These are also accurate, you walk in and are instantly met with a scowling face and a terrible attitude. Such a great experience yesterday. We were looking at getting a bearded dragon and that is exactly what we got. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in this store recently. They have lots of parts for pump, filter media, tubing, o-rings, connections etc. that are usually not easy to find them. Their prices are very good. I bought an o-ring for 10 dollars while on amazon it was 16 and another part that was 27 dollar on amazon for 19 dollars. They can also help you to find right parts and advise how to do repairs and maintenance. They are very friendly too. I highly recommend this store for everyone.

The best reptile store in Edmonton area, since I discovered it me and my girlfriend go there almost once a week. They have the best selections for decor and care. also the have very healthy and well cared for reptiles, amphibians and fish. With a super friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff i support and recommend this store everyone.

Lovely little place, the people there are extremely knowledgeable. I bought a chiclid because I was told this specific type was not as aggressive as other cichlids. So far it's doing very well with my other semi aggressive fish. Definitely one of my new places to get fish from now on

I hate to say that I was very disappointed with some of the customer service here.. I live in St.Albert and when I found out there was a private reptile supply store I was thrilled to support them.. but they really aren’t very friendly, or welcoming to customers. Ive made many purchases and visits and one employee in particular, I believe she is the manager/owners wife is very rude and unfriendly!! I brought my kids with me to look at all the cool reptiles and fish and they seemed annoyed to have us there.. Just not the experience they should be providing as a small business unfortunately.

The best store for us.. Crystal & Adrian ( owners ), and all staff are very knowledgeable and super nice. The price is more cheaper compare to Amazon and other retail store. Will definitely come back again and again : )

The owners are very passionate about fish and reptiles. If you are thinking of getting a reptile I highly recommend talking to Adrian. He will make sure you get everything you need for your new friend to thrive. The whole team is very friendly and I enjoy stopping by when I can.

The staff here are amazing. They really know so much about reptile and fish care and they are a super friendly group. The location is also quite easy to access from the West side of Edmonton.

They are very very very knowledgeable. I went to get a fish and they explained to me all that is needed for to have a happy fish. They went above and beyond to ask me to bring a water sample every week so we could monitor the levels in my tank. For free. I never had such good service.

Decided to try this place after having hard time keeping my fish alive! They are totally different experience than all 'well known' shops that give you falsified info and different experience everytime! Oasis are super knowledgeable and helpful and the way they build your fish tank is quite scientific and systematic. They keep healthy fish and they have their own branded products which I love them especially how they treat excessive algae build up. I don't think any other fish shop has their consistent customer service.

Oasis is awesome! They have stayed open through this pandemic using online resources since they don't have enough room to have people in the store. Even with this, it was my best experience with a reptile (or fish for that matter) store. They walked me through what the process would be like for picking up two new mourning geckos. Unfortunately, I was running late getting to the store but they stayed after close to ensure I got my geckos. It has now been almost a week, and my new little gals are doing very well! Could not have had a better experience.

The best place for fish and reptiles. They took such good care of my bearded dragon while I was away for almost 10 days. They did a check up, treated her well and gave me great advice to improve her care. Fry says thank you!!

The only place I know that sells pangea for our crestie and better selection on plants, fixtures, backgrounds, and magnetic shelves and fixtures. Take your children as there are always exciting fish and reptiles at the Oasis in St.Albert.
