First time there, very friendly staff. We ordered a Donair Pizza, so good, so filling. We will be back! And the desert was super tasty. Couldn’t finish it all so we’ve got leftovers for tomorrow 😛

Ordered pepperoni and bacon pizza. Not sure if the meat is spoiled but its so sour that it triggered my gag reflex when I took a bite. Doesnt taste like pizza. Extremely sour. Not eating this bc i dont want to risk getting sick. $40 down the drain.

I heard about them through the Oilers Nation donair bracket. Supposedly one of the best in the Edmonton area. And best in Spruce. I was disappointed. I got the middle size donair with cheese. It was $12. Even as I carried it out I thought it seemed really light for a donair. The sauces were decent, not great, and the meat was tasty, but very thin cut. I was shocked how small it was. Although not horrible, I've had many other donairs much better than this. If this was $8, I might not complain as much, but I was still hungry afterwards. I haven't been to J's donair in years, but they were so much better last time I was there. I'd probably go there instead next time I'm in Spruce Grove.

GREAT donairs and priced right. I am now a steady customer after being a long time customer at a different Donair place in the Grove for over 10 years.

Recently moved to Spruce Grove. We tried a few other pizza places and were not happy. La Bezt Pizza is amazing. Flavourful and so many toppings its crazy. Their Donair sauce is amazing. Coming feom the East Coast, it's hard to find a great Donair sauce. Look no further. This is your spot for pizza.

As a donair connoisseur, I can assure you that la best has premium donair meat that is sliced to perfection. Place has always been clean, but I do wish the staff would wear gloves when handling food - it just seems like a common sense practice these days. Also, I find it odd that they charge extra for certain vegetables. They are also on the pricey side and don’t bother with a regular size, it is like having a snack as opposed to a meal. But flavour and freshness is spot on.

Disagree totally about the pepperoni - it was great and a very cool presentation - best overall pizza we’ve tried out here; amazing donair, and generous, tasty poutine. The dessert was a delicious bonus. Our new favourite place and we will be back on treat nights for more. LaBezt Pizza & Donair Bought a donor pizza on Wednesday kept it in the fridge, Friday at noon there was mold all over them, at $40.00 you would’ve thought the owner would at least given a credit for the two slices that I brought back but nope he said it had to be refrigerated and of course it was refrigerated. I wouldn’t be purchasing from there ever again, tell your friends. 

Favorite pizza place in Spruce grove. Pizza looks and tastes amazing, the staff is always very friendly and polite. Highly recommend La Bezt Pizza.

The worst customer service, quality and taste. I came late and ordered 3 donairs, went home and every single one of them was not what I ordered. Dove back for 15 minutes and when I got there the gentleman on shift was not even sorry about the mistake and he was willing to make me only a new one and not the rest when I said refund me my money he said no I will refund only one and you can come back in the morning to talk to the manager. $55 went to the garbage because of this place. Not recommended!! The worst donair in town

Ordered two pizzas. They were great. Lots of toppings. Very tasty. Best pizza I've had in a long time.

Had a coupon/gift that was gifted to my daughter from a giveaway by Wilhauk beef jersey. We ordered 2 large pizzas and although I don’t like that amount of meat on my pizza, my whole family loves it. The taste is awesome and I love the sauce. The chef/owner is super friendly.

Ordered pick up. Gentlemen said 5 mins to make. I got there in three mins and waited in the truck to give him some time. I watched him talk on the phone for 10 mins and figured he must have completed my order. I walked into grab it, he got off the phone and said we was still working on it, and started to make the order….. not coming back here again.

In my opinion, the best poutine in town. The best old school (arena) fries, paired with generous amounts of cheese and gravy. Amazing donairs as well, with copious amounts of toppings. The service has always been phenomenal, and the owner is always a friendly, smiling face when you come in the door. He was even kind enough to give me a free pop with my meal tonight! I would highly recommend La Bezt for all Poutine, Donair and Pizza cravings!

Before I get to the how the food tasted, I want to talk about the customer service. I ordered three donairs to be delivered and they forgot one of them in my order. I called to explain the situation and, without hesitation, they offered to have the one that was forgotten delivered to Stony Plain. When the donair was delivered, they gave us some type cinnamon bread. As for the taste, the donair was incredible. The tzatziki sauce was amazing and there was absolutely no shortage of donair meet. The cinnamon bread was also delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that makes amazing food for great prices, and a place that has great customer service!

Been going here since I was a kid in highschool, ate my first donair here in fact, it was and still is awesome. I might be a little biased as Ron and Julia have been incredible for the 12 years I've been going, the donairs are always jam packed full of meat, vegetables are fresh and crisp, and their sauces no matter what your getting be it sweet, tzatziki, or pizza sauce (did I mention their pizza is crazy tasty too) they are all delicious!

My husband and I have been going here since high school and still go when we are in town. Amazing people and food. Thank you, We will always be back! 🙏🏼

recently moved into the area. husband and i are big donair fans. unfortunately the donairs we received were not good, the meat taste very stale, the wraps were soggy and falling apart, the fries tasted like they have been sitting for several hours they were so overly salty we couldn't eat more than a couple of them. we really wanted this to be our new go to place, but based on our experience we were very disappointed.

La best is really damn good!! Their JOMBO donair is filled with meat!!! Like crazy.. and it’s well spiced doair meat.. and their sweet sauce is the best I’ve EVER tried.. If you really. Want a treat.. try their Donair Rolls. They are like giant spring rolls with meat , cheese (in the middle) and sweet sauce (on the side). We are lucky to have those food connoisseurs is Spruce Grove!

I have had a lot of pizza in my time..this is probably the Best Meat lovers Pizza I’ve ever Had omg amazing !! my wife had a donair amazing!!!! And the European sweet Delight fantastic. We were on our way home read the reviews and decided to try it first time there.. The owners super friendly.. definitely our New go to on the way to the lake wow.

Second time being here and notice they don't know how to wrap a donair properly. Not a lot of donair meat was in a super and the flavor just wasn't there. Always have to try a place twice before I review it. I worked in a donair shop for two years and I know what an awesome donair looks and tastes like.

I would definitely rate them 5 stars for strictly their donair. Absurdly love the donairs from here! May have to venture out into the rest of their menu one day!

I used to come here all the time when I lived in Spruce. The pizza and donairs are really quite good but what happened to the prices. CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY pricing - $38 for one 12” pizza? It is a good pizza though.

This is the best donair in spruce grove. Sauce is awesome portion is awesome. But tonight i decided to add on garlic fries, they smelt and tasted of just old and dirty fry oil. The owners are always pleasent and fast service, tonight my food took forever and I opened my bag in the car and my donair was absolutely demolished. Kind of a shame.

I came here probably 3 times before as there were not a lot of options for donair in Spruce Grove, but a few better places now. I have had their donairs and their pizzas... unfortunately I find both to be just average. The donair meat is not as flavorful as other places and the prices are very high for what you get. Sauce was a bit too watery for my liking. Caters to the high school lunch crowd. Service was good though and the place is clean. Just okay, there is much better.

Very disappointing pizza!! Ordered a pepperoni, onion & green pepper pizza. Pepperoni, I am sure was bologna. It tasted like a sliced hot dog. Sauce had the flavor of plain tomato paste. Crust was over cooked. I will never order from La Bezt pizza again.

Owner is also super nice every time I go in! Went in with my 5 month old today when the weather was +30, pizza still needed a couple minutes, he brought it to my car so we could sit in the air conditioning. Above and beyond customer service. Food is always great quality, and comes with complimentary dessert! Can’t go wrong. Place is friendly & clean! Only complaint is that the debit machine doesn’t allow for a tip option :)

Was very disappointed with my order. Although it looked impressive, it lacked in taste and quality of produce. The pepperoni tastes like a $1.50 Hotdog at Costco. Could not eat a full piece. Complete waste of $. I enjoy supporting local, but I cannot in good conscience recommend the pizza here to anyone. The pizza came lukewarm, very underwhelming, I'm sorry I tried it.

The food is beyond exceptional here. Our family spends less on a meal here as the pizzas are sooo loaded & we can barely get through a large pizza compared to the paper thin pizza's at the cheaper shops. The Donairs are stuffed & awesome too. Give this local shop a try, you'll be glad you did!

Amazing pizza and really kind staff! Really appreciated the welcome nature of the woman working and will come back next time I’m in the grove!

Great pizza. Great donairs. Plenty of fries with the combos. Their hot sauce is to die for. I purchased a bottle for at home.
