Absolutely horrid, why in gods name am I waiting an whole hour for an iced coffee ??? What's the point of having five people behind the counter if nobody's taking orders. Selena (if that's her name) is so slow. Why does nobody at this Starbucks have a will to live. They randomly start doing mobile orders while there's a line halfway through market and it makes no sense. People are walking out and I get why .. because we pay so much money to go here in the first place only to wait over half an hour each time I make the mistake of going here. I can guarantee you that I regret coming here every time I do. We've all tried to be understanding but it's just disrespectful at this point. There have been countless times where people leave to go restock and abandon their lone coworker to handle almost 30 people in line plus the mobile orders ?? How does that make sense ? Lord have mercy this location is so overwhelmed that we have people leaving the register to help make drinks and the crowd of people waiting still doesn't dissipate. I'm truly baffled. I could walk behind the counter and pump out orders faster than this. I'm not upset with the workers, more the scheduling of this place ? Whoever is putting two workers on at noon is the same person that thinks a single square of toilet paper will do the job. I'm beyond irritated. Everyone I know has the exact same problem. Y'all got me begging n pleading.

Horrible. Some workers only work on the online orders and don’t attend to the people actually waiting in line. I waited over 50 minutes in line and the only time we moved was when people left the line because they weren’t serving us. And no the line was not overly long. There was about 10 people ahead of myself. The staff also just leaves to go “restock” during the times when it’s the busiest and don’t actually need restocking yet. This is ridiculous. You need to schedule more people to work at once or reevaluate your current workers. Some of their attitudes and the way they present themselves is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. It’s understandable that it’s not the best job in the world but you need to do better. I would give 0 stars if I was able to leave a review with none.

As a Starbucks barista, I am aware this location is just a licensed store, which means the employees are not employed by Starbucks. However, that doesn't mean they shouldn't be expected to follow Starbucks' guidelines. I waited 25 minutes for a strawberry coconut drink that I ordered online ahead of time. There is no excuse for this kind of wait time when there is no line in the store. While I stood at the counter, I watched the person making drinks not shake the shaker while making refreshers, not sanitize the steam wand between making drinks, not rinse out the milk steaming container between drinks, and not putting inclusions in the strawberry coconut drink. I also watched her put 5 pumps of vanilla syrup in a grande caramel macchiato when there is suppose to be 3 (grande usually gets 4 but it is decreased by 1 pump for this drink only). I watched her pour the espresso and mix it with the milk before putting ice in the cup for the macchiato. This makes it a latte, not a macchiato. The staff are not friendly and move extremely slowly. Lastly, and most importantly, I watched a barista put her hand inside my cup to write my name on the cup. THIS IS A HUGE HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE! Please, train your employees better. Brock students deserve to receive Starbucks-quality service.

Waited 35 minutes for a pumpkin spice latte I ordered on the skip the line app (hey chef) and saw people waiting in line for 40 minutes as well. They had three people behind the counter, half of the time the staff were just talking to each other standing around waiting when they could have been preparing orders ahead while they were waiting for espresso to brew. One of the staff then left and there were just two ladies who didn’t know how to make the drinks. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, they need to work on training their staff.

I was seeking for a coffee shop near by my kid’s tutoring class and would say that I had a wonderful experience! We arrived around 6:30 pm on a Wednesday, no line up and the lady at the counter was lovely, smiling and engaged to provide a good service. I think it’s all depends on timing. No complaints on my end.

horrid, disappointing service. multiple times i have considered going, saw who was working the counter and knew my wait would be over an hour even though there were only 5-10 people in line. i have tried to be patient but the blatant disrespect of student’s time is abhorrent. the staff move like molasses and go to restock or take breaks at the absolute worst times, when theres line ups around the wall. the only reason i put up with the wait is because this is the only location on campus i can use gift cards, and if i had any other option i would never step foot here again. if there was an option to give zero stars i would. actually no, id give this location -5/5

i waited 50 minutes for the line because the workers are too busy making stuff for themselves. i got to the cashier girl and they didn’t even have my drink or my sandwich that i usually get. “light is” they don’t understand what that means either. i’m sick of this starbucks every time something is wrong.

Terrible place to get any Starbucks beverage. More than half the times I've visited, the drink is not up to standard or made incorrectly. I'm pretty disappointed, hoping my experiences would improve, but it didn't.

Slow and sometimes unfriendly. Faster service on weekends. Other times I’ve waited 30-40 minutes for a single drink

Drinks aren’t filled to the top and often are quite disappointing. Lattes are half foam. Service is slow and doesn’t take points.
