far
one
of
the
worst
gym
experiences
that
I’ve
ever
had.
The
bald
dark
gym
instructor
does
not
know
how
to
respect
customers.
I
thought
of
trying
out
this
gym
which
was
close
to
my
place
and
had
really
good
equipment.
It’s
been
nearly
a
month
since
I
joined
and
till
today
it
has
been
great.
I
forgot
to
take
my
towel
with
me
today,
but
i
was
careful
enough
to
clean
all
the
equipment
that
i
used
with
the
sanitizer/towel
provided
by
the
gym
after
every
use.
This
bald
guy
comes
to
me
and
screams
‘’where’s
your
towel’’
I
said
I
forgot
it
and
left
it
at
home.
I’m
a
manager
at
a
Five
star
hotel
in
Colombo,
so
i
know
what
sort
of
service
to
expect
from
an
establishment
like
this.
In
high
class
gyms,
they
usually
provide
towels
to
customers
in
case
they
forget
to
bring
their
own!
However,
that
was
not
the
case
here.
He
continues
to
yell
infront
of
everyone
‘’Don’t
you
know
that
you’re
supposed
to
bring
your
own
towel
from
home.
How
can
you
forget
it.
How
can
someone
else
use
this
machine
now.’’
and
he
continues
to
mock
me.
Then
he
goes
on
to
scold
some
other
guys
who
were
there
aswell
for
not
using
a
towel.
I
have
seen
him
do
this
to
some
other
customers
before
aswell.
At
that
time,
I
felt
sorry
for
those
who
were
embarassed
by
this
imbecile.
He
will
continue
to
do
the
same
unless
the
management
takes
some
sort
of
action.
I’m
sure
they’ve
already
received
complaints
about
this
guys
bad
customer
service.
But
I
guess
they
don’t
give
a
damn
about
their
customers.
Which
is
why
I
decided
to
take
to
the
internet
so
that
at
least
this
review
would
help
others
who
are
planning
to
get
a
membership
here.
I
do
understand
that
I
made
a
simple
mistake
of
leaving
my
towel
at
home.
This
could’ve
been
handled
in
a
different
way.
He
could’ve
conveyed
this
to
me
politely
without
offending
and
insulting
me
infront
of
everyone.
Just
because
he
is
an
instructor
and
he
has
bulky
muscles,
doesn’t
mean
that
he
can
yell
and
scream
at
customers.
What
sort
of
service
is
this?
He
should
know
his
place.
If
he
doesn’t
know
that,
some
one
should
teach
him
his
place.
I
don’t
blame
him.
I
blame
the
management
for
recruiting
and
keeping
such
employees.
I
never
expected
to
be
embarassed
in
this
manner.
In
a
place
where
they
charge
Rs.
6,000
per
month
/
Rs.
30,000
per
annum,
you
would
expect
that
the
employees
are
trained
in
a
manner
so
that
they
know
how
to
respect
their
customers.
Afterall,
the
customers
are
the
ones
who
are
paying
them
their
salaries.
Instead,
this
guy
acts
as
if
he
owns
the
gym.
He
doesn’t
have
any
class
at
all.
He
should
be
grateful
that
he
atleast
has
a
job
at
a
time
like
this
where
people
are
being
sacked
from
their
jobs
for
poor
performance.
I’m
certain
that
if
he
continues
to
work
at
this
place,
you’ll
be
losing
out
on
a
lot
of
valueable
customers.
Me
and
my
friend
were
planning
to
get
the
annual
membership
here
next
month.
I’m
so
glad
that
we
didn’t
opt
for
it
in
the
first
month.
You’re
losing
Rs.60,000
worth
business
because
of
poor
customer
service.
I
will
not
be
patronizing
this
gym
anymore.
Lets
see
how
seriously
your
management
will
take
this.
I
expect
to
be
contacted
by
your
management
and
I
wish
to
receive
a
formal
letter
of
apology
from
you
for
this
embarassment.
I
also
expect
to
know
what
action
you’ve
taken
against
this
imbecile.
And
I
will
make
sure
to
publish
this
on
all
online
platforms.
