Just had a great burger lunch from the downtown Spokane Bruchi’s. Although they are not well known for their burgers Bruchi’s burgers are a must try for any aspiring burger aficionado’s. Bruchi’s knows good burgers and builds them with care so you can enjoy while dinning in or taking out. You can get a classic style burger that comes with tomato lettuce pickles onions. Or you can go Godfitti style and get double patty with grilled mushrooms onions and jalapeños. The burgers are perfectly seasoned and the melty cheese combination is exactly what burger lovers want. The burgers pair really well with Bruchi’s crisp and delicious crinkle cut french fry’s with fry sauce. Also Bruchi’s has the best drink selection from buck and Oleys root-beer to RC cola. Service was nice and with a smile during the early lunch rush I look forward to returning and will be thinking about this burger until I try again.

I've regularly ordered lunch here for the past 5+ years I've worked nearby. Today was the last day. The staff was all new and I've never had an previously at any location. The order was served with ingredients I specially asked to have omitted, and the outside and inside of the bread was so heavily covered in oil it made it soggy and inedible. They've lost me as customer but they should train their people on how to prepare food and their soft skills as well if they want to keep the location solvent.

Excellent spot for a quick yet delicious lunch. Even though we only got salads today because of the heat, they were fantastic! I had the chicken spinach salad that had diced grilled chicken, diced bacon, cherry tomatoes, grated provolone cheese and crunchy croutons. I chose ranch dressing to go with it, Delicious!

The salad blew me away with flavors and freshness and my hubby loved his cheesesteak. They even accommodated our well done and make it spicy requests

The staff working the grill & calling orders out were so rude & short. When the customer is more courteous than the people being paid to assist them, there’s a problem. Also if a customer asks for a second fry sauce for their burger & fries DON’T rudely inform them that it’s already on the burger & turn away. I work downtown & there are a lot of lunch options, even if it’s a few dollars more it’s worth it for better service. Oh, to make it better the fries were cold.

The customer service sucks! Can't pickup food from where their own signage suggests. Regardless of how much standing around is happening only the cashier can get you your online order... my 12 inch sandwich is not even 11 inches!! I have been eating here since 2018. Today was most likely the last time. Sad day! That is a standard sheet of paper in the photo.

Friendly staff, nice decor, clean restaurant, the food is always great and consistent in its presentation and taste. This is the BEST Bruchis in Spokane and it's the only one I go to now that I found this location. Never disappointed by them! If you're looking for a great sandwich shop, this is the location to go to!

Pretty good food for a low price. I got the steak and cheese sub and I’d say it’s better than others I’ve had before. Could use better service but the cashier I got could’ve been having a bad day too.

Tried Bruchis for the first time at the downtown location. Came in and waited at the sign that says “Online Order Pickup” for 20 minutes. No one paid attention. Finally I asked how much longer for my order, and was told that I have to pick up from the “Order” counter. I pointed to the sign and asked why it shows to wait there, and one of the cooks, a tall dude with a slicked back bun gave me attitude and said “the sign doesn’t mean anything.” Doesn’t it?? Food was barely warm when I got it. Tasted alright but the staff needs some manners.

If you know you know. But it’s kinda secret.. the double Bruchi burger with grilled onions, mushrooms, bacon and jalapeños is one of the most amazing burgers I’ve had and my go-to on a long week. Go for the subs - but try the burgers.. you won’t regret it!

So glad I discovered this place! I was in town for a work conference and landed here for lunch on a Wednesday. I just had to return for the next 2 days for lunch again! Super good food that melts in your mouth along with those crinkle cut fries that hold plenty of fry sauce. The steak meat lover was my fav! Prices were ok considering the location too. This is a must stop!

I ordered a timed delivery, it got here 15 mins early so it sat until I was available to go grab it. I also left instructions for it to be delivered to a specific location so that I knew where is was, which was not followed so then I had to track down the order. Both of those issues could very well be a door dash issue. I had asked for added provolone on my sandwich and didn't see any. Then the salad I ordered I asked for no croutons, there was croutons. Also the dressing cup was only half full which isn't going to be enough for the salad. At first I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but things kept adding up. I have ordered her before with no issues, but today it was rough.

Good service. Hard workers and the food was hot and fresh. Amazing. Another great choice for anyone traveling from out of town or just craving some fresh cheese steaks.

Staff were polite and working hard. My wife almost cried tears of joy having their steak meat lovers for a second time. Food is cooked when ordered which does mean you'll have to wait a bit but also results in top quality meals.

Nice place, great people, and very good food. I won't give an all 5 because my orser was essentially cheese free. It was still really tasty, but not perfect. Certainly I would stop by if I came back to Spokane

i have ordered from here a few times, and almost every time they mess it up. the last time i ordered from here, my coworkers and i had actual soap in our sandwiches. this time they forgot the fries. their phone is almost always set to go to voicemail. im not ordering from them again. good luck to anyone who does

We have always liked Bruccis, but haven’t been there in a while. My husband was happy with his sandwich. I ordered the spinach salad. My salad consisted of spinach, onions and zucchini. None Of the items included in the salad were there. I called to get a refund but they were closed. I hope I hear from them.

I had to go back for them to correct my order and the girl didn’t even apologize or anything. She took her time to bag it and staple my bags together for some reason but couldn’t take the time to double check the order was correct before bagging it or apologizing when I had to go back. Also I told her it was supposed to have broccoli and she said, we don’t have any. How am I supposed to know that they’re out of something? Anyway, not the greatest experience there.

I ordered online. Delicious Hawaiian sandwich the bread was fresh today and the cranberry salad was yummy. Ready on time so still had time to eat when I got back to work! Perfect!!

That brought out the food fast not a single mistake in the order nice people overall good place to eat

Good tasting sandwiches, ok atmosphere, usually a good and speedy service, but had it not be so good on occasion or two when busy.

Went to this place after walking around downtown stopping at 2 other food locations in the area but left because of the horrible customer service. I had never been to bruchis before but when I walked in the environment was pleasant from the jump. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by 3 different ppl, Zereyah, Raul, and Jeania… one girl (Zereyah if I’m not mistaken) even told me how pretty I was.. (btw U are beautiful girl). Raul was my cashier. I was soooooo indecisive as to what I wanted but he was so patient with me. Once I made my mind it took less than 5 mins for my FRESH food to be given to me… it was so good I went back the next day. But yea those three was in there cooking cleaning doing it all. They seem to be keeping themselves very busy, not just standing around and the store was not busy at all!!! They are definitely asset to y’all company.. Where do I begin? i have eaten there a few times but yesterday .... I think I had the worst hamburger I've ever eaten. My only guess is the guy making the burger totally forgot about it. The burger was cooked beyond recognition, and the bun was like chewing on a piece of cardboard. Yucko. I'm never going backthere.

Smelled so good outside we had to go in! Tons of options! It took longer for us to decide what to order than it did to get our food! Plenty of staff and good service. I especially loved the Steak Meat Lover over fries.
