I had such a pleasant experience here today! I actually hadn’t been to the dentist since 2016 because I didn’t have coverage and I had a negative experience at a different clinic which made me anxious to go to any dentist. I finally went and it was such a positive experience from start to finish! The hygienist was so sweet and explained each step beforehand, and was very reassuring the whole time! The dentist was great and knowledgeable as well. The hygienist even answered some questions after the dentist left and was very informative. I’m sooo glad I went here and I will definitely look forward to my next visit (I never thought I’d say that about a dentist)! The office is very modern, bright and clean as well. I highly recommend this place!!

I really had a bad experience with this dental clinic. I was scheduled for a root canal and it was my 3rd appointment with this clinic. During my 2nd appointment I was told that my insurance will cover 80% of the procedure, I even told the front desk to write the out of pocket expense in my printed billing which is 200+. However, after the procedure on my 3rd visit the lady in the front desk told me that it will not be covered and I had to pay $1500+ for the procedure. I was really frustrated hearing this, It's important for dental clinics to clearly communicate any changes in coverage to patients in advance. And what is the use that they give me an estimate but the actual cost is way beyond that. They should have given me prior notice, if they told me that I had to pay this huge amount, then I should have go with the extraction.. The lady even argued that it was my responsibility to check with my insurance, which is her job too, she didn’t even apologize that she had a mistake providing me accurate information.

Darlene is hands down the best hygienist ever! She is kind and patient, gentle and thorough, professional and very good with kids! The whole staff is amazing. They are friendly, professional and make you feel comfortable. 10/10 highly recommend

I have had high anxiety with any dentist since I was a child, I needed some pretty bad teeth fixed so I came to this dental office. I have never felt more comfortable at a dental office. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone! Will definitely be going back.

Extremely Dissatisfied. Today, I had the worst experience imaginable at this dental office. It's clear that the staff here is not adequately qualified to perform essential dental procedures. I was shocked to learn that they lack the expertise to handle even basic tasks like cleaning and extractions. It's deeply concerning that they are allowed to practice when they are clearly not up to the job. But what's even more alarming is that they are not qualified to perform critical procedures like implants, root canals, and crowns. These are procedures that demand precision, skill, and knowledge, and it's evident that this dental office falls short in every regard. My visit to this dental office has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I would strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to look elsewhere for competent and qualified professionals.

I had to call to reschedule my daughter’s appointment because she was sick and someone talked to me in a very unprofessional manner. Like it was my problem that she got sick on the day of her appointment. management team should take into consideration the few negative reviews to train staff for a better care of clients who have chosen this clinic over other good ones due th the close proximity. Also, staffs should always be polite and cordial to customers and visitors on the phone and in person.

Dr. Zyed and his assistant was the best. Best dentist out there. He extracted 4 teeth in office effortlessly and with patience and in minimal time. I would recommend smile dental and the team (including the wonderful receptionists) to anyone hesitant on booking.

I've always been impressed with Smile Dental. They are courteous, friendly, and always try to answer any questions concerning your teeth. I love them! However, on my last recent visit I noticed they have updated their offices and lobby and extended it which looks great but the entrance is still the same heavy manual door. I am in a wheelchair and due to the short sidewalk space I am unable to bring my scooter in since it's just down the block from me. That's a serious problem in my eyes for the disabled community.
