Is it a requirement for Receptionists at Doctors offices to be rude? I think that must be the case because when looking for a doctor that is all I get rude people with no manners. This is one of them. This doctor is Not accepting patients even though it says on Sunlife that they are.

Why does your website take you directly to a dentist in Mississauga??? Plus you have a dozen doctors on site and you STILL charge to park?? Dont all these doctors from other countries make enough $ without charging for parking too?? I wont ever come to this place again!

It’s next to impossible to get in contact with anyone here! After calling 6 times and waiting on hold for 38 minutes, I was hung up on when I asked if I could reschedule my appointment! It’s a shame that health care here is so inaccessible. I would recommend going to the hospital over this place any day. Waste of time trying to arrange an appointment here, even after visiting in person! The doctors are good, but the receptionist need to be evaluated and trained on customer service.

I have not met my doctor yet as he has taken over for my doctor who retired. Which been taking telephone appointments than seeing me in person. I have dealt with a really rude receptionist. Just cause i forgot i made an appointment, she made me feel as if i was stupid. Ignorant isnt even the word that suits her. She needs to change her approach on her doctors clients or find a new profession. I am in the Healthcare field. I would NEVER speak to someone like that. ESPECIALLY at my place of work. Disgusting!
