OYO
application
a
day
before
staying
day
(I
booked
on
15
Mar
2019,
I
stayed
on
16
-
17
Mar
2019).
I
checked
in
about
07.00
PM
and
it
ran
smoothly.
They
asked
for
my
ID
card
and
asked
IDR
100k
for
deposit
(it
will
be
returned
to
you
if
there
was
no
damage
in
room’s
properties).
My
room
was
room
405
in
fourth
floor
and
only
stairs
was
available.
When
I
entered
my
room,
I
was
a
bit
surprised
as
I
got
a
STANDARD
SINGLE
room.
Since
I
did
not
clearly
remember
what
room
type
I
booked
at
that
time,
I
did
not
put
much
attention
to
that.
An
hour
later,
I
checked
my
email
and
there
was
a
notification
email
from
OYO.
It
stated
that
my
room
was
in
room
308
instead
of
405.
At
that
moment,
I
was
starting
suspicious
and
a
bit
sure
that
the
room
I
booked
was
STANDARD
DOUBLE
room.
I
confirmed
it
to
OYO’s
customer
service
and
It
was
confirmed
that
my
room
was
STANDARD
DOUBLE
room,
not
STANDARD
SINGLE
one.
At
that
time,
I
felt
DECEIVED
and
DISAPPOINTED.
Should
I
come
with
my
partner
in
order
to
get
my
standard
double
room
which
I
booked?
At
the
time
I
checked
out,
no
apology
at
all
from
the
staff
of
this
property.
Beyond
my
bad
experience
above,
the
things
that
I
could
share
about
my
“STANDARD
SINGLE”
room
was
described
below.
Positive
points:
-
Two
tumbs
up
for
toiletries
included
the
towel.
-
A
nice
view
from
fourth
floor.
-
So
many
choice
of
TV
channel
and
they
work
well.
-
There
was
a
wardrobe
included
hangers.
-
AC
works
well.
Negative
points:
-
The
room
was
quite
small.
-
Hairs
was
still
found
on
the
floor
and
on
the
bed.
-
The
shower
was
leak.
-
Bathroom’s
floor
was
dirty
as
if
it
was
never
cleaned.
-
Small
spiders
between
AC
and
wardrobe.
-
Only
stairs
is
available
connecting
among
the
floors.
