bad service, food not good, reservation 2 weeks before coming to the promise of a vip room but on the day they were not given a vip room. I want to break fasting ( magrib) , the food runs out and takes a long time to be refilled, I don't recommend for BUKBER EVENT

My first impression, the hotel is mediocre, definitely only 2 star class. it turns out that this hotel is nice, clean and the service is very good. I got clean rooms, cold ac, good bathroom. Also the hotel corridor is clean, does not smell bad. The food is very good, the menu is many and varied, the food is also delicious. For us, even though this hotel is cheap, the service is not mediocre. But unfortunately, for recreation is not sufficient. no swimming pool. But all is well. Thank you for service. But you must upgrade again for the best. I am satisfied with rooms 730 and 724 that I used from May 12-15, 2021. Ya everything met my desire. Thank you for your hospitality and warmth, and also thank you to all the FO staff who were very kind, welcome and helpful, also the crumbling FB staff 😁🤣, also the nimble housekeeping staff. Visiting a friend's child's birthday event. The main menu is served around 5 kinds, there are lots of desserts (cakes). The taste of standard food is a bit bland.

We stayed on the 10th floor and it is SO noisy we can’t even sleep. There’s a club/spa/karaoke next door. We had to ask to change rooms but it’s taking them awhile to get that sorted. Rooms are not clean, many areas with stains (like bedsheets, corner of bathroom). Aircond was not cold too. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had, service is really poor. Staff is not refilling food, no bowls at porridge area (informed the staff and she didn’t do anything!), egg station was very slow (one chef only managing the egg station and noodle station). Lots of unhappy customers were complaining about the service at breakfast. Will never return again…..

i always look for the food when staying at the hotel and will embrace the staycation experience and got mesmerized by their sayur bening (spinach) at the breakfast i feel like living with my grandmother seriuosly :( i never had it There is a biji kelengkeng on the floor of my room, haha and there is no swimming pool. this hotel located near Juanda Station and Pecenongan Halte Busway, you just need to walk around 500 meter to get the hotel This hotel is located in Pecenongan Cullinary Area, you should try Martabak Pecenongan from their originis, Coconut Rice (Nasi Uduk Ibu Sri), Bubur Kwang Tung, Kembang Tahu Jahe Naomi (right in front of the hotel), near of Pondok Laguna seafood resto which most likely crowded at the weeknd. Have no tought about the rooms, havent seen once. But the hall is great! The food also. Located around redtop hotel and near busway station (pacenongan).

Stay for 2d1n. Its a great experience. The food is so yummy. The room is quite clean. The ballroom meeting is large and love it for big meeting. Also, this hotel is near from anywhere such as banks, mini markets, other street foods.

The rooms are hit and miss. My aunt's room AC super chill does not work and was very hot until we changed mode to manual cool. My parent's room was having problem with the cloth holder, it keeps falling. Good thing is the service is very good. The engineering team is very helpful. My room was having no problem, just a hiccup with the safe. My only complaint is that the food never changes. After few days having breakfast, I don't feel like having it there anymore. Great thing is, there are lots of good food around there, so you'll not starve.

Parking spots are nice when there is no influx. The lobby is spacious. Easy to reach even if you don't bring any vehicles. Gathering spot for an office outing or get-together? Worth the price.

Been here for my best friend's wedding. Food was fine, hospitality was good and the parking staff was really helpful since the loby isn't that spacious

Spending a night stay in this hotel. I expected too much. 1. Got late check in, 14.30 my room wasn’t ready yet. Even I was offered to another room type (twin bed or smoking). Then, what on purpose you put the special instruction? The receptionist made some excuses like room readiness depends on Housekeeping team. Hello? that is your internal issue, what I need is a room as my request. Really big issue for me. ❌❌❌ 2. The sink is clogged, called the Engineer and it solved. He said there’s lot hairs stuck(?) Disgusting. ❌❌ 3. No foot towel provided, need to ask. ❌ 4 The worst part!! - The breakfast is not recommended. The salad bar was not fresh. I got the lettuce was wilt, because they did not give ice around it. The mixed vegetable also kind of slimy. ❌❌❌❌❌ 5. No worries, this hotel was so clean, AC was great, the bed was great, the pillow was super great! ❤️❤️❤️ So, if you would like to book this hotel, better don’t take the breakfast, it is not worth the price.

The most comfort hotel in Jakarta that I ever stayed with affordable price but high hospitality and services. Kind receptionist, nice room, also nice restaurant. Will always be back to visit this Hotel again when go to Jakarta.. Congrats to team, you did well services..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room is clean but clogged shower drain, empty shower gel bottle, make a stay a bit irritating. Breakfast spread is amazing but service is lousy. Good luck ordering your eggs. 2 days stay, they never get it right

room is average.aircond not so cold.but on the good side service is reallh good.staff is really friendly and the location of the hotel is nearby convenience store and jakarta city.

It has a good room and the location is great. By walking a few steps you can find many restaurants, and also there is great mosque and great catholic church nearby.

We only having dinner at Gula Merah resto...food overall is nice..staffs all are really friendly...

Nice hotel in Pecenongan street with good hospitality. The restaurant is spacious and the food was great. The staff responsive and friendly. They have VIP room for special event or gathering. I love the mural painting at the receptionist, nice for taking some pictures for the background.

Clean, green, and well designed. No water bottles in the room, but a pitcher and glasses is provided instead. You can fill it from the water dispenser at the hallway.

Love the interior. I hope the hotel can put more plants in the outdoor area of the restaurant. And can fix the slippery floor in the shower area.

Luv the Room..the Restaurant was so nice..Food also nice..so they doesnt give u bottle of water in the room but they provide u with a pitcher so u can take water as much as u like from a dispenser in the hall way Good Idea so we wont wasted water. The location is more or less about 15 mnt from Gambir Station, 15 mnt to National Museum n about 15mnt to National Monumen❤️❤️

Stayed here for a wedding. Food is great. However the towels in the room is smelly and dirty. The colour is discoloured, and it smells like it’s not washed. We stayed on the 12th floor on 11/12. Same also with my friends room on 12th floor.

Hotel in the center of Jakarta, modern ambience, nice buffet on the restaurant with various menu. They have meeting room, wedding venue, small gym area but no swimming pool.
