This hostel has 50 rooms with intake capacity of 200 students. Hostel facilities are very much good. A student has to pay a very small amount for staying in the hostel. Mess facilities are very good. Every room has a heating arrangements for winter, a bed for each boarder and a cupboard for each boarder. Moreover in hostel there is a recreation hall and a reading room also.

This hostel is located in the famous Naseem Bagh campus / Chinar Heritage park of kashmir university ...... it presents a beautiful look... The hostel provides almost all the facilities which a modern hostel needs. The maintenance of hostel is well though it still needs some improvement like high speed internet facility, gym and sports. Hostel quality is average like other hostels of the varsity.

Wonderful, I would suggest come and live here, it is 100times best than a rented room. Here u dont hav any headache of cooking.

Located in Naseembagh area of Kashmir University. All the basic amenities are provided here. There are 2 hostel buildings with a food outlet nearby (Aijaz Tea Stall). Other food outlets are also close by and some photostat shops are also located in close vicinity to this hostel. The premises are clean. The rooms are okay. Power is almost provided 24×7 with backup power also available. Internet is sloppy but that will change because fiber cables are being laid out and will be functional in some days. The mess provides basic food with mostly vegetarian food on most days. But sometimes non veg food is also served. There are guards present 24×7 for security. Has ample parking space also.

I m currently here since November 2021, and i m enjoying every bit of time .

It's located in the famous and picturesque Chinar heritage park, Naseem Bagh in the main campus of University of Kashmir. Established some 10-15 years back, It provides accommodation to a large number of students. It is a fully fledged boys hostel having all the necessities and amenities contained, which a post graduate student needs.

Excellent mess, good lodgings , good reading room and recreational facilities are also available including outdoor and indoor games.
