Terrible! The employees are so rude while taking your order. When you drive up to pay for your order they rudely ask for your money, rudely take it out of your hand, and finish the transaction by slamming the window on you. Prices are continuing to rise at this location even through the quality and quantity of food is clearly decreasing. The atmosphere is overall uncomfortable, and the parking lot is complicated. I bought a lot of food for my family, and not only did I receive the worst service ever, but luckily, I received some of my order with items missing. As usual. Also, nuggets with no dipping sauce, yet I asked for it. No one knows how to count. Or talk in that matter. They're just taught to rob you and disrespect you. Dress up like pin cushion with clown makeup. The only requirement to work here, huh? Continue to hire people with zero knowledge and zero common sense with the worst attitudes ever. Disgusting. Everyone these days want to do the bare minimum and scrape up their paycheck with no care for their community.

Some of the best service at a fast food restaurant yet! Understood the mobile coupon we had instantly, whereas most places have to go ask the managers or whoever questions. Was a decently big order for 4 people. Paying was quick and easy even with having to scan the mobile deal code. Getting our food was even faster, less than a minute after paying we had our food, made well, with everything we wanted, even with each separate meal in it's own bag! Most places just throw it all in as few bags as possible and miss multiple items. Great job to this Wendy's, doing everything right!

either of these look like a triple with no sauce? first gave me a chicken and salmon Sammy how is that even possible? then I go back and let you know you messed up then you give me the right burger with sauce on it? how high yall is? that's mustard on my no sauce remake trip Dave's.

The cashier at the first window was rude when my husband tried handing her our money. He ordered a #7 with unsweetened tea. When we got to the second window, that employee dropped an orange juice on the floor and then tried handing it out the window to us. First of all, NOT sanitary at all. Second, completely incorrect and then she looked confused when he tried to tell her the correct beverage. That was when we requested our money back.

They advertise on television that the biggie bag is the most food you can get for $5 and it's a crock. If you want a good deal go to Carl's Jr and get their $6 meal deal with a hamburger chicken fries and french fries. It's a lot of food!!

the two women working in the drive through. the first window, the cashier, was incompetent, and did not off a receipt, and rude. the second window, the woman giving the food, was rude, handed the wrong burger. poor customer service.

Service was quick and friendly. Food was hot, fresh and tasted good. The four stars is for too much mayonnaise on both burgers. It was difficult to eat. Overall, would reccomend.

A lot better than it used to be. It's a bit more expensive due to bidens new cost to live here but overall I would recommend as a decent fast food place, and the 6 dollar biggie bags are great.

The service was fine But the food? Gross. We never go to Wendy’s and went because pretty much everything was closed and we didn’t want McDonald’s or Taco Bell. Got two crispy chicken sandwiches and they were hard and chewy and tiny. Just don’t recommend getting the chicken sandwiches.

Never get anything with ice here!! there was a bee/fly looking thing frozen in the ice in my drink. When I called the manager to tell her so they could stop serving out of that ice machine; and deep clean it, she had the audacity to get defensive and tell me they clean their machines regularly. Umm I understand you may clean it regularly but I was calling as a courtesy so you don't continue to serve contaminated ice and get other people sick. I'm never eating here again

Ashley, the General Manager, was fantastic! She made my Asiago Bacon Ranch into a spicy chicken wrap. She made it personally and diced up all of the ingredients. It was delicious! Tables were clean, service was super fast. Overall great experience. 👍

What can I say it's Wendy's.. Didn't take us too long to order as there was no line, but by time we sat down, the lobby was quickly filling up.. The biggie bags are my go to but alas I one l only got 3 out of 4 nuggies.😱🥺 I absolutely love the Wendy soda and always get the cherry cream one. 🤤🤤My dining partner got the queso fries and while we enjoyed them we thought it either be better to have the cheese in the side to dip the fries in because They were a bit soggy... But they tasted great...

I purchased a strawberry frosty and it sure affected my back it was so cold. Some time ago as I was about to walk into this location a possible employee a male said I can no longer go to this location. I thought he was joking but I don't know for sure. I did not do anything wrong. I like their breakfast meals. My smartphone sure knows where I go. I don't know if I like that. This is the only reason I am giving a review. I like Wendy's always have. 😊 parking in this area at this location in my opinion needs to be made better in my opinion.
