff could work better if they can just focus on their job. In room TV is not enjoyable due to bad network I guess. However, room is quite nice and clean, and the view from the high floor is favorable. Not sure if I'll be coming back in the future...

The hotel has well kept rooms, however the only issue is that the rooms need a makeover and the bathrooms are due for rennovation. The breakfast they offer has a regular spread and nothing out of the ordinary, far from a lavish spread expectation we have nowadays.

Beautiful hotel in a great area of Jakarta with all the amenities you need. Exceptional staff who are extremely friendly, go out of the way to help their guests and make them feel comfortable and provide anything that you request. This is my first visit at the Millennium Sirih Jakarta hotel. We have stayed for 9 nights at this hotel and our experience has been beyond great! I have only positive to say about this hotel. All the colleague that I have been interacting have been absolutely amazing. From the time of our reservation, arrival until departure experience; all of them was professional at their roles and make us feels like home. -Front Office, thank you to the Front Office Manager Mr. Tedi, Bu Judith, and Hilman for the outstanding service, making our stay enjoyable, memorable and flexible at all times. -Housekeeping, thank you Bu Retno for keeping our room super clean and well supplied. -F&B Manager Mr. Deris and service team specially Rizky and Albert the waiter, thank you for your attentiveness, and ready to assist at all times. -Executive Chef Jojo, thank you for the superb delicious food from local and international cuisines that we dined, all of them was awesomely tasty. Overall the whole Management and team have been very attentive, friendly, welcoming, professional. I can’t praise the staff enough! They are very effective team, and they try to cater to the guests demands as best they can. The room I’ve stayed is spacious, clean, also the view of the garden and pool are absolutely stunning. I’m really impressed of the Roof Garden located near the gym at 4th floor, which comprises of the gym and as well the swimming pool at the same floor. We had a quick swim in the swimming pool, and it was just lovely and refreshing. The swim did really good for me to getaway from the humidity of Jakarta during the rainy seasons. The lobby is very grande, spacious and luxurious. Pianist will play during afternoon times at lobby to entertain guests, the lobby has many comfortable sofas, chairs to sit down, there’s a café area where you can order hot coffees and tea. I can’t wait to stay at the Millennium Sirih Jakarta Hotel again, the next time I’m here in Jakarta for a business trip. I definitely recommend guests staying at this hotel for all the positive reasons I’ve mentioned.

Spacious executive room, has its own dining area and small kitchen even a tv room. The Indonesian breakfast menu is delicious. And when I was in the lobby waiting for a friend, I was presented with a piano playing!. Very nice to stay here for a few nights.

Great location in a busy street, great access to pasar tanahabang, sarinah mall, jalan sabang, monas & commuterline station. A bit outdated hotel & rooms but their hospitality is awesome. Various good meals at breakfast lounge & swim pool also good. They have a lovely garden at 4th floor but it's for smoking spot, too bad :( yes i will definitely comeback to stay there, thankyou to all staffs of millennium hotel

Stayed here for a week for a work trip & unfortunately the wifi didn’t work very well, they did try to fix it but it was very slow so I found it hard to work. The pool gets no sun which I was really looking forward to tanning in the day. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, just a little run down with a leaking faucet, funny smells & a tv that doesn’t work. Room service is good (they did get my order wrong on the first night) and reasonably priced. The staff are amazing and we’re super helpful and kind. The gym has no aircon & is quite old so wasn’t much use. Whilst the staff were very kind and professional, other local guests will stare at you 24/7 if you are a foreigner so just be prepared for that. Also laundry is very $$$$ better to go somewhere local.

Strategic location. Near the embassies. The rooms are well maintained. The staff are very helpful and can speak English. The buffet breakfast is so worth it, combination of Indonesian and western cuisine. The hotel is so nice to give us complimentary breakfasts and evening cocktails throughout our stay so that's a plus! We hope to stay again when we're back in Jakarta. This is our new fave hotel.

We stayed here for 15 nights while our daughter played International hockey. Great location. The staff were fantastic the restaurant and breakfast was good quality and selection and the room was excellent serviced everyday organised our transport to and from the airport and extended our check out to suit our late flight out of Indonesia. In general the Hotel is nice with friendly and helpful staff, with a good location. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are packed with all the stuff that might be needed. If you have "club cocktails" included -- do not skip it. For us that was a super evening activity. Nice view, tasty food, good set of drinks. And really friendly atmosphere from the staff. -- During our stay we faced several issues to note: the noise. It was that period when there was a road repairing from the front side of the hotel in the evening and the renewal of the look/walls activities till 5pm on the back side. So that was quite hard to have a rally quite room during our stay. After a room change our solution was just to leave till the evening to avoid possible noise. Next issue: air conditioning in the rooms. All the rooms we were in, we set temperature to be 20C, but it NEVER dropped below 24.5 (we never turned air conditioner off during our stay). From my point of view it is the same for the whole hotel. Too hot. Also we extended our stay for one day. We visited lobby to renew our keys. But the still stopped working when one booking changed to another.

Stay here for 2 nights, incredible experience. Rooms clean, free mineral water, great view from my 8th floor, nice breakfast with vast of food option. I mean really vast. Great services and hospitalities from the staff. And it is located at the central of jakarta

Very good experience staying at this hotel. Service was always above and beyond and very accommodating to our needs. We stayed for a week and the management and staff were very friendly and rooms were very clean.

Good place to staycation. There is a spa, gym, and swimming pool too. Breakfast food is great too, love the bread pudding even though it's just a simple without sauce. I recommend to go to the sauna if you are a guys who like to have have "fun"

I stayed for 6 nights with my 84yo mother. Nice & clean hotel/ room, not far to shopping centres, very friendly, helpful & attentive staff. Quick action when I reported that no internet connection in the room (Front Office & Engineering); the fridge in the room was broken (the Engineering staff straight away replaced it with a new one); and the hotel has this two language Bible (Indonesian & English) in the room that I wanted to buy to take it home, as I did not have time to stop by at the book store, instead Bu Retno (Housekeeping) came to my room & gave the new one for me as a complimentary! I'm a very happy guest. Thank you very much for the staff & your great service, Millennium Hotel. Very recommended hotel in Jakarta!👍

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and the room was good too. BUT... during the rainy season, the water enters the room through the window. At first I didn't notice because this room uses a feather carpet but when I was walking around the window area, the carpet was completely wet. It seems that there is also a leak in the bathroom pipe because my things are dampened too. Everything is good but I really hope this can be improved in the future. Hopefully the hotel manager can read this review.

Stay here for my birthday staycation and they gave me a slice cake for a complimentary. The cake slice was big, I can't finish it myself. Room is not big but spacious enough for couple with pool view. It had a TV with multiple channels and bathrooms with bathtub. The bed is big and comfortable. I enjoy the pool, gym, whirlpool, sauna and the smell of the changing room is so nice. They burn some aroma oil for the changing room. You can get all those facilities without additional charge. And for the breakfast they have various selection of food from bread section, egg, cereal, Indonesian, English breakfast, Arabian and others. Food taste was just ok for me and I add more salt and pepper to my dish to adjust my plate. Their best thing I've experienced is their hospitality. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed staying here and definitely will comeback.

Everything was great we loved the food, the rooms, the staff. Everything makes us want to have it as our hotel whenever we are in Jakarta except the spa....terrible attitude, poor professionalism, lousy decor, awful book-keeping. The hotel would be better served to fire all the spa staff, erase the stain on their reputation and turn it into a poolside cafe or even a broom cupboard...either would be preferable to that "spa"

I can not recommend staying at this hotel due to the lack of quality of care, as seen by the cleanliness standards of the place and the problems that grew over my stay. I stayed here for a total of three nights, with my first night being separate from all others. The first night, i was accidentally placed in a smoking room, despite having explicitly asked for non-smoking. The fridge had traces of mold inside of it. If I had been staying for more than one night, I might have complained to be moved. But i had arrived near 1 a.m., and therefore, i was unwilling to go through the trouble of requesting a new room. That means they didn't have the opportunity to fix things, so i can not speak to their responsiveness to the issues of that night. However, the second stay was a week later when i returned to jakarta, with the hotel having thankfully booked us into the correct non-smoking room, with it automatically being a SIGNIFICANT improvement. The room itself is gorgeous and fit all our needs. The main issue was that the shower head was missing a screw, leading to the detachable shower head instantly spraying wildly all over the bathroom upon being turned on. This was something we figured out how to deal with on our own, but it made our bathroom constantly wet and uncomfortable. The true major issue we had was when our fridge was discovered to not be working. My Indonesian friend requested a new unit, which was brought up promptly. The new unit, however, was moldy on the inside. And so I then requested they fix this issue, specifying that I had gotten sick very badly recently due to a stomach virus, and had been concerned about using a contaminated fridge as a result. The hotel made it clear my request was understood and reassured me that it would be taken care of quickly, but bringing in yet another unit. The new unit was even dirtier, not only having mold once again but also having a strange yellow stain covering most of the bottom of the fridge. This is absolutely inexcusable and displays an explicit lack of care, and it felt almost as if it were a deliberate act of pettiness towards us, as if to say "don't call us to bother us anymore." Needless to say, this sours my relationship with this hotel fully. I would only be able to recommend it for travelers who are okay with expecting a hotel that looks 4* on the surface, but hides 2* service beneath its facade.

Great location, within a walking distance of the National Monument and, restaurants, bars and shopping malls. The staff are professional and polite. The breakfast has a wide variety of food, buffet style. Something for everyone. They have a piano player in the lobby from about lunch time. Beautiful architecture. Comfortable beds and rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Bad service. Order ice tea on the resto wait 30 mins. Order fried rice wait 1 hours. And have to take away. Come to the resto, no one give any menu until 15 minutes. Never recommend this hotel to anyone looking for services.

If you have the option to stay somewhere else, it's highly recommended that you do so. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which include the outside walls of the building and a few rooms inside. The construction noise is constant and makes it impossible to get any rest during the day. Additionally, there are air conditioning issues in the hotel right now. The temperature in the room is 25.5 degrees Celsius, which makes it uncomfortably stuffy and causes headaches in the morning. Even after the hotel staff moved me and my husband to another room, we still experienced the same problems. When we complained to the staff, they acted surprised and claimed that everything had been fixed, but that's simply not true. To make matters worse, the breakfast service was disappointing. The food selection was decent, but the staff didn't clean the tables after the previous guests, leaving us to tidy up for ourselves. It's not pleasant to have breakfast at a dirty table. Moreover, the coffee from the machine was terrible, made with cheap and over-roasted beans.

I can’t not express into words how much I loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely incredible! We had issues with our flight and my husband got a bit of heat stroke and they went above and beyond to help us with both situations. They responded to my WhatsApp messages so fast and were always willing to help out. If you are remotely thinking about booking a room please do. The rooms are lovely, the staff just make it an incredible experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heart beat.

Just trying to book via traveloka for a transit after Mudik. It was nice experience, astounding view from above, excellent services, loved the bathtub. haven't tried the breakfast (I will try it if it's buffet breakfast). Thanks for the experience

Respect for the service staffs and house keeping. This hotel is due to some renovation, but event the furniture and building quite old, I do put full respect for the house keeping, they keep the cleanliness spotless. Even better than many new hotels. The staffs are friendly. Actually average hotel for me, for the food, some are good some are average. But I really appreciate how they keep maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel. It's professional. Wish them even a better future and keep the spirit of good hotel. The location is prime, you can reach many destination in central jakarta. Parking is no issue, when you need gym or swim, they provide it also. The room is quiet, not many noise from outside could drang in. I have room in 9th floor facing pool. Overall i would recommended this hotel for business or city traveling, or even a staycation. Just ask for room in higher floor and facing pool.

It looks quite vintage on the outside. But going in you are suddenly being entertained with a totally different ambience. My stay at Millennium allows me to have my first ever long dip in the bathtub 🥳 The room is spacious, equipped with sufficient furniture and amenities. Wide window overlooking the city that never sleeps. It is also clean and well maintained. I love my stay at Millennium Hotel Sirih Jakarta!

Its location is quite strategic in the city center with good access on public transport. Indeed not a brand new building,yet quite comfy. Food are just good nothing special

my fav hotel since many years ago. very strategic place, easy to reach from everywhere. Close to many public and tourist places. The staffs are very informative, friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean and has bathtub in it.

1- Location is perimum and can visit most of the place from here in less time. 2- got many restaurants near by too 3- You can walk or take grab of 5min to some good coffee shop 4- Hotel room is nice and services is good too.

This hotel was 4 stars hotel in Central Jakarta area. Located in one strategic road amongs the area, Jln. Fakhrudin, Jakarta Pusat. Their room and bath room are neat and clean because periodicly they make it tidy. This hotel was furnished by swimming pool, meeting room and restaurant as well. Their staffs were very polite and warm. Their parking lot also big and wide, so that, visitors will be comfort when they come by their own car.

Large hotel, centrally located. Overall good stay . Rooms are dated but well maintained and spacious. Washrooms need refurbishing as it do not keep upto the standards of a four star hotel. Good service right from doorman to reception to room service .The Restaurent on the ground floor serves good breakfast and a la carte food thru the day . Most of ten dishes we had maintained reasonable standards wrt taste, quality and quantity. On the flip side the windows are not soundproof so you can hear the traffic at night Overall good place to stay at Jakarta

Little bit disappointed, when i start check in the bedcover is lil bit dirty likes mucus, so i ask the room service to change but it takes few hours becoz that time was lil bit crowded. The air conditioner is too cold, i cant set in higher temperature and the bedcover absorb cold, so if i was get cold the bedcover is cold not warm, but the room is big with nice view. The swimming pool is limited, only 20 minutes im done hahaaa.. The breakfast has no many variants and not really nice. So overall i will not come back again for four star hotel with that condition and price. Thanks

Okay, after the 4th time i spend a night over Millennium Hotel Sirih Jakarta, it is time for me to take a review. I booked a Deluxe Room on February 4th (for 1 night). And when i checked in, front desk said that i have an upgrade (FOR FREE) to a Junior Suite. We also got welcome drink (for two). Breakfast here is sort of okay, for a cheap price you'll get pretty decent menus on the buffet. The room itself, it was neat and clean, they also have a smart TV (for an old hotel, this is pretty rare). The hotel also well maintained (if we consider how old this hotel is) Overall, i will definitely come back here. I also love how the staffs treat guests.
