it's the 3rd times for me to stay at Ashley Wahid Hasyim and it never disappoint me. At first I booked for superior smoking room, but the staff said it was unavailable. Surprisingly they give me room upgrade to Executive Room such a pleasant stay, thanks to you mas Vicky. The view is very beautiful, especially at night, very lovely city view from here. Thankyou Ashley, sure i will be back!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located and nice overall. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was quite small (superior) but I had no issues with it. The bed was very comfy and the cleanliness was spot on. The buffet breakfast was pretty good and plentiful. There is a washing machine available free of charge for the guests, which came very handy. The only downside for me was the early closing hours of the hotel restaurant - 8:30. But there are some restaurants within walking distance. If I visit Jakarta again, I'll definitely choose to stay in this hotel.

Hotel location is great... and clean but they have few con : 1. Request iron and board twice to housekeeping, unfortunately until check out I didn't get it. Last, I just change to T-shirt instead of shirt. 2. Breakfast quite OK for day 1, day 2 not OK. Come down 8.45am food not replenish. If you need cappuccino please bring down your money to coffee house or prepare to pay deposit during check in. 3. Toilet is clean but smelly, maybe come from piping inside. 4. Room a bit small....maybe because of price. After upgraded by front office, the room still a bit small. If you looking nice working area for do your work need to looking others room type maybe. But for budget, the room is nice. 5. Fridge inside the room doesn't work well. Not cold. So if you have something to keep inside you need to put at fridge at front office.

The hotel itself is fairly clean. The receptionist told me i have been upgraded into a ‘deluxe’ room, But my bedroom is the complete opposite. The bed linens have lipstick marks, the bathroom smells like sewage (stink so bad), theres even a freaking cockroach in the bathroom (that i have to kill with my shoe).. its very nasty. I understand that its not an expensive hotel but i still expect the common cleanliness.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. I got room with huge windows toward back area of hotel. Amenities is so cool with complete bath and shampoo. Located in the jakarta's heart of culinary street food - Jalan Sabang. or you can enjoy with your friend to nearby beer house. At pandemic time the rooms is sanitized with desinfectan. Breakfast time you can enjoy your food with food container and bring to your room.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with a one-year old and brought with me plenty of baby foods that will go spoiled if they're not chilled. The fridge in the room was broken & when I complained the staffs were giving ridiculous statements like their fridge is not used for chilling purpose, but for storage purpose only (???) And when I asked to see their GM they said he's already off duty. It was a Friday at 7PM. I asked him to see me the next day and he's apparently off too on Saturdays & Sundays. I've traveled a lot for work & pleasure and never found hotel GMs so unreachable & are off on weekends. Avoid this hotel if you want a decent service.

I have recently book Thier valentine package and was very fortunate to enjoy Ashley's suite. Room was spacious, bed is clean and decorations were simply too lovely. Thanks to Jenny, desti and vickry for thier exceptional great service. Strongly recommend for any couple/tourist to choose this hotel

I came here for a short staycation. My experience here was so good it's surprising to me. The staffs are so friendly and helpful, I asked for a quiet room and the room was indeed very quiet despite of having rooms around me was occupied by other guests but it was never noisy. I had a good time, will totally come back. The bathtub is big as well, it's been a while since I last find a hotel with a bathtub so big I can stretch my legs all the way 🤣

Restful Have stayed at Ashley Jakarta many times. Smooth check in. Was tired after a long day at work. Just wanted to go to the room and just sleep. Greeted and served warmly by Alifah reception . Had a really good rest here. Mattress was comfortable. Everything was clean. Love it

for the first impression, I love the lobby fragrance.. it is so relaxing. the room is not too big but looked good and it would be best if completed with smart TV... I enjoyed my stay there. And one thing that made this hotel different are the smile and the sincerity of staff from helpful security to accommodative reception until the room cleaning hospitality..... you all amazing....!! I recently stayed at Hotel Ashley Wahid Hasyim in Jakarta and I must say it was a great experience. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, and I really appreciated that they gave me a free upgrade from a superior room to a deluxe room. One of the positive aspects of this hotel is its convenient location. It is situated near many good places, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions. The room I stayed in was not completely soundproof. So, if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend requesting a room that is not located near the elevator to minimize any potential noise disturbances. I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers visiting Jakarta.

I recently stay here in Ashley Wahid Hasyim hotel, the hotel have a good location, the employees in the reception are very welcoming and very nice. The upgrade in the room was a very good commercial gesture from the hotel. One small negative point about the buffet breakfast I found that he was slightly poor. Unfortunately my stay was so short, I recommend this hotel.

I recently had a pleasure of staying at Ashley Wahid Hasyim Jakarta hotel, and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable and super clean, I had a really comfortable stay. The staff was so attentive and helpful, I felt really welcomed which is so important while being away from home. Vicky, one of the staff members was absolutely fantastic, he helped so much with arranging pickup and transportation, I really appreciated his help as visiting the county for the first time it’s not easy to find your way around! Definitely a 5 star say!

This is an honest review from me. I stayed at Ashley Wahid Hasyim on the 5th of August for business purposes in the central Jakarta area, and it turned out to be my best decision of the year. First arrived at the lobby, we were greeted and served perfectly by a receptionist named Vicky, I can't praise the warmth and friendliness of his service any better(the hotel management must increase His salary ;) ) The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm, clean and comfortable. The room is fragrant but not overpowering so it feels very relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a place to stay in central Jakarta area :)

Staying 2 nights with my parents at Ashley Wahid Hasyim before flying back to Europe. We choose this hotel due to its location and our past experience with their sister hotel nearby. Positive: Of course the location itself, as it is nearby the famous Jalan Sabang in Central Jakarta, Sarinah and other Jakarta malls and landmarks. For us, the services given by the staffs were excellent. They gave an upgrade room for my parents. As other Ashley hotel brand, they have ironing and washing room. Parking space for car not only in front of the hotel but also in basement (careful as it is narrow). Late check-out was given. Restaurant for breakfast has many varieties and the taste is okay. Improvement/ Comments: However talking about the room, the size and shape is too small and odd. It looks we do not have any space. We expect that there is a pool as shown on the image. But it is no pool at the hotel. There is a small gym room. You can exercise there. Care about empty hand soap at the room, tissue or amenities are appreciated. Clean the floor under the bed at least once a week. A nice room fragrance like in lobby should be also put in each floor or the room No view from Room 314 and 317. But we do not mind. From this experience, I would recommend to book this hotel for short trip travel in Jakarta only.

This is a place for stay if you are in business trip. The room is clean, small, efficient. Only big wardrobe in the room make the heavy sensation, but overall it is nice place, good breakfast and good location.

It's near culinary district, close to Sarinah mall, and not too far from Gambir train station. The location is great. Service is okay. The building itself looks neat and modern. It's a business hotel, so you're not going to find anything too fancy. They have meeting rooms, too. Staff are friendly.

Had recently stayed there last weekend with a friend. Excellent and convenient location. Easy to get taxis anytime of the day. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr Rizky who went out of the way to make our stay comfortable by trying his very best to accommodate all our requests. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Only problem is the restaurant closes rather early by 9pm. Buffet breakfast was pretty good. Will definitely stay there on my next visit. Highly recommend the place.

We had a lovely experience at Ashley Wahid Hasyim! The service was exceptional and Leony at the front desk was very kind. She allowed us a 1pm check out because we had an evening flight. She also upgraded our room. The breakfast was very good too with lots of options. Overall we would definitely recommend the hotel!

Memorable stay getting room with view facing street and very excelent service from all of the staff reception, restaurant, housekeeping. Especially for the bellman who standby at the lobby, named Gumar. He is really helpful, he teach me how to take the public transportation and book grab with discount which is will be make low cost for going somewhere. and also he teach me how to using laundry facilities and keep my clothes safe until finish. For the breakfast all good, and they have new regulation for zero food waste which is very excellent

The first impression was amazing, friendly and helpful frontliner and staff. The check in process was quick, we got 2nd floor and they offered the possibility to change the room if the view wouldnt really good for us. Somehow, also got problem with the leaking sink, but were too tired to re-pack stuff and move so we just asked 2 extra floormats but only 1 delivered. The breakfast menu was just fine. The laundry self service definitely help a lot. The place is amazingly strategic for us, Sarinah, GI, and Papaya nearby.

Excellent hotel, great service, and comfortable rooms. Its a very modern hotel, with well furnished rooms, lobby, restaurant etc. The staff were very helpful, checking in and checking out was smooth. Saskia at the frontdesk was really helpful and gave me an early check in as well. The breakfast buffet was quite decent, with the standard options, inciuding Indonesian cuisine. The restaurant does close early sometimes, so I had to eat outside as they had closed around 8.45pm on Saturday. This could be an area for improvement? The location is good, not a lot of supermarkets or cafes (other than those within other hotels). All of that said, I'm happy with my stay.

I stayed in the corner room and it was a pleasant stay. The walk to Bundaran HI is quite far but a nice walk as there are things to see along the way. You also have Sarina along the way to grab a drink or a feed. At the time I was staying, there were a lot of business people from outside so the restaurant was too busy to try. Ended up eating outside where there are plenty of places to eat all along the road.

I‘m visiting guest for the second time at Ashley Wahid Hasyim, so that gives a hint that this hotel is not bad for the accommodation while visiting Jakarta. I‘ve been bridging my Indonesia visits, so stays have been rather short term 5-6 days. Most of the rooms are rather limited in size, so if you are travelling with maximum or double maximum airliner luggage and/or two persons, then you‘ll be short of free space. Sound isolation between the rooms is not the best, so if you tend to suffer from the light sleep quality, pack ear plugs or stay elsewhere. Last time I visited Ashley about a year ago there was strong odor coming from the pipes in the shower/toilet. This issue is still valid after a year, so some proper inspection is due. Breakfast at the hotel has rather big buffet selection to start the day with a full stomach, but after a few days you‘ll grow tired of it. Hotel has a small gym room with two treadmills, weights, and a spin bike. Hotel is well located to reach many shopping malls and Transjakarta lines.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team especially kak vicky has always been super nice, friendly, patient, and helpful. That impressed me the most. Would definitely recommend this hotel! 🤍

I must have stayed at this establishment at least five times in the year, and I must say the service - for its price point - has remained consistently warm and friendly without fail, even when I check in past midnight. The rooms, although a little small, are cosy with premium touches which does not feel budget at all. Breakfast is alright, though space can be a little tight. Most importantly, I always stay here to enjoy the convenient location - a stone's throw away from Sarinah and car-free day on Sundays. Grabcar is always very easy to get in this area.

Got an early check-in, which is much appreciated. The staff also very friendly. The room however quite small and with a super thin wall. I cld hear people from next door chatting and laughing hard all through the night. The other downside was the breakfast, not many options. The location however is great.

We held a small seminar in this hotel’s meeting room and their service was good. The room was spacious, and they practiced proper health protocols in relation to Covid-19. The food was also good. I really appreciate that they provide big fresh oranges for snacks.

everything was so good. every time i stayed at Ashley, they always greed me with smile and friendly. the room is clean and cozy, the service is the best service you could ask. the location is also great. it located in the heart of Central Jakarta, nearby Sarinah. Close to the main street and public transportation. if you get hungry in the evening, you can go to street food evening. bars also walking distance from the hotel. it’s really a win-win deal. they are very strict with health protocol during this pandemic. so don’t worry about it.

The location is easy to reach. Superior room is not too spacious. Mattresses and pillows are very soft and comfortable. Each room door is marked with disinfectant. The tv channels are a lot but there is no Netflix yet. Clean bathroom & provided hairdryer. There's JBL Speaker in the room.

It was great to had business meeting there. The services and atmosphere was so exciting. I think the hotel's room (deluxe tipe) is smaller than other hotel.

the service, cleanliness, and and amenities are IMPECCABLE! Vicky at the reception desk was super helpful to ensure a smooth check-in and my stay was pleasant. I would definitely come again and already plan to do a writing retreat here next year. unfortunately, 4 stars given because the internet connection at the 1st level was very very slow and I ended up tethering via my phone to be able to work. I was already settled in and too exhausted to request to move to another room. some other guests complimented their fast internet connection, so my suggestion will be either staff checking the internet connection speed at 1st level or guests who stay to work avoiding to get assigned in a room at 1st level.

We stayed there for 3 nights. It was our first time in Jakarta . Unfortunately on our first day just hours upon arrival our iPhone was stolen while we were crossing the Wahid Hasyim street. You need to be careful of motorbikes 🏍. The hotel room is quite small , it has a small closet. The bedsheets are clean but the bathroom towels aren’t in good shape. The breakfast is acceptable. All the staff are extremely helpful & nice. They have a lovely free laundry room. The receptionist “Mr. Vicky” was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay. I strongly suggest dealing with him. They don’t have brochures for tourists but the receptionists are more than happy to research online for you and assist you. It’s close to malls & restaurants.

For a short business trip, it's worth the value, very near the city center, lots of accessibility to public transport, several shopping mall nearby to buy some necessities you forget to bring with, the room itself also great with smoking and non smoking selection, great diverse selection for breakfast. Service just as what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Well done!

This one is different. When expecting it the least, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond. Starting from check-in I was pleasantly surprised by the style, finesse and attention to detail the front desk attendant displayed. The gentleman made significant effort to understand my preferences for the 5 nights stay and offered me various solutions to meet them. Whenever passing through the lobby the following days, I noticed front desk personnel addressing me by name and ensuring my well-being several times. On the third day, my phone had been robbed just across the street, late night, leaving me in disbelief and uncertainty how to react. As the hotel security heard about the incident, he immediately communicated with his colleagues, ending up escorting me to the nearest precinct, assisting as translator – until 2 am. Upon return, additional staff, already off duty, had gathered and were discussing my case. Attempts were made to locate my phone, they offered me their phones to track and call. The gentleman from my check in, Indra, drove me to the central police station, assisted me in communication and even drove me back to the hotel in the early morning hours. Well past his duty had finished. The following days everyone in the hotel expressed their empathy, be it a small snacks basket to lighten my mood, engaging in conversations to cheer me up, to offering me support throughout my stay. Overall, I am stunned how professional, genuine and skilled the people are, I met at this hotel. In my talk with the general manager, I understood that empathy is one of the elements promoted. As foreigner I feel well taken care of, much more than just a customer. All employees proactively communicate, despite occasional language barriers. I give big credit for that. A BIG thank you to everyone who assisted me, I shall be happy to return. Room descriptions were accurate, so if you want a big room, make sure you book the appropriate one.

Stayed here for 2 days. Ordered the superior room and was lucky enough to be given an upgrade for free during check in by one of the receptionist. The room was pretty small tbh, but it was clean. The bathroom was also clean, but somehow when i first went in to the bathroom it kinda smells. Bed sheets and towels are clean. For breakfast taste wise was pretty good but food selection was a little limited but i guess it's enough. Would be better if the space was bigger because it was a little cramped. Service was good though.

We got a very warm welcome from Vicky, who was very friendly and helpful. We got a nice room, spacious enough for 2 people, a good bed and some closets for our clothes. The bathroom is nice with a good shower. Another big plus was the free laundry room, which was well equipped.

There are 3 Ashley hotels with great locations. The staffs are helpful, special thanks to Mr. Indra and Ms. Leony at the frontline. I chose to stay here for medical purpose, so location and cleanliness is my main priority. The room is clean, looks nice, with complete amenities. Also, there's self-service laundry here!

it is a very big hotel it is in the middle of the city and near Indonesia Grand mall the cleanness of the rooms are completely good enough and there are very polite and hospitable waiters in the hotel these are with reasonable price great :)

Great for staying for few days in the capital city of Indonesia. But the food buffet was limited (mostly Indonesian traditional food)! Room was smaller than expected.

Happily stayed for 3days 2 nights. Able to check-in earlier, had a warm welcome from Ilham the receptionist, he is kind & helpful enough to explain the inquiries that I had. Me and my friend got spacious room , with beautiful view! Not to forget the laundry room is free for the guest, that's awesome! I stayed in Ashley for my business trip and it's lovely. Their staff's service was amazing. One night, my discussion in the Adele Restaurant run until they had to close a bit late. The staffs kindly understood & waited until my discussion was finished. For breakfast, food option is limited but the taste is good. I love their coffee because it's Tanamera Coffee. Unfortunately they don't have a pool but there is a gym. Last but not least, I got free upgrade room and the room is big with great city view. Thx Ashley!

I stayed at Executive room and the room & bathroom size is very convenient. Because of Covid-19 the breakfast is served in boxes. The location is strategic near a lot of restaurants and shopping malls. And the price is terrific! I would like to stay here again another time 👍

If you are looking for accomodation in the center of Jakarta, Ashley Wahid Hasyim is one of the good options. Not too far from Commuter Line and surrounded by wide range of dining places. The hotel have several meeting halls, so it's also good for convention/meetings.

Good location. Breakfast is very underwhelming for a 4* hotel. Was in another 4* hotel, has 4 times more food varies than what's served at Ashley's breakfast. The chicken served is super dry, sahara desert chicken. Lacks variety. My mirror in the room is dirty, with dark dots all over the mirror. Overall still a good hotel room. Nice modern bathroom. Nice pillows and big bed. At least 6 in wall sockets with international sockets.
