I had a massage at the location on Fourth Ave in St Catharines and it was incredible! I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Rachel was very professional and a friendly person to chat with during my appointment. She was also extremely knowledgable about RMT practices and gave me extra steps to recover after the appointment at home. The front desk staff was also super helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage. Cant wait to return!

I've been pampering myself with frequent massages, especially at more spa-like venues across the city; however, the therapist at Massage Addict set a new bar. She gave me the BEST massage I've ever received. She easily identified problem areas on my radar and even located ones I wasn't aware I had. By the time I left, I was so relaxed and I had no upper back pain. There is no substitute for expertise and, clearly, the therapist at Massage Addict knows her stuff. This will be my new go-to place.

Love this place. Always plenty of timeslots and massage options to choose from. Every RMT I've had has been professional and great at offering options for trouble spots. The front of house staff is always friendly and efficient. 👍

I am very happy with the service here, and especially Tanya, I will consistently use her services. She’s excellent. Unfortunately when I arrived at 9 AM today, January 2, 2024 your facilities were uncomfortably cold. Tanya did her best to heat the massage bed and warm me up but the problem is you’re in a cold room with bare skin. It was not pleasant. I have no idea what the problem is of course but if you’re turning the heat off on your weekends, reheating the building will cost you double. This is common knowledge. Thank you

I got 2 massage therapies this year and had a balance of around 300+ left on my insurance when I was offered one year membership by massage addict at fourth Avenue. I told them I have only 3 therapies left approximately and they will be covered by my insurance, so they told me either me or my wife can come each month and I can take 6 month membership. On my recent visit my therapist told me that I have to come each month. Why would I take 6 month membership if I have to come every month and I have only balance of 3 therapies left. Have been there for many years in different cities will go to some place now. Good that my therapist told me about that else I was about to get surprise.

Was referred here and to Erika by a friend of mine. This was my first massage therapy session and I was very pleased with my experience. Erika was very professional, knowledgeable, skillful and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to address my concerns and offered to spend either more time in the areas I had pointed out or a full body massage for my first experience. Facility was great, they direct bill and it was clean.. but I was not overly impressed with my experience. My masseur was condescending despite having told him that it was not my first year working from home or massage yet he mansplained a lot. It was also supposed to be deep tissue with a few minutes of cupping at the end, instead it was majority cupping with a mere massage at the end. I have also never had a massage where the person adjusted themselves, bump into me or cleared their throats; I would never book with him again - would consider one more try with a masseuse..
