Amazing food in my opinion, crispy and spice chicken is always the best combination. However, stuff can be much more polite and faster, sometimes it took too much time to get my food. But 4 stars from me

I'm sharing my thoughts after a few bitter experiences. So this kfc has some long lines all the time and takes so long to give food. We bought a classic snacker and there were some small chicken pieces in it. What is wrong with kfc? There's no ac on the second floor. The staff is kinda rude and my card got declined a few times. Hope y'all can do something about this.

An average KFC outlet. Tried so many times but still lots to improve. Food quality was not to that expected level. Chicken portions're not crispy. Okay with the customer service.

Food taste is not equal to other outlets. I think palawaththa KFC much better than this. Sitting area is not enough even the 2nd flow AC is broken.

Best KFC shop in Colombo. Beautiful , cleaned and nice environment with large seating space. Nice and friendly staff and management. Entertainments for kds. Thay loved this place. Only problem is the parking space is not enough some times.

Okay, to be completely honest, the service that they provide to dine-in customers is terrible. The ordering process is fairly good, but if customers intend to eat on the premises, I would advise against it because there is no air conditioning, which left my friends and I in a hot room full of dine-in customers. They also don't serve French fries, and the Pepsi that they do serve isn't even cold; it's just dry Pepsi that has been removed from the can. Honestly dissatisfied with KFC's appalling customer service. Never again having dinner at KFC.

KFC is surprisingly cheap compared to other fast food outlets. I went there on May 2023 after many years it hasn't changed changed. Place isn't properly maintained. There were 2 girls working in the cashier 1 was kinda rude. When I was asking in English she talked in Sinhala so I switched languages. Also after the payment I went to sit and she has called but I didn't hear. She was yelling saying 'excuse me' and I felt it was harsh. Seems she isn't happy about the job. Calm quiet place. Not rushy. Food was tasting good. As expected. Not satisfied about the customer service.

I had a thing called double down, it's basically a sandwich without bread or bun. cheese, chicken bacon and barbecue sauce in the middle of 2 crispy chicken pieces. it tasted good. and had a crispy chicken piece, it was big enough for the price and it was okay.

I have ordered a submarine burger and chicken wings yesterday . Chicken wings are hot and tasty but but the burger I got may not be the condition it supposed to be. I asked the cashier ( boy with a spects) whether ivan be added a lettuce extra but he straightway said not possible. I dont know why is that because as I know there should be a option to add some extra for a burger for customers requests ( I used to be a manager at KFC when I was studying in UK). Anyway This was the first time I got this burger and please have a look how it was. If this is the original burger it self I am dissapoint to pay this much for a such a chicken less burger. If they have done a mistake waiting for their comments for this..

Staff has to be really trained at this outlet manager to staff has to be trained customer handling and basic ethics as they all have own attitudes Poor customer handling this is left out to Cargills Ceylon Management who ever is responsible for training staff. Cargills Ceylon being in business for so long has to take serious consideration and accountability when it comes to training staff to handle an international franchise brands.. I have been around Europe,Asia and South East Asia never seen a staff behavioural in such poor way towards customers. Tips: Frequent surprise checks to outlet and spot checks to outlet would keep up managing staff till they fall on proper track.

I want to give this 5 stars and the review because of Mr lakmal (the manager) thanks and appreciate his help and I will recommend this as the best KFC hospitality that I have received out of all the KFC and another 5 stars for the girl who helps me with the hotline too( unfortunately I Don't remember her but for sure she will ) as always nothing to complain with the food and it is the best 🌟.

I had a disappointing experience at KFC Rajagiriya. Firstly, their system was down, forcing customers to make cash payments only, which was quite inconvenient. The staff didn't seem friendly, and the counter being downstairs while dining was upstairs was inconvenient. They also didn't deliver food to the upstairs area. While the cleanliness was acceptable, overall, I wasn't quite satisfied with my visit.

Kinda mid, for a KFC the food was normal but the prices are not worth at all. There was a lot of tables but upstairs only a small room had air con the other tables upstairs had no air con.

Good tasty food. we bought one offer. it's very cheap. we ordered in front counter . there's one girl , she suggest to us that offer and she's very good. thank you 🥰

The food at Kfc is less tasty. Also there is no air conditioning inside. Kfc Customer has a lot of people but no action has been taken to put at least one fan inside and get rid of the heat.

Has the vegetable zinger burger available. But no fries were available when I arrived. Also, no air conditoning. Very hot room and not very clean. However the food arrived quickly and small the table and chair was clean upon request.

Not fast food. Ask 20min for sawan. Still not received 45min. :( very dissapointed. All staff watching cricket match at TV. No one attend to customers.

My recent visit to KFC Jayawardenapura left me thoroughly disappointed. The atmosphere was far from welcoming, with noticeable cleanliness issues that detracted from the dining experience. To make matters worse, the chicken bucket we ordered emitted a foul odor, indicating that the poultry was, regrettably, past its prime. It's disheartening when a renowned chain fails to uphold basic hygiene standards and delivers subpar food quality. I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly for the sake of future patrons.

The chicken is the best thing among everything they have.. i love the taste and everything . Chilling upstairs and cool environment

Every time I was going there I had to buy whatever they were suggesting than what we requested from the menu. If we need to buy what they are suggesting, why they are keeping a menu? I haven't experienced this with other branches.

Ordered a submarine and another item (cannot remember which). The submarine was acceptable. The other, which included some of an onion salad was ice cold; the 'salad' had obviously come straight out of the freezer and the quick microwave effort had not thawed the salad and I was actually crunching on ice slivers.. it was awful. Needless to say I didn't finish eating the item. It is sad to see the deplorable state that these so called franchised brands have descended to. Anyway, lesson learnt, money I'll spent and irreplaceable time squandered, never to be repeated again.

Worst KFC experience ever. The food was ice cold. Submarine was dry and they have hardly filled it with chicken. Hot drumlets wasn’t hot at all but over fried. Disappointed!

Their food quality is not as before. I ordered a vegiterian burger and the bun was not fresh. No French fries available during my visit. No extra sauce given. Service is very poor. And the upstairs area is closed due to break-down of AC.

Should not try Vegetable burger. Taste was plain. French fries was very tasty. Quick service. Spacious parking space with drive-through.

Need more AC!! Food is standard rates and taste. Clean and they're keeping it up in this Covid season. Really nice for a date actually. Still, need more AC!! Let that cold wind blows and y'all get the remaining star.. Update- Still the same, no AC, fast food preparation and it's the same as ever...

Didn't like it all. 12 piece bucket contained more of chicken wings. First floor AC's were out of order and ended up with bed bugs bites in hand. Needs pest control.

Overall 1 star because we placed the order through PickMe foods self pick up and waited for 25 minutes BECAUSE the order was not prepared and they weren’t aware of the order until we get there. The excuse they gave us was they had an audit officer coming so everything has delayed, while we wait for our order the staff members were frantically running around putting up the restaurant signs and labels. Definitely wouldn’t recommend eat at this branch even if it was free of charge!
