Had a bad experience. This place is mostly understaffed and their portion size for chilli cheese toast which is regularly 2 pieces was served only one and the guy on the counter was unaware of the standard portion size served in other CCDs like in Delhi. The order takes 30 minutes generally since they only have one guy serving

Pretty spacious and well located cafe in the Durganag area next to Dalgate. For some reason it doesn't draw the amount of footfall a place like this should. I guess after being to CCDs all over India people want to try out the local cafes instead which are in plenty in Srinagar. The Belgian Cold Chocolate and Dark Cold Coffee was good and so was the smoked chicken garlic bread.

They charged extra. Their service is poor. They don’t respect customers. They will Judge you by the clothes you wear.

I like the place very much .plus the service is very good .the view is not that good and the place is at a noisy location .

Worst cafe ever! I would better have coffee at home rather then coming here ever again. The barista takes an whole hour for 4 coffees. The cups are unhygienic the staff is unfriendly and arrogant. They gave me my four coffees after an hour and the cup was unwashed and broken🤢🤢. I would recommend making coffee at home rather.

Very expensive and prepaid payment and no taste in food ...i don't prefer anyone to go thr...literally there is so expensive as I never saw tht rate in 5star hotels

Today I had the most painful experience trying to order an Americano coffee which resulted in me almost pulling my hair out in frustration and leaving

I honestly found the place very over priced, not worth at all. We ordered cheesecake cake and cappuccino, cake was on a average side while cappuccino was just below the average ( it really tasted so bad) felt we were drinking some regular coffee made from the powder. I hope they improve their food quality soon.

Visited here past week while passing through the sonwar Road ,Had a coffe there in iftayari This Cafe looks prety good in Coxy place the Service was super team is so polite and humble ,

No doubt the atmosphere is warm, but the quality of the coffee needs to be improved significantly.
