    I’ve been ‘spinning my wheels’ at the gym for a while now. I went to Nick in hopes of being given some direction and coming out with a more structured approach to training. I’m 45 and wanted to put an emphasis on functional strength to help me in staying active in recreational sport and daily life. I’m excited about what I’ve been doing so far and am motivated to see it through. I’d highly recommend Nick. In addition to the training and plan development, he’s refreshing to be around. It’s great to see someone passionate about what they do.

    Great experience. I've worked with nick jackson for over 2 years now and I haven't had a single bad experience yet. He some how manages to keep the sessions fun and impactful on your health. He has become a personal friend to me and, in my experience, is the best trainer your gonna find anywhere

    Nick is a very compassionate person that will always want to see his clients succeed in their goals. He takes his work home with him, constantly thinking, learning, and providing endless support during your fitness journey. No workout and fitness plan is a cookie cutter program or a copy from another client. Everything is original. Nick works with you one-on-one, without judgement, to help you become the person you always dreamed of being. Personalized fitness programs based off of YOUR needs and YOUR goals. I've known Nick for over 5 years and he has committed all his efforts into learning and working in the fitness industry. He is a fitness and health professional. He's never put me in the position where I felt uncomfortable and has always encouraged me throughout my running career and fitness lifestyle. He understands that sometimes life is tough, and works with you to adapt positive change to your lifestyle. If you ever wanted to learn about fitness, become fit and healthy, and have a trainer that TRUELY cares about you, contact Nick.     There are not enough review stars! It will be 10 out of 10. I took Persnal training with Nick. 100% professional and awesome trainer. He listened to what my goals and planned program for me. Also, I wanted to learn how I could train alone without a trainer at the gym, and he teached everything how to make plans for the gym and what exercises work for my goal. I will definitely come back if I need more classes and recommend him to my friends. I had grateful classes with him. I appreciate Nick for everything🫡

    Nick helped me recover from a severe meniscus tear and had me playing and feeling strong in less then 2 months after. Very knowledgeable and overall a super great guy. I've been training with Nick for awhile now and he has always helped me keep myself physically and mentally prepared for all of my basketball needs. Would highly recommend

    My husband and I are new to Ontario and the gym where Nick is working was recommended to us. We started working with Nick early last summer before the last lockdown and oh my goodness did we ever miss him and his coaching while we were locked down! Nick is excellent at working with his clients to personalize their program for their individual needs. We are part of a small group training session and it works beautifully! Nick has each of us on our own programs and while we work, he monitors us to be sure that we are doing things correctly. He is so supportive and encouraging to each one of us. I can also say that I have learned many new things about our bodies, how they function and the importance of strength training in particular. He pushes us to be our best without sounding like a drill sergeant! :-)

    I started working with Nick a few months ago while working through some health issues. He was responsive to what I needed and has been great about helping me get on track to a healthier me. He pushes just enough that I notice big improvements in a short time. Can’t wait to keep growing and gaining strength and health!

    I used to run every day. And then in May of 2019 I wrecked my knee. I waited forever for the MRI... my knee wasn't fixed until January of 2020. Then covid hit us. Right in the middle of recovery Physio closed and so did all of the gyms. I gained 40 pounds and lost almost all of my leg muscle... I started seeing Nick a few months ago. With his guidance and encouragement I have lost 35lbs and am in the process of rebuilding my leg muscle. I am enormously grateful for Nick's help. I am starting to think I will actually be able to run again. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

    I thoroughly enjoyed working with Nick to alleviate hip flexor issues I had been having for a while. I really appreciated Nick's professional manner to correct, guide and teach me, how to best strengthen my body. I was able to quickly recover and become stronger and walk without pain in the hip flexor. Nick's guidance and coaching will benefit anyone who has mobility issues and more. Highly recommended!

    Nick has a lot of knowledge and I learned a lot about proper form and how to tailor workouts to my body. Has helped to alleviate pain I was previously having when lifting and been able to go up in weight with no discomfort.
