I think that when I pay $90.00 for a massage that I at least should have a friendly personable RMT capable of having at least SOME conversations thats too much to ask for apparently. I arrived at 910. My RMT couldn't say hello or hi. the receptionist told me what her name was We entered the room and therein followed an hour of futile attempts at conversation on my part. I tried many times to start a conversation and she replied in monosyballic answers. Never did she ask if I was comfortable. She didn't make any conversation at all At the end of the appt she didn't say thank you.. she just told me to get up that we were done and she left the room, Then when I came back in to speak to the receptionist about this, Bobbi just ignored me, didn't say hello, bye or thank you Is this the right way to treat a customer?

I don't give 5 star normally but not only have they helped me with my repetitive stress injury the last few months, I've had massages from different team members and even though they have different styles of massage they each helped me in different ways. I've had deep tissue on my whole back which helped me straighten it out and ive had them focus on my neck to help with migraines. They also are mindful of any medical conditions you have or if you have recently had surgery like me which is really important! Also is great place if you are an introvert and don't like to talk but also great if you need to talk during massage so it's less awkward they do both no problem. Its always clean and I like how each room is set up. They also accept GS so it's affordable, and their secretary is amazing when it comes to following up and booking.

Excellent! I’ve been twice now, and both times I’ve left feeling significantly lighter. The establishment is clean, calming, and inviting. Staff are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. An excellent, effective space. Will be back soon!

I don’t know why my earlier review was removed from my 2021 visit so will try again. Went there two years ago for the first time. Nice, clean and relaxing environment (hence the 1 star) but massage therapist who found out I had a chronic illness began to give me ‘advice’ about this and that including a lot of psychological mumbo jumbo (yes I am aware of the body-mind connection but this was ridiculous). Started off saying she’s into astrology and started talking about conspiracy theories about the virus and why she keeps her daughter at home so she “doesn’t have to be poisoned” by wearing a mask etc. I was stunned. When I complained to the front desk the lady stared at me like I had two heads!! How rude. Nothing like being back in St C from the US to see exactly what pathetic customer service is all about. No doubt the massage therapist is still there looking for ‘guidance’ from the stars. lol. After being screamed at by owner Frida over the phone I gave up and hung up. She will be reported to the BBB.

All round great! I love the ability to book appointments online. Lots of RMTs (9?) so they definitely have someone that can fit the type of massage you want. The story I like to tell people is the time I could barely walk because of a running injury in my calf, i went in to see Paula for the most painful massage of my life and two days later was able to run a PB in a 10k race. Since then I will always recommend the magic of the excruciating massage!

I have been here for a total of four sessions so far and my back and neck pain is so much better. Amanda Hill is a fantastic masseuse, and unlike a few other massage therapists in the past, she is not afraid to really dig into those knots. Everyone I have run into here has been pleasant, though is you want a specific person you may want to keep pre booking as I’ve found last minute appointments are very difficult to come by. If you want to good, deep tissue massage, this is the place to go.

Paula was incredible, she did my first message ever, and we had a wonderful conversation during the process. I was nervous at first but once we got into it it was like a whole different feeling. The place was easy to find and it had a very calming atmosphere. They were very understanding when I had to pay in two separate transactions and very reasonably priced with all the work that was put in!

Clean and comfortable facility, Staff was welcoming. Charlene was great during my appointment! I will definitely be back and would recommend :) Thanks for a lovely experience!

I went for the first time last night. This was my first massage in over a year so I was more than ready for it. Paul (B-Paul) knew exactly how to address my concerns. I walked away feeling extremely rejuvenated and I have already booked my next appointment.

Every single massage therapist is chosen by the owner. The owner is knowledgeable and a professional in her field who I trust. I have never been disappointed by the therapist she chooses to work for her company. I highly recommend Medi-massage
