The accommodation is a quiet, comfortable oasis from the crowds attended by a helpful, courteous and meticulous host. The attention to detail is appreciated and the cleaning is exceptional. The host has many well researched suggestions and advice for visiting local national parks and coastal islands with great help for making bus and ferry connections. It was an enjoyable experience made better by the thoughtfulness of the host.

Stayed for a night. Amazing hospitality, exceptional rooms. Sanja, the owner, personally took care of all our needs. Even let us use a spare room on the day we checked out. Can't recommend them enough!

The owners are the most fantastic, nice and kind people! The room is beautiful, the location is right in the city center. Awesome place with awesome owners, highly recommended for everybody!!!!!

Thanks for a lovely, personal stay, with a lot of service. Beautiful room and bathroom! And beautiful fresh flowers everywhere, so it smells great! Good location and very soft bed, which I loved. Sometimes a bit too much, haha.. Breakfast can be booked on top for 10 euros and they walk you to the hotel where you can actually have the breakfast (very close by). Good location, surrounded by bars and restaurants.

The cleanliness of the rooms reached our high standards of a pristine atmosphere. The room was close to the charming old, main town. The owner, eager to please, gave us a map of must see locations and the means to get there. Overall, a five star experience. You don't want to miss this.

We made a last minute booking so got a great rate for this place. No onsite parking but there is free public parking close by (5minute walk) which they pointed out to us before arrival. A little bit tricky to find as down a small lane. Room was great had all the amenities , clean with great aircon amd loved the feel of the original rock within the room.

Still staying here, but service and quality exceed expectations. Large enough room with a great restroom and room maitanence. We were provided a map by Sanja at the start of our visit with places to see and restaurants she suggested. All hand written out and traced on a map so we knew where to go. Great experience!

Beautiful place in the center of the city. Close to the beach and all sights in Split. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Host is very friendly and helpful. We enjoy our stay.

Can't say enough good things about this tiny hotel. Kind, welcoming staff who do everything they can to be helpful (even when we arrived past midnight) and provide really useful tips on what to see, where to eat and even where to park in Split. Impeccably clean rooms, newly outfitted bathrooms and an inner courtyard full of flowers that catches the sun and is a calm oasis in the city.

Super place, quiet, clean and comfortable, a short walk away from the action. Sanja is super nice and helpful with restaurant and site seeing recommendations (and arranged airport pickup, which was very helpful and overseas flight). Hope be back soon!

This is one of the best places you can have for your pleasant vacation. Rooms are brilliant and exceptionally done. Service is very kind and hospitable. Location is just perfect and five minutes walking distance to the old town center Diocletian's palace, pretty close to virtually everything you will need, and want to see and experience. Beautiful promenade with many bars and restaurants is just five minutes walking distance down the street, and there is a bus stop where you can take 5-10 minute drive to the park-forest Marjan to enjoy swimming and sunshine on one of many beautiful beaches. You'll be very pleased with your stay. Guaranteed!
