Not the best, it's at least somewhat better since they fixed the leaking roof (in many spots for a few years) and did a bit of a remodel. There is to much staff that don't speak or understand English great which makes purchases difficult sometimes but usually always friendly here and seem to always have things in stock except real grape juice!!!!

This shopping center is great ! It is a very well rounded place with different shops! It also has a few different choices for take out our sit in restaurants .

Michael's is in this part of the plaza best place around to stop for your artsy fartsy things

Stopped to get gas at Canadian tire and had to wait on the attendant who was outside with binoculars checking the price at competition up the street. Seriously oh and the competition was 3 cents a litre cheaper. I need to bring my binoculars when I get gas

Went to Hallmark. Didn't find what I was looking for, but nice store.

Easy to get around ample parking spaces and lots of good shopping

I just love Sally's. Best place ever in St. Catharines, Niagara isn't worth the drive, if rather drive the extra half hour down the highway to actually get what I need.

When I come back to my home town to visit my Mom we always shop at this one. One stop shopping helps us alot. Thanks

It's a Plaza. There's not much you can say about a large parking lot. Extra points to the groundskeepers that actually keep all the cigarette butts and garbage and the occasional needle I've seen once or twice from popping up nowadays

I really hate these cookie cutter smart centers. They all look alike and it is depressing. No character whatsoever.

Great store, somewhat disorganized at times. Maybe time of day, but they do have a great selection and do keep good stock of items. I am rarely disappointed when I visit.

I live nearby so I am a frequent customer of their many stores including Walmart, Canadian Superstore, Dollar Tree, Canadian Tire, Best Buy, Freedom mobile and of course the LCBO among others. I love the convenience and the later hours Walmart and Superstore offer even during COVID. Lots of Parking and a few restaurants like McDonalds, Starbucks, Swiss Chalet and The Feathery Pub, so an all around one stop shop. PS Dollar tree is open till 9 even on Saturday.

I was shocked when I walked into the Moores men's clothing store the other day. As soon as you walk in you're hit with a heat wave warmer than outside. Apparently the A/C system for Moores failed MONTHS ago, and won't be repaired/replaced until October 1st, when the cost will be cheaper. In the meantime, the staff continue to give stellar customer service during a very busy wedding season, with only large fans blowing the hot air around. I hope there are no expected rental/lease payments during these months, and then you have to ask how much is the Smart Centres "saving"?

Great mall with a large selection of businesses. Plenty of parking. The entire area will cover all your needs from food to sports and electronics, clothing etc etc.

Went to this plaza for Michaela craft store. Parking is good and there are enough stores in the area to complete a lot of errands.

Too busy for me but all the conveniences in one spot.

A strip mall with a restaurant and a dentist office, both i don't use. Still convenient with lots of parking.

Dangerous parking lot alot ,people will race in there too so careful if you are walking.Accessible by bus from Monday to Saturday, hours vary on Sunday.

Great collection of stores! But the entrance-way at 4th Avenue and the McDonald's is very dangerous for pedestrians; poorly designed flow of traffic.
