I got my baby's ears pierced here today, the aesthetician (Steph) was very pleasant and patient. She was very professional and thorough with all the safety procedures and instructions. The baby earrings and products were very reasonably priced for the quality provided.

Hi. I was at the penn centre yesterday and decided to go in and ask about what colour foundation would suit me. I dealt with Katherine and she was so nice and took the time to show me what colour would be best for me. She showed me how to apply it and also did an eyebrow match for me because I went to a no name place and had my eyebrows waxed and she took off almost half of my eyebrows and they still haven’t come back. Thank you Katherine for being so kind and patient with me. What a great lady

After reading other Google reviews, I thought I would give Caryl Baker a try. It was well worth it. Jessica, my face expert was so wonderful with my first piercings and walked me thorough every step. The entire experience was clean and sanitary and the staff was incredible. Pleasant and informative are my two words to describe a piercing experience with Caryl Baker Visage.

I absolutely had the best experience with Karen, who pierced my cartilage. In which she did an amazing job and was so patient as I am fearful of needles yet she made the process so easy. She was so caring and so gentle, I highly recommend going to Karen if you are looking for any cartilage piercings as she is very precise and takes her time! I am so happy with the end result ! Thank you Karen for an amazing experience!

The staff were definitely knowledgeable and the day of experience was good. The studs go on way to tight though. I got my first piercing here and I had this problem to a less extreme where I spent an hour tugging at the earring to be able to switch it. But it was mostly fine after that. And now I’ve gotten a second piercing here, I’ve followed every instruction and waited three months and again I have to tug. Expect this time they bleed when I take them out. I took them out the first time at the three month point and they bled. I though maybe in the tugging I scratched them or something. So I waited a couple more weeks before changing them again and I still had to tug at them really hard and sure enough they bled again. Again it was a good experience day of, and I’ve had no problems up until I wanted to change the earrings. As well, something I didn’t notice until I changed the earrings but they weren’t pierced evenly either

I got my first piercing by Jessica tonight and it was an amazing experience, she assured me it wasn’t going to hurt and it really didn’t, she had perfect placement, showed me how to clean it, helped choose earring studs absolutely everything i could’ve asked for. 100% would recommend coming here for piercings.

had an appointment for noon, walked in 11:55 was helped out right away singed the forms picked out the earrings. all was done in about 10 minutes. it was very low pain and everyone was supper nice and respectful!

We had our daughters ears pierced here and by the time we got home after a couple hours the backing had fallen off and the earring fell out. The store did not care to help us or replace the earring, they do not stand behind their products. I would not recommend them! … It took this review and someone from corporate to fix the error of their product. This could have been very easily taken care of at a store level.
