For a first time experience it was pretty great. Our server was kind and able to answer our questions. Though our water was on the warm side and yet the table right across from us had ice full in their cups and also constant refills. I had to ask for a refill of ice water and ended up with exactly 2 melting ice cubes. What can I say, I like my water cold! Also we (3 friends) paid a la carte individually, yet only received a 2 person serving on the desert. We kept hearing about these wonderful melting marshmallows as well and never received/tried those. And last but not least, my delicious lobster tail would have been all the better if I'd been able to dip it in butter, but again did not receive that (and didn't even realize I was supposed to get butter until someone told me). We got no refills on really anything, not even sauce. Again we paid individually and basically ended up with the 2 person servings for cheese and dessert. The dessert forks also were stained upon arrival. Great experience, but the delivery was lacking.

Expensive for how much you actually get. It’s more like an experience to just try it out, however it was a very little amount of food. The tiny pieces of desserts were stale and hard as a rock. I feel like the place could use some upgrades to their dessert part so it can improve a lot better and match the price, but overall, the staff was amazing and their bar was great, just needs some upgrades to their menu.

Really pricey for what you almost don’t get. Cute presentation, but they didn’t include everything reserved online before hand, and we practically had to beg for a couples photo (which again I paid for when reserving the table). It’s is a delicious 4 course meal but for two people $260 doesn’t seem worth it. If your a huge cheese and chocolate person it may be worth experiencing one time, but otherwise I’d avoid this place for your wallets sake.

Type of experience everyone should do at least once. It gave a greater appreciation of every bite I had. The ultimate downside was how expensive it was, gave me absolutely no interest in coming back again anytime soon. Definitely a meal to remember with your special some one.

loved this location! you get a secluded little private booth so it is very intimate, great for a date night. the 4 course meal was AMAZING!!! id definitely recommend the crème brûlée dessert pot :)

The food was awesome. We ordered the Big Night out and everything was perfect. The attendant was friendly and explained everything nicely. The only complaint I have for which I gave 4 stars was we paid for a instant pic and the waiter who clicked the picture did a terrible job (we took two shots both were dark and blurry). Other than that great food and perfect ambience.

It was our first time visiting the Melting Pot we took our daughter and her boyfriend. We both got the 4 course meals for two. It was one of the funnest dinner experiences we have ever had. Our waiter Hunter was amazing he was super fun, helpful and very knowledgeable. We REALLY enjoyed all the amazing food and dessert. We will definitely visit again.

The table across from us had a very loud lady talking the whole night. It was unpleasant. The food was good. We tried the Ultimate Celebration Experience. 5 course meal for like $135 per person. My husband and I usually get the 4 course for 2 and enjoy it. We were disappointed to find out that the extra 5th course was a cherry tomato stuffed with cream cheese topped with bacon sprinkles. We wouldn't get it again, but we will go back. It was very hard to find. Once you enter the building, it is a maze trying to find the entrance. I also wished they validated parking. We spent close to $350 with tip, and then had to pay for parking. Update* After posting my review, the management contacted me and resolved the issues. Very happy with the customer service. Warm yum and inviting. Wonderful place for a romantic night. Not kid friendly for small small toddler kids cuz hot plate is apart of your table. 1st photo is the ying yang chocolate dip. The the cheese dip. Followed by the cook your own food in dip.

To start off our reservation for 830 turned into almost 9pm. When we got to our table, our booth table and silverware were all dirty. We got through our Cheese pretty well but when we got our salads, my gfs was literally half rotten. We decided to try and pay for what we had received up until then. We ended up getting comped for everything except our drinks which was totally acceptable. Our server Taylor M. Was great. Unfortunately for such a nice place we expected more.

The Staff was brilliant and super kind. We had a huge party with kiddos and they did a great job explaining to us new folks how the process works. You guys are awesome!

We always enjoy our annual Melting Pot experiences. Unfortunately, the price continues to increase exponentially. Our server tonight was the fastest we have ever had and was thorough engaged with our group.

The food was great, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was a little chilly, so that's why I put the four stars; made it a little uncomfortable for a lengthy dinner. We had three people and we each ordered a meal, honestly, it was too much food. We could have ordered two and still had plenty for each of us to leave full. Overall good experience.

We requested a quieter spot as we have children with noise and sensory sensitivities. They did not disappoint! We had a spacious table in a quiet room, even the music was turned down. Two of the children are gluten free and their options received rave reviews from this 12 and 14 yo. One kiddo didn't like their salmon and the waitress was happy to replace it with more chicken and was excited to see her trying new foods. As for cost per person, we went all out. There are options to fit multiple budgets and they often run specials.

So much fun! Our first time here. Our server was fantastic and made great recommendations. One thing -- as a Mom and Grandma-- the hot plate to keep the fondue hot is in the middle of the table. I was a little concerned about little kids getting burns, so just have to be cautious. Plan on spending $250-300.00 for 4 people, which is over my regular budget but it was for a special occasion. Overall, I recommend it for a treat or celebration. Enjoy!

We had a table of 9 people;which is a big table. First our waitress was beyond amazing! Everything was so good, from the atmosphere, to the food, and the service. We did the 4 entree and I highly recommend! You get so much food. Such a cool experience for anyone!

Great experience Saturday 10•22•22, date night with my boyfriend we got a small private booth with a package that included rose petals and chocolate covered strawberry box to take home! The waiter was so amazing, checking on us and helping us with the gluten free items on the menu and really being cool and comfortable about everything (: they've got a large selection to choose from and alot of gluten free substitutes and options!(: they also let you take the left overs home which is great ♥︎ the only thing difficult was finding the restaurant! Google maps is alittle off but it's inside the mall (:

My husband took me here for our first wedding anniversary, it was absolutely amazing. From the service, the food and the atmosphere. All of the staff were so incredibly nice! Would definitely recommend! Definitely coming back :)

Excellent wait staff, the atmosphere was wonderful. I called and scheduled a reservation for 7:30pm my daughter and I were there early about 6:50pm we had asked if we could sit in early if possible. The ladys said yes and we were seated in less than 15 minutes! The food was amazing as well as the drinks. Everything were well priced. The dessert was set on fire! We chose the s'mores with graham crackers. Soo tasty! We are definitely coming back together and we are bringing our family with us!

Ask to he seated in Don's section! We had the Bigger Dinners for our daughter's birthday dinner. We all really enjoyed our dining experience, made even better by our waiter, Don. The manager and all the staff were wonderful and accommodating, and le repas était exceptionnel!!

Didn't get alot of pictures because... We started eating lol but perfect date night place especially for an introvert! Also from the hosts to the servers everyone makes sure your comfortable without being invasive.
