I am rating it 1 star because only because food is not as good as its price. Mix veg will be the worst item you will ever eat here.

A good place to eat North Indian Vegetarian cuisine. We really liked their chat items, specially Raj Kachodi. Supreme Thali and Chinese Platter were also very good.

If you are looking for pure vegetarian restaurant, this is the perfect place. Very good ambience, delicious food, good service and courteous staff makes your dining experience delectable and memorable. However, cleanliness needs improvement.

This restaurant is too good 😍 which is located at near dal lake shrinagar jammu and kashmir. All vegetarian food easily available here with so tasty..😍😍 More space occupied here. This restaurant is same as like delhi restaurant. It's too famous with food and sweets. Food is available at cheapest rate.👍 You can easily find a combine plate(like-thali)😍

We had dinner and the taste of food was good. Food was nicely prepared. Ambience and cleanliness should be improved. Service was good and all of the staff was very helpful. It is located close to Krishna Dhaba in Srinagar.

My family and I recently visited your establishment for dinner on 27 September, 9PM, and I regret to inform you that our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arriving, we had high hopes for a delightful dining experience, given the reputation of your restaurant. However, our expectations were not met. The primary issue we encountered was the poor quality of the food. The dishes we ordered were excessively spicy and, in some cases, nearly inedible due to the overwhelming amount of chili used. Furthermore, when we decided to raise our concerns with the manager, Mr. Harish Rajput, his response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of addressing our concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner, he insulted us and suggested that we were not welcome to dine at your establishment in the future. Such behavior from a member of your staff left us deeply disappointed and offended. We believe that constructive feedback is essential for any business to improve its services. We understand that there can be occasional lapses in the kitchen, but it is how these issues are handled that truly reflects the quality of a restaurant. In our case, the experience was marred not only by the food but also by the rude and dismissive attitude of your manager. I ordered food through swiggy from this restaurant and received a burnt item.I straight away threw it in the dustbin as it was not worth serving.Total waste of resources both in terms of money and time we were waiting to get it delivered. Worst food preparation methods being used.

If you're looking for a great pure vegetarian restaurant in Srinagar, this one is highly recommended. I visited there with my family. Strongly advised... You could also try some pastries and brownies. Also, the cost is fair, and the service is quick

One of the best restaurants I visited on my trip to Kashmir. I've been there twice. The food is fantastic. On my second visit to the restaurant, I was sick and couldn't eat anything. So I lay down on a sofa in one of their lobby and the manager and waiter were so kind. One of the waiters lay a blanket on me for comfort and the manager took out the luggage kept on the sofa so I could rest. Commendable hospitalization!!!!!!!

Nice/best pure veg restaurant in Srinagar. Tasty food. Opens till 10:30pm. Different platters are tasty worth trying.

Vegetarian! Price are decent, taste is good but potions are small, however they make up for it in quality. RO water is used for gol gaapas Located just before krishna dhaba, sweets are at par in quality with shakti or nathu. Decent place to dine with family and wide variety of items to choose from.

Quality of sweets is good but lacks customer skills and very poor commitment for orders, huge delay in orders even if promised and committed on a said time n date. Nathu sweets is much better in all regards

Good option for pure veg food. Quality is very much maintained We eat 3 times in tour. We tried : Manchuriyan Fried rice Uttapam Kashmiri pulao. You can eat punjabi South Indian and Chinese as well. Sweets are very costly.

Amazing food, service and quality.

Delicious food, wonderful variety, courteous staff, agile service, and to top it all, the manager Mr. Tariq is the best host. Whichever hotel you are staying in, need not take any inclusive meal package, just go to Gulab and enjoy the best of delicacies in vegetarian food.

Varities of food is available and the taste is okay okay...I tried noodles which is just okay, Manchurian is not good and spring roll is also okay types. My reviews are based on just these three dishes but yes you can visit there for family lunch or dinner as they have good space & sitting arrangement.

Place is nice, same cannot be said about its food quality. If you want good place to sit in and have affordable veg thali this is a place. I still prefer Krishna Dhaba.

Great Place, Perfect Pure Vegetarian restaurant, much better than Nathu's sweets with A/c dining and Value for money. 10/10. Would recommend every pure vegetarian traveller to go here.

Good place to eat and we stayed here for 4 days and they have charged around 1.5k per night without AC. Walkable to dal Lake and shopping places.

Gulab's restaurant is our first choice to have food whenever we visit srinagar. Food is delicious, priced reasonable and quick service. My daughter love this place because of quick delivery of food. We find it better than nearby restaurant like Nathus, Krishna dhaba and similar.

Visited today with my family to have some south Indian food, It was perfect. We also tasted rasmalai & gajar ka halwa...everything was upto the mark. Now the downside 👎 : spoons 🥄 in rasmalai & gajar ka halwa given were disposable but reused,broken and not clean ....very bad impression. Coconut 🥥 chutney in dosa 👎 👎 👎

Wide variety of sweets to kill those sugartooth urges. A clean and hygienic place to dine in. Pure veg. Brilliant and polite staff. You find other nice places around too, so nice location. 4 stars because of the non-availability of vehicle parking.

Good North Indian food. The platter is cheap but not worth it. It's better to order items individually. They differ in size and quantity. South Indian is okayish.
