The first time here got well treatment for my teeth. And the doctor has been late for an hour. But that is okay as long as their services are great. The waiting room also acceptable with dividers between each other. And it is so cool here, so we don't have any sweat while waiting here. Also, there is a mini store selling any kind of drinks and foods so we don't need to go outside to have our stomachs full, but the food is a little bit pricey while the drink just has a normal price. The doctor and the nurses also very kind and offer me to have a visit another time I need. I was handled by Dr. Inda Pribadi Sp.BM, which already recognizes for mouth surgery. And he is the great doctor 👍

I went to see an Otolaryngology, Dr. Awarudin, and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and I got better after a day! I would give him a 5 star and I would return to him again if I have a problem in the future. But I would like to comment on the pharmacist, Atut Purwanti (3rd Floor). Her service was extremely slow for readily available manufactured products, despite I was the only client on that day (1st Jan 2023). She's unorganized, unorderly and was not focused to service her clients. She started to get my tablets, then stopped then was busy doing many other things. On her window there was a sign to suggest patients to come back within 2x24 hours to pick up their medicines! How could this be? It means patients who could have been better, have to suffer for additional 2 days because of her inability to work fast or because the hospital silly policy?!

Trash hospital. I already had appointment with the doctor and he didn’t show up until almost 3 hours later while I’m waiting in the pre-op room wearing the scrubs. The doctor didn’t apologize!! Crazy!! The day after I had to wait for 3 hours for the admission. This hospital really needs to upgrade their service and the doctors must learn how and when to apologize. Definitely won’t come back to this hospital!!!

Crowded, bpjs and executive mix in one place ck ck ck. What for you have the executive if you must mix together with BPJS patient? Better you close the executive. The toilet stink and dirt. Difficult to find parking and to crowded.

Thank you to the doctors, staffs, and nurses at Hermina Daan Mogot Hospital for taking care of my mother-in-law after her foot surgery. Especially the nurses on the 4th floor, as well as Mrs. Dian, Mrs. Dias, Mrs. Eni, Mrs. Yana, and Dr. Hamdan, who served well and patiently. Friendly and helpful nurse from 5th floor when I stay in this hospital. The food is not bad, quite good sometimes. The cleaning staff from 5th floor also friendly and helpful.

I come to Hermina Daan Mogot Hospital to see an obsgyn doctor. They told me the doctor will come at 2 pm, but me and other patients still waiting at quarter past 3 pm. I wonder if there's a rule about tardiness on doctors because this is unacceptable.

Most staffs, doctors and nurses are very friendly and helpful.

Bad staff, the nurse never response to the bell on the bed, you need to ask them directly. I’m 5months pregnant, the doctor came around 4pm on the next day, checked me less than 30 seconds without explanation. Using bojs is like you are not welcome here, i wanted to upgrade, need to deposit for 5jt. I asked the nurse to make the room more cold, i told the nurse that i am not breath properly due to room temperature, they ignore like nothing. Will never come back again!

The service from Poli Executive 3 floor is so great. The nurses are very kind and treat my father with care. The doctor also very kind and he helped my father so he can recover well. Although sometimes the doctor is late, it doesn't matter as long as they give a good service. Thank you.
