This
gym
is
great
if
you
don't
like
overcrowding
like
myself
or
the
water-induced
rented
muscle
type
of
workout
people.
Don't
listen
to
the
people
saying
it's
a
Karen
Gym
and
you
can't
go
in
there
and
lift
weights
or
put
too
much
on
a
Smith
machine
or
else
you'll
be
reprimanded.
That
is
the
farthest
from
the
truth.
There
is
also
multiple
multiple
different
types
of
machines
flat
benches
incline
decline
free
weights
dumbbells
up
to
75
which
is
more
than
enough
for
anybody
unless
they're
juicing.
If
you
choose
to
lift
more
there
are
cable
machines
and
Smith
machines.
People
are
saying
there's
not
enough
weight
which
is
another
false
accusation.
The
Smith
machines
are
there
to
put
on
whatever
amount
of
weight
you
choose
to
and
no
staff
is
coming
running
telling
you
that
you
were
making
other
people
feel
belittled.
So
if
it's
a
gym
where
you
want
to
think
that
you
wrote
on
Venice
Beach
then
know
this
Jim
isn't
for
you
and
actually
if
that
was
the
type
of
people
going
there
I
wouldn't
be
going
there
because
I
personally
can't
stand
people
that
stand
and
admire
themselves
in
the
mirror
for
3/4
of
their
workouts.
No
one
will
tell
you
you
can't
put
your
water
bottle
on
the
floor
beside
the
machine
you're
working
out
with
as
people
are
saying.
The
black
card
has
multiple
spa
accessory
better
than
most
gyms
that
I
have
seen
around
the
city.
I've
been
to
them
all
over
the
years.
Most
gyms
like
world
Gym
are
so
overpacked
you
can't
move.
I
came
from
fit4less
it's
a
small
gym
but
has
the
same
weights
as
platinum
but
the
only
difference
is
their
black
card
doesn't
have
nearly
as
much
as
platinum.
Then
you
have
Premiere
which
is
very
overpriced
and
a
lot
of
people
with
very
swelled
heads
go.
So
if
you're
looking
for
a
place
to
go
get
yourself
in
shape
and
get
yourself
good
Gaines
I
find
this
place
is
more
than
adequate.
