Worst customer service and trust me the food is not good enough to put up with the rude people behind the counter. I'm not big on leaving bad reviews but when I have bad customers service it's hard to stay quiet. I'm not sure when customer service when out the window but it's at a all time disgrace. First of all I ordered my food so that my friend could grab it on his way in after a 12 hour day. Only for him to get there and still have to wait another 10 mins so they can make the order. They will take your order but not make it untill you get there. Why take orders over the phone if your not going to make it in advance? When my Friend got there he was frustrated he had to wait for the food. The girl behind the counter was so rude I was on the phone with my friend and I could hear her. I told her to tell her to get the money back. Then she refused to give him his money back. I'm so upset because of this. I will not become back her and I recommend nobody does either. The sultan is just over on Hartzal food is 1000% better. Also there a new spot not even 3 mins away beside Burger King. Ok so I just got my food. My friends food is fine. But my falafel is and I'm not kidding it's ice cold. I think the vegetables the she added to my food where still frozen. Such a waste of 40.00

Lazeez always takes care of me and serves the best shawarma in st.Catharine’s. Parneet is amazing! The service is always quick and friendly. Will be coming back many times for my less than hot Lazeez rocks and sticks!

Ordered a Caesar salad, they dumped the entire lemon juice in there without asking whether they should put “salad dressing” . Horrible customer service, doesn’t know anything about customer service . Will not be returning there again. Don’t waste your time and money.

Best shawarma spot to buy/order from in the city. I've tried the other and this is noticeably much better than the competition. The quality and care that goes into your meal makes a big difference.

I ordered chicken shawarma platter in store for pickup. I told the girl who was taking orders that I want my platter with fries. No rice in my platter. She didn’t ask me for any toppings and she put rice with 7-8 fries. I told you no rice and only fries. When I reached home I got this in attached picture. Are you serious? What kind of service are you guys doing for customers who came for self pickup or ordering themself in store. Not worth.

I got chicken shawarma but unfortunately service was so terrible and there was a guy seems like the owner of the store. His attitude was very rude especially during the order. Also, he was so disrespectful. I will not recommend anyone for this location. Please guys save your time and money. Thank you.

Ratchet ghetto costumer service, very unwelcoming and rude. I ordered my food which came to 43 (expensive) id expect it to atleast be warm, the wrap was cold on the inside completely. And when ordering i asked for bottle but the lady put in can and got mad at me when i picked the bottle up mistakenly. This all happened at 7:30 December 27. The food was delicious! Chicken was fresh, rice was cooked perfectly & the taste/presentation of the meals was excellent. The staff was great and professional. The owners of this location have done a great job keeping up the high standards in food and customer service! Highly recommended to everyone looking for some great tasting food.

Surely not fine dining but dining is more than fine. Not expensive but the quality is good for budget minded people.

We were passing through St. Catharines and decided to make a stop for dinner! The food was scrumptious! Staff was friendly! Flawlessly clean environment! New favourite place in St. Catharines! I’d suggest trying their mixed chicken and beef wrap and on the rocks! You will be a happy camper!

They are great with everything. Wraps and chicken on the rocks are fantastic. Garlic sauce is amazing here, when u get extra for $1 they load it. If u like spice their hot sauce is for you, it’s not just franks, it’s actually spicy And the flavor is amazing. The staff is some of the nicest people I have ever met. My wife and 2 year old daughter and myself come here once a week, they have memorized our order. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Halal, spicy, delicious what more could you want! The quantity is great I got 2 large platters and 5 people could eat that comfortably.

Food is pretty good. But the amount of hot sauce is inconsistent. And the sizes always change between employees. And they will argue the medium is a large when I’ve been getting the same order for years and know the difference between the large and medium

Honestly it is absolutely amazing here. I love the chicken and rice for two reasons, The chicken is always fresh, Other places have used frozen! This place doesn't. They make the whole shawarma. The second reason being the convenience of being able to get a fresh hearty meal with some fresh veggies instead of picking the clown down opposite the plaza. It is worth the Grab for sure.

Have been here 2 days in a row! Beef gyros are EXCELLENT! Watch while they top your goodies just in case you want extra. Spice levels are pretty right on - we had ‘a bit more than none but less than mild’ and there was a perfect twang. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back!

Ordered by doordash around 1:45. Show up 2:00 and they haven't start yet. Then ok i will wait. They cook the food in a medium box then noticed i ordered large, so they dump all the food into a large box, mixed-up, went to back kitchen for like 20 second then came back Tell me this is large. I double checked with them like 3 times, but no actions. This is one of my routine restaurant but not anymore.

I have been here many times. Staff is always great. The place is always clean. Do NOT use the tip jar Unfortunately, the owner is despicable. He enforces the jar must stay on the counter at all times. And those funds go into the OWNERS pocket. Employees don't see a penny of it. Give the tips directly to the person behind the counter. They will do the right thing with it and split it up!

Spent $50 on Uber eats for a falafel wrap and shawarma plate as it was late and not much else was open. If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. Waited over an hour and a half for ice cold food absolutely drenched in mayo. Never will I ever order this again. Save your money. Went straight into the garbage.

I have been working since last two years. I am so happy to work in comfortable environment. I am getting all tips since I joined. All workers are so happy and satisfied working over here. Somebody put the fake review to affect the internal environment of the place.
