I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a basic service equivalent to three stars or less, as it falls below even a one-star rating. It lacked essential amenities such as toilet seat covers, air conditioning, and the TV only displayed black and white signals. The bar and restaurant services were well below the minimum standards expected in this area. The hot water was consistently unavailable, and the shower head was ineffective. No secure parking was available, and the loud music made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Today was particularly absurd, as we encountered difficulty in moving our car due to someone parking in the middle of the lot. No apologies were offered by anyone involved.

It’s a shame that is called Hotel because basically it isn’t. There are no services at all and the the staff doesn’t care about clients comfort. I feel like i wasted my money. I don’t recommend it at all.

We stayed at fourth floor renovated part of the hotel. The views were amazing. Everything was great, and the staff was super friendly and kind. The restaurant served delicious foods and plentiful breakfast. They upgraded the menu, and all was perfect. Wish them good luck and all recommend for others to visit. ___ Edited: First time when stayed there, they expressed remorse for staying only one night, and regretful to let me stay there for short. The second time, when I tried to book now, they refused to let me book at all; due to short duration of stay - and I find that not pleasant nor correct as a policy, therefore downing my initial review from 5 to 2.

Amazing food and lovely, kind, well spoken staff! Must try the garlic prawns! The staff went above and beyond and made our dinner here one of the best! We will be back!

The hotel is so good The staf was perfect the food was so delicious and the price was so economic.I dont know why this negative vibe for this hotel but everything was so incredable for me and my family.Thank you so much BASANA see you next year

I would not recommend this hotel it is not worthy for the price you pay, Very dirty place,you pay 60€ for smal rooms,with dirty toilet all days it smells bad ,the bed are overly uncomfortable and the sheets are dirty with blood ,and other stains. Food is so bad the serve cold food and pasta from yesterday. Dont waste your vacation days in this place.🤮👎👎

Very nice and clean. Right on the beach with beautiful views. A lot of comments are from other competitors. See for yourself. Excellent hotel.

Hotel is nice, on the beach, we got a room with a sea view, it's renovated this year, worth to visit. We came here out of season, and it's still beautiful. I would recommended, especially now after renovation.
