I brought my 7month old son to get advice on his tongue tie, and have it removed if necessary. Taryn and Dr. Graham were both awesome - informative, caring, friendly. We went ahead with removing it same day, and the procedure went so smooth. Dr. Graham was awesome in dealing with my son through it. He’s a strong little guy that wasn’t an easy patient, (understandably for his age and for what the procedure involved). I felt reassured and confident that my son was in good hands! And that I am well informed and equipped to ensure a healthy recovery. We look forward to visiting again as he grows up (and finally grows teeth!)

I've been taking my kids to see Dr. Lam for many years. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff are kind and helpful. My kids are always entertained and comfortable, and I never have trouble getting them to go in to the dentist.

Wonderful hygienists and Dr. Graham is very easy to talk to and so great with kids! My child loves coming here so much that he doesn't even mind going on his birthday lol. Great place.

Sunny bright rooms, completely designed for kids to be relaxing, friendly staff, professional dentists. What else we need as parents for our kids? My 2 boys enjoy visiting here since day one. Never had bad feelings.

Dr Lam and all of the staff at Gateway Pediatric Dentistry are so great! They always go above and beyond to make sure my daughter is doing ok and is comfortable during her cleaning and checkups! She loves going to the dentist, which speaks highly of the care that they provide at their office! My three year old son had a dental apt at gateway this past week. It was his third time there but his first time sitting in the dental chair and having an official cleaning. It went extremely well! Dr. Palmer & his staff are kind and professional and took the time to ensure that he was comfortable. I am so grateful that my son has a positive outlook towards visiting the dentist. My son had his first ever dentist appointment today and we had an amazing experience! Dr. Lam was so friendly, professional, efficient and positive, and the rest of the staff were great too. I am confident my son will not be afraid of going to the dentist!

Yesterday was our second visit to gateway paediatric dentistry (St. Albert) with our 3 year old son. We received a reminder text about our appointment the day prior which is so helpful. As we checked in, reception was friendly and ensured that our insurance was correct which makes checking out smooth. The dental hygienist (I can’t remember her name) and Dr. Palmer were absolutely amazing with our son!! They spoke directly to him and made the appointment a calm and enjoyable experience. He explored some of the dental tools, got comfortable being in the space and had his teeth examined. The appointment went extremely well and we are so happy to have found gateway!

The staff are always so kind and sweet to the kids, the actually love going there. My 4 year old had to have panorex pictures taken of her mouth and her hygienist gently walked her through it and she wasn’t hesitant at all to have it done and did awesome. We have had a couple of cavities filled and they were ai quick and it was completely pain free my son and I were shocked when they were finished. I highly recommend taking kids here to have a positive dental experience.

Dr. Palmer is exceptional. He watches your child for cues that he/she is doing well. He’s honest and tells you and your child exactly what’s going on. He made my fairly nervous daughter feel secure and safe. The staff are also fantastic, friendly and incredibly caring. Great team.

Amazing experience! Receptionist is super nice! Hygienist and dentist also extremely friendly and caring. Treats got the kids at the end which my son was excited about! And the lady who goes over the bill was super nice as well. Highly recommend

What a fantastic place! Both of our kids (3 & 1.5) had their first check ups and it was such a wonderful experience. My son is still talking about how great of a place it is. Hopefully this encourages a healthy relationship with going to the dentist. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Amazing clinic. The staff is so friendly and inviting. Dr. Graham is an amazing dentist. My 1 year old daughter walked right up to him to pick her up. He was so gentle with her teeth, not that she didn’t cry she is 1 years old. But he explained everything to me what to expect in the future with her teeth and I didn’t feel pressure to get anything done immediately. Wonderful…would highly recommend!

Brought my 5yr old son here for his first cleaning and the hygienist he had was very pleasant and made him feel very comfortable. Everyone we dealt with from the front end staff to the dentist were all very friendly. The added bonus for my son was the coins he got at the end ofnhis appointment to spend in the prize machine. Will definitely be coming back here for any of his dental needs.

Amazing!! My three year old is very shy and was quite nervous for the appointment. Everyone was so happy, kind and gentle. She was at ease throughout the entire experience. Very satisfied customer!

We love going to Gateway Pediatric Dentistry. My kids were very reluctant to go for a check up and cleaning, But once we got there they loved being there. The staff and atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting. The cleaning and check up was very quick and my kids loved their little prize after also. I highly recommend using them.

Dr. Graham, assistants and staff are absolutely amazing. I was in the city for a short period of time to deliver my baby while my toddler had a couple cavities which were starting to cause her pain. They were very accommodating, they squeezed her in right away to ensure she gets them filled before I go into labour and have to head back home which is 3 hours away. I had gone to a different Dentist prior and was not happy with the options they gave us which included putting my toddler to sleep. I went to Dr. Graham for a second opinion and was very HAPPY with the option he gave us. Dr.Graham and staff were very good with my toddler, she had a good experience that she kept saying she wanted to go back. 🤣 No matter how long the drive is, this is now my children's dentist, I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Graham and staff for making this so easy for our family!

Warm, friendly, and inviting office! My 3 year old felt very comfortable and all of the staff that worked with him were very patient. I was reassured that the procedure that my son needs would be quick and as easy as possible which put my worry at ease. It is very obvious that Dr. Graham is passionate about his practice! 10/10 highly recommend!

Dr. Lam and his team are amazing! He really cares about your child and is great at distracting them during a procedure. He is very knowledgeable and customizes treatment to fit your needs. My daughter (7) and my son (10) both told me they like him. I highly recommend him!

My 22 month old son had to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Palmer and the nurses were amazing! They took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. They were so good with my son. I’m definitely happy with my experience there.

Extremely happy with our first visit at Gateway Pediatric. The hygienists and dentist were so gentle and kind to our kids. They told our kids everything they would being doing with their teeth, showed them the dental tools, and made sure they were comfortable before doing anything.

They are fantastic here! Naomi is so great with children and they were so comforting when my son was absolutely terrified. They never pressured us into forcing him to get the dental work done, instead they tried different ways to make him comfortable. In the end we didn’t get the procedure done because my son was too scared but they let us try be there for an hour and half trying. Not once did Naomi or any of the other staff made us feel like a nuisance for taking up so much time. It is greatly appreciated!

This is our family's favorite dental clinic. They provide exceptional services to my two boys. The St. ALBERT one, whom my eldest one with exceptionalities have a wonderful experience every visit. The dental assistants are very gentle and friendly. Dr. PALMER made sure that all questions and problems are addressed. Today, Karen who assisted my second born i was too impressed on how she managed to make him calm and involved the whole process. The ambiance of the clinic is exceptional. Very clean, positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this dental clinic especially to families with children who has higher needs
