    The landlady is a unpredictable, moody person and takes her moods out on tenants. Very unreasonable and impossible to deal with. Loud and obnoxious.Will evict for no reason. Just cuz the mood syits her.

    This quaint little haunt is just a short walk from Victoria Lawn Cemetery. A romantic Italian Dining Lounge , Frado's ... Lest I forget breakfast at good eats . The Junction located in a near forgotten corner of Canada... Take a tour... Motel Guest don't forget a ghost walk near you!

    There are several long term 'residents' living here. May not be the best place for an overnight room.

    No kitchen, but quiet evenings, parking right outside your room. Internet is clear & doesn't buffer, buffer, buffer. I only say 3 stars because I don't have a car or a bus pass.

    City deemed it unlivable, but what's unlivable is the service provider that operates out of there ; StartMeUp Niagara; they definitely target the disadvantaged and exploit in the shadiest way possible ; through their "contracts" they abstain from any accountability
