Had a great time there despite not being able to choose where we wanted to sit. The downside was seeing one of the cooks/bakers lick his finger🤢 which definitely showed the lack of hygiene. Seriously that is a no-no. Wonder if they could use gloves or at least not lick their fingers!!

We are sitting here for 20 minutes, and no one who greated us or asked for orders.. I tried to make eyecontact, but they avoided me! I am literally here for the kids who wants to stay and play in the indoor play erea.. otherwise I would be gone. 😑

Italians are turning in their grave considering what they are serving here! Pasta is overcooked to the point of disintegration and pizza is just one tasteless fat circle of dough. Would definitely not recommend going here if you appreciate decent food.

Delicious and nice service. The only thing I wish to improve is the drink „Hugo“, which is really tasteless and horrible as it is served from one bottle. Please use real prosecco mixed with mint and sirup to do it fresh. Really good drought beer, though. Pasta and pizza are good. Recommend it!

I actually don’t want to give any star. Impolite and lazy. Nobody seems want to help costumer. No wonder after read many review. The crews are really rude and making me feel like i beg them to sell me food. Better change them

Terrible service. Waiters don't engage out check on customers nearly enough. Food is good , huge portions and cheap though. If you can deal with the bad service then it's fine.

Nice place, good food as always. Service could be a little more proactive. Drinks came after the food. And they didn't come and ask for another round in a long time. All in all a nice and inexpensive place to eat.

Had pasta drenched in saus. Looked more like a pasta soup. The only good thing here is the kids section. But would not go here to eat.

Person at the front desk was constantly on his phone. Only looked up shortly to say we could pick any seat near the window. We were not acknowledged by the wait personnel for a while. Decided to make my order quick and got surprised with a burned pizza (black charcoal on the corners) and the pasta was not tasty at all... Next time I am going to try nearby Pappagallo or go to Vapiano... Obviously, I did not tip for which I was clearly "rewarded" by not getting a goodbye when I said bye. This way Happy Italy will not be around for long.
