Got this ticket with the Ripley’s combo pass. I don’t think I would have come here otherwise, but I am glad we did. It was a lot of fun!! The life masks were SO COOL to see up close and personal- they are replicas of a celebrities face for special effects. Lots of cool things to see in here!

Very cool place. Very pricey as far as Niagara Falls attractions go. It was $38 a person. Not sure if it was worth $80 for my wife and I, but it was very interesting!

The creature features were the best, the others needed something to seem more like the person they were trying to portray.

A little pricey, but try to get the bundle package so it’ll save you some money on your trip. Great place to see your favorite celebrity’s wax figure in a very detailed way. It’s like you’ve actually met them.

I just went here with my husband. And the old little lady that works there literally followed right behind us the entire time. Making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I felt like she was treating me like a criminal. I am a paying customer. I do not deserved to be followed around. I tried to take a video on my phone and she just stood 2 feet in front of me starring at me. We left without looking at anything else. She gave me extreme anxiety. I will never go back. Plus the wax figures are not good at all.

This establishment claims to be wheelchair accessible, it is absolutely not. Yes, there's an elevator.... there's also tons of doors that don't have automatic buttons and once you're at the end of the displays upstairs you have to turn around and go back through again. Anyone in an electric wheelchair would get stuck as the doors open one way. Very disappointing.

I have never been to a wax Museum before. It was a bit creepy, yet very cool to see what they can do. Only creepy because when you walk, you feel like they are watching you. Had a great time in this museum.

This museum was a great place to stop and see with some very realistic figures seen in the pictures. The "scary area" per my kids was pretty entertaining as well and has a great tales from the crypt keeper animatronic which welcomes you in. I would say overall I would suggest a visit here for a family looking for a wax museum over the other one on the strip. You can also buy tickets to bundle this with Ripley's and the selfie studio.

Very enjoyable visit. They have a decent collection of celebrities and world figures and wide variety of setup.

Worst experience ever…. Me and my boyfriend went to get wax hands at this wax museum, for our house and memory of our trip. The lady who worked the wax hand section has glasses, med/short dirty blond brown hair and was 45+ years of age. She was very rude and had an attitude, once my boyfriend did his hand it broke on the first attempt. She was already mad from the client before us. She was making mistakes with the last customers, and we waited very long and patiently. As my boyfriend did his first attempt and it broke, she got so mad she threw the wax sculpture into the garbage, hard and rudely. We decided not to continue, and instead of trying to make a great experience for us, or maybe said that the design he wanted could have been better, she rolled her eyes and said “so you want to do it again or no” an we decided to walk out, without any sculpture and with her ruining a fun time for us. Thankfully we had no kids with us, but she made an experience that is fun, rude and uncomfortable for the customers. I will not go back, an ensure my family and friends don’t take their kids either because that is just unprofessional and scary behaviour.

No wax museum is going to have all perfect wax figures, but this one has high quality ones. They seem so lifelike sometimes that I expected them to jump up and scare me. It was great to see the wax figures and I recommend people go see them.

So much fun and so cool to walk through. This was the first time I brought my kids through, they had a blast and I showed my age when I was able to name all actors/actresses in exhibits when my kids said "who is that?". Highly recommend taking a walk through atleast once.

I thought it was super cool seeing all the celeb wax figures, definitely a few missing in some sections which I was kinda upset about but I think its worth it.

We bought the package online, so it was a lot cheaper, but it was a fun wax museum. There is another farther down clifton hill but most of theirs are not as good as Louis Tussaud's. (To be fair some are better just not many)

Super fun! Interactive - you can take pictures with the wax figures - AND they have a DeLorean. I definitely recommend purchasing a package online that gets you in to a number of different attractions at a way lower price.

Louis Tussaud's Waxworks is truly an amazing place to visit and have fun! The waxworks are highly realistic, detailed, and to life! I have had truly the pleasure of visiting this place. Attached all some of the professional photos I took from this place.

Lots of wax people. Awesome photo ops 😀 wasn't packed which I loved. Very realistic.

Loved it! Even when we first got there, I thought the woman at the front desk was just busy working before I realized she was a was figure herself lol. There was also a wax figure in the women's and the men's bathroom that took us by surprise 😅 we had a great time and will hopefully return next summer!

Staff were friendly and the wax figures were mostly pretty neat. Some were realistic and others were quite questionable. A good family attraction to visit in Clifton hills that isn’t too expensive.

Lots of familiar and unfamiliar faces. Some more realistic than others.

Great place but a giant price that makes me give it 1 star. $100 just to get in the door for a family of 4 is just a rip off

  • 5/5 Dave D. 1 year ago on Google
I was skeptical as some of the people are let's say off? But turned out to be a blast. There is a package you get 2 Ripley's and waxworks entry . Worth every penny. Spent 2+ hours here

  • 5/5 Murphy C. 1 year ago on Google
This was really cool. Compared to other wax museums in the area, the realism here was much better. We did the 3 museum combo pass because it was only $10 more and it was definitely worth it.

Pretty fun experience for you and your family. If anything it's just a little short time wise.

The place itself is fun, but the staff communication is not great. We wanted to do the wax hands, but it was closed when we were done. We were told they open at 11 the next day, and when we came back, we were told the wax hands doesn't open until 1. I don't understand why they didn't tell us that when we asked the night before.

Been many times. I love this joint. Great place for someone who loves pop culture. Amazing super stars and super heros to take selfies with! Its a blast!

  • 5/5 Eric L. 1 year ago on Google
Fun to see all the different figures

  • 3/5 Jeanne C. 1 year ago on Google
We went there as a joke and it was worth every penny! Note that it's a complete ripoff of Madame Tussaud's wax museum. Some are realistic like Bill Gates', young Michael Jackson and some are just awful like Catherine Middleton and Jennifer Anniston 🤣 One thing I found extremely funny was that Vladimir Putin was in the Hall of Horror with Charles Manson et Hannibal Lecter... Exactly where he belongs!!! Make sure you are tipsy enough if you go because most of the wax sculptures are so bad that you'll want a refund. *The most realistic was the clothing* BTW they did 50 year old Michael Jackson dirty if you ask me!!! Will not go back 🤣

In Niagara Falls currently and just had the worst experience at this place. Lady at the front was completely rude, and nothing like i remember it when I was younger and just nothing like I thought it was going to be. Completely disappointed especially on Canada. Also completely over priced 75.00$ for 3 people!!

  • 1/5 Ali S. 1 year ago on Google
Very disappointed, some figures are not even close to actual person and some completely different creature all together. Very few are look alike under right lighting. Some fantasy character were good. Don't spend your time and money on this specially if you are not going to it as combo ticket holder.
