If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. I did not rent from here but no someone who did. We have multiple videos of cockroaches living in the fridges and cupboards. Very dirty. The building always smells. The know the bugs are a huge problem and they were always spraying with no success. Lady who collects rent is very unprofessional and sloppy. Cheap rent, but so unfortunate you have to rent these conditions. The tenant has since moved but not without being put to the collection agency for unpaid rent. The lease was broken but due to inadequate living conditions. They will be taken to small claims court

Lived there from 2012-2015. Bed bugs are new. Roaches literally pour out of the wall (lived in 314) we were next to the elevator and had an excess panel that had to be epoxied closed because the roaches would just flood out of the panel. Lorraine is a two faces devil in the pocket of hamdani. The parking lot has been condemned three times. The rats are so bad they get into the power hub (green power box). in the time i was there seven rats had been fried. The building caught fire, the lower halls are leaking what I hope is water and the east wing is crumbling. Lorraine lives like a queen and does whatever she wants. She will also make your life hell if you speak out about the buildings lack of living conditions. it's not worth $990 for a 2 bedroom. Thieves.

Most disgusting place ever. Lorraine told us during the viewing that there was absolutely no bugs. To my ultimate, horror I saw a roach day one. Im now a week in and have bed bug bites all over me. Roaches are literally living in the halls and elevators. I don’t even understand. Feels more like downtown Chicago than St Catharines. Emailed the owner, but they don’t care. They will try to blame you for bringing them in. It’s not worth the cheap price, don’t be fooled by Lorraine and her lies. Currently taking this to the Landlord Tenants board to end my lease and get my deposit back, after LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. BEWARE.

I lived here a few years ago (Sept 2015 - July 2016) . It was the first place my bf and I got together and we thought it was perfect... Almost too good to be true. Well it was. The day we moved in someone in the lobby warned us about the roaches. It got so bad that I finally said something and they had someone come in to spray. That actually made it worse somehow so we tried to break the lease on the grounds of it was infested, only to have the landlord blame us saying we are messy and that causes the bugs(I am not, the only time she claimed to have heard about the condition of my apartment was when we had moved all the furniture in the middle of the room so they could spray) and I told her she couldn't force us to stay and we left anyway. My cat died 2 weeks later from being exposed to the poison. His kidney and liver had shut down ,And on top of that they sent us to collections for the last 2 months of rent even tho they said if they found another tennant they wouldn't and they did find another tennant. My BF's bearded dragon died during the time we lived there as well we figure from the same thing. We had to throw out everything we owned and start fresh.they refused to give us mail that was sent there by mistake when I went back to get something I knew was there. building has tons of other problems as well but this was our biggest issue. Do yourself a favor and run away. Do not move here unless you want to lose pretty much everything you own and possibly some pets as well.

This place needs to be CONDEMNED. Just like previous reviews, Lorraine the super insists there are no bugs - yet we recieved a letter along with the whole building letting us know of an ANNUAL COCKROACH CLEANOUT - we still have the letter. Needless to say it did not work. As well as cockroaches climbing all over everything, BED BUGS ARE HORRIBLE and within a few weeks (if that) you will have colonies living on your mattress and in your bedframe. Bedbug protective cases are useless, the building is infested, they find a way. Living here for a year was the worst year of my life. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Lived here for 1 year worst place you can imagine. Cockroaches and bedbugs galore. The people running the place take no responsibility for anything and will blame you for the pre existing problem. Avoid at all costs. They will make it look perfect this is a mirage don't be fooled. Also the power goes out constantly due to rodents in the buliding as well. Look Elsewhere!

I've only been here since August 2. Right after moving here my daughter was covered in bed bug bites!! I've thrown out so many things such as mattresses bedding and a couch!! It's been sprayed twice and low and behold more bugs and more bites!! My poor animals are also affected by this!! Don't MOVE here!!!

I lived here as a child late 80’s. It was ok then. Not great. By the 90’s school mates lived here. They talked of roaches and problems then. I visited a friend there and the place was falling apart around him. A family member moved in here 8 years ago or so against the family’s wishes. Huge mistake. He is miserable here. Why he doesn’t leave I don’t know……It sounds like third world living conditions. It’s a slum and needs to be torn down. I am surprised it hasn’t fallen down. It looked well on its way in the 90’s. He will probably die in this hell hole alone. No one goes there to see him it’s that gross. The thought of roaches and rodents feasting on his body till he is found sickens me.
