The owner needs to step up and staff this team properly. They never have anyone working the counter, hence why nonone gets greeted or their order taken. Tonight they had no chicken, no Flatbread and they never have ice in the soda machine. Worst ran fast food joint in the city and probably the worst KFC/Taco bell nationally. I feel bad for the employees...

Ordered online and they missed two items in the order despite me asking if they have packed everything. Tried calling them and reporting the issue and their lines are always busy. So frustrating and annoying. Such a rip off. Won't recommend buying from this store. Also note to owner maybe you should pay attention to the ratings now.

Pretty dirty location.. big place but pretty dirty.. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Almost every table inside was dirty..

After years of using digital coupons with no issues - I was told we are now required to print them off and provide a copy for them to obtain for financial audit reasons. But if you use the KFC app this is not required. In a digital world, in times your looking to use coupons but not willing to have your food delivered cold.... that is the most ridiculous thing iv ever heard. If you don't want people to use them don't make them accessible online. It amazes me how many issues this specific location has and it is still open. If I could give 0 stars, I truly would. Food was also garbage - the gravy never use to look like this.

So I finally have a credit card and neither your app or simply going through Google worked. Tried manually typing in the card number and using my Apple Pay and it wouldn’t work. Guess we’re not going to order from you. $164 order lost. Fix your online bugs.

Truly the slowest KFC mistake on the world, Run out of chicken 10 to 15 minute wait in drive-through always understaffed they’re not rude but by no means are Polite. Seems like at least one employee is getting trained. Every time I come in things take longer there is no doubt in my mind that the Colonel Sanders i is rolling in his grave right now thinking about the bad this place is.

This place (379 Ontario Street in St Catharines) is a disgrace. I’ve ordered here twice for pickup. Neither time did they have the chicken ready, even though the order was put in on the website and gave a pickup time of 5:45. Today at 5:45 pm, they claimed they didn’t have a cook to prepare the chicken. Then they said the cook didn’t come in until 3:30. Then they said the chicken would be done in 20 to 35(!) minutes. The employees are rude and ignorant. They fabricate stories to make excuses for why they’re not doing their job. And I’ve had to explain on both occasions what an “online order” meant. I ended up leaving without my food, and have lodged a formal complaint. Avoid this location at all costs!

The wait wasn’t bad. The fries tho could had been cooked more. The chicken was fine. Don’t forget to use coupons. KFC does a great job when it comes with coupons and great prices. Food out of 5 Fries - 3 Chicken - 5
