I think the medical staff here are very responsible and willing to help me every time I come. The doctor I went to see in the snow today was very warm-hearted. Even though my language was not good, he was patient enough to tell me what was wrong with my body. He also wrote down the words I didn't know on a piece of paper and told me. All in all, I thought they were very good. I don't know why many people give them low marks, I think it's unfair. And students who show their health insurance cards do not have to pay.Thank you so much！

I saw Dr JR Colorado. He was unbelievably unhelpful and rude. He asked me what was wrong. I have had strep throat 3 times this year and I got it again for the 4th time this weekend. He told me he didn’t think It was strep, even though every other time I had the exact same symptoms it was strep that was diagnosed by doctors from that same clinic. He brushed me off and told me to get cepacol from the drugstore as he thinks it’s just a cold. He refused to give me an antibiotic. Told me to have a good day and walked out. I went to the Pelham walk in clinic to see another doctor. And sure enough.. I had strep throat and thankfully he gave me antibiotics. I will NEVER go back to that walk in clinic solely because he works there. Worst doctor ever.

Completely inappropriate behaviour on part of the doctor. Medical opinions are what you’re paid for and should show respect to every patient, no matter the situation. Inserting your personal opinion and trying to talk someone out of pregnancy options should be illegal here. If you don’t like our laws - move to the states where abortions are illegal. Until then, you do not get to decide what a woman does with her body. No doctor should EVER make a patient feel this way. You deserve your license to be taken away. The doctor here told an already stressed out pregnant woman that she shouldn’t get an abortion and to sit with the thought the for at least a week. His reasoning is because he’s old school, doesn’t believe in them and that this woman would regret her decision.

Doctor was very rude. I wanted to ask a question and before I even asked it he basically dismissed me and then walked away. They do not seem to care about what the patient is there for at all, usually dismissing everything I came in to ask about. I understand it's a walk in clinic but I currently don't have a family doctor and it's very hard to get one so this is my only option. A little compassion would be nice..

If Dr. Colorado or any other doctor here mistreated you, please file a complaint with the College of Ontario Physicians and Surgeons. Doctors like this need to be held accountable. Any patient with a chronic condition - including those suffering from chronic pain - deserve better than what they are being provided.

Talk about a doctor who doesn't listen! I had a violent reaction to cold and flu medication and the doctor just talked over me the whole time and didn't even acknowledge anything I was saying. Prescribed me with opioid cough syrup and went on with his day without even making sure that my body would be able to handle this medication. Not coming back.

Excellent Clinic. Simply walked in on a weekday and I was surprised about how quickly I was able to see a doctor (night and day difference compared to my family doctor). Dr Seifred was really nice to me, went above and beyond on helping me understand things, checked so much more than I even thought of for my blood tests and followed up with me twice on the phone within a week! Definitely recommended and I will be visiting again whenever the need arises or simply for an annual check up.

Just got off the phone with the rudest receptionist. She did not care to explain anything. Seemed to be annoyed with me. Overall not a good experience.

Worst Doctor ever. Granddaughter was there this morning wouldn't treat her her because she's unvacinated. She's a minor. Her mother went there because of his rude behavior and remarks and physically grabbed her and told her to leave. Police were called went there but he hides behind the line. Doctor patient confidentiality. Do not recognize this person as a doctor

I see from the reviews not much has changed with this unhelpful and arrogant doctor. (Dr. Colorado). I have been taking 2 medications (not opioids) for many years and had no trouble with the other doctors… Dr. C suddenly said to me “this is the last time I will prescribe this for you.” I was AGHAST at his attitude, I had no family doctor and no other way to get these meds. Seriously these kinds of doctors should be banned from practicing. I might relocate back to St C and remembered how awful he was.

They weren’t even willing to see my toddler son who has a sore throat (I wanted to rule out strep) because they consider it a COVID symptom. Recommended I go to emergency for a sore throat. Sad that this is what it has come to. I can’t understand the inconsistencies between offices. I question if doctors who turn patients away (especially kids) should even be doctors? Very rude clinic.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. Average you have to wait 30-60 minutes then the doctor just come in rush, finish his judgement within 2-3 min utes. If you have a cough or fever that's okay, cause you will recover anyway. But for the long term muscle pain or something like that, you just keep suffering. They don't have sense of empathy to help you. All in all, it sucks. Seriously, I am responsible for all my words here.

I went to the clinic today cuz my daughter had ear pain with fever and couldn’t swallow well. The doctor said taking Tylenol and don’t eat any food, but only banana and Gatorade. He just regarded my daughter’s symptoms nothing and treated me as worried mom. I thought it’s not that simple so asked again but he never listen me. I had mommy sense that my kid was not well so went to the ER in St. Catherines then the doctor in Er was so surprised by how he couldn’t find my daughter’s ear problem. If you really wanna find your medical problem, find right doctor, not him. 1 star is too much.

This clinic is not kid friendly. No section for kids to sit and do something as they wait. The doctor came in and looked like he was in a rush and did not try to interact with my son when checking him. He did not even sit down to hear my concerns. It was one quick question after another. Overall I did not get a good customer service experience.

I would highly recommend going to a different walk in clinic if you're able to. Receptionists were helpful but pretty unfriendly, which made interacting with them kind of uncomfortable because they made me feel like they were irritated to be talking to me. I dont know the doctors name that i saw but when i was there but i felt pretty rushed, which is understandable considering he was the only doctor available that day. The real problem I had was with the prescription he gave me, when i went to the pharmacy (shoppers at pen centre) i told the pharmacist what my symptoms were and she told me i should be using something completely different, so she got into contact with the walk-in clinic and was able to give me something else. If she had not caught this i would have been taking a medication that would not have been effective whatsoever. also when i was there i did a simple test and they told me they would get back to me within 72 hours, its now been over a week and I havent been contacted. my past experiences at this walk-in havent been great either but this is the first time ive felt compelled to write a bad review due to the fact that the doctor prescribed me the wrong medication, which is concerning.

The girls at the front desk were fantastic! I didn’t need to talk to the pharmacy so I can’t say good or bad. The doctor though, I went in with a mangled finger. He DID NOT look at my hand. Simply filled out wsib paperwork and walked away.

I saw Dr. Munkley and he treated me like I was a waste of his time and that I was the dumbest person he’d met. I actually had to fight back tears because of the way he was treating me. I will NEVER be going back to this place.

Just recieved the worst service. I called ahead to ensure they could and would give a vaccine, and to ensure I brought all the correct paperwork. When my son checked in, The receptionist snapped at him it wasn't the correct ppw, and told him to sit down. We showed her it was the correct ppw and the other receptionist tried to explain I was only doing what I was told, and we were continuously dismissed to go sit down. They told people checking in after us the wait time was 45min. We sat there for an hour and a half while everyone coming in after us saw the dr. B4 leaving. Never going back there again, and it's a shame because the dr.s are usually really good!

Update: I recently visited the clinic again thinking I would give them another chance. The doctor- Dr. Grant Seifred did an extremely minimal assement when I visited him in the clinic. He did not even ask basic questions about duration or symptoms of my complaint and instead spent the majority of time complaining about how little physicians make. He sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy after I told him the correct one twice. He downplayed my complaint, ignored me and just generlaly pushed off anything I said. I visited here for a prescription refill and was told that the doctor on that day does not give our that type of prescription, it was birth control. That should have been the first red flag. The receptionist told me she set up a phone appointment the next day with a different physician. That day came and I recieved no phone call. I went back into the clinic and was advised that she booked it for a different day. I saw the physican and recieved my prescription refill. I was promised by the physician I would receive a phone appointment in a months time or so, the day came and suprise suprise no phone call. The physician was nice but I do except the professionalism to actually call when promised. If you want things done properly do not go here. Do not waste your time. The clinic doesn't fail to disappoint .

Brought my 3 year old son who was having trouble breathing and a cough. The moment we walked in the staff recognized that he needed immediate attention and took him right away. The dr was very knowledgeable and quick in determining that my son needed to go to the hospital asap. Turns out he had a collasped lung and thank god for that clinic because of the quick and knowledgeable action they took my son is now okay. Would recommend to anyone!

I just had a great experience at this clinic. Very thankful for Dr. Seifred! I was very nervous to have an infected cyst frozen and cut open but he made me feel so comfortable by cracking jokes and talking me through it. Amazing, straightforward doctor!

Got to the clinic at 5 to 9 they open at 9am, checked in at 9:02, the nurse brought me to the Dr. Colorado's office at 9:08, the doctor walked in was super polite and asked what was wrong, took a look at me and explained exactly what was wrong, prescribed some antibiotics and advil, it was the shortest and most pleasant visit ever, I knew I need antibiotics but I thought I would get the run around, but it was great, very professional explain everything and I was done, and to top it off the pharmacy is right there, gave them my prescription and it was ready in 10mins. I was in and out of the clinic with prescription in hand less then half hour. Best best experience ever super nice nurse, and great doctor less then 30min on a Saturday. Keep up the great work.

By far the best walkin-in clinic! Dr. Grant Seifred is very kind and cares about his patients. He is compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to providing excellent care. He listened actively to my medical concerns, he shows empathy, and approached my medical situation with kindness and understanding.

Saw Dr. Seifred today for strep throat. He was fantastic and could see without me saying just how much pain I was in. Thank you for caring. Over the years ive seen Dr. Bertolo and Dr. Munkley and they were also amazing. This is the only clinic I'll go to.

Okay but seriously though, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here because just recently I went here and this one doctor, at his FOSSIL AGE, was just plain rude and ignorant. He wouldn't even let me finish clarifying my issue without interrupting me. You are a doctor and it is your duty to listen to and understand my problems first!

Had a sour experience with the receptionist. She was short and unfriendly. Very unfortunate first impression for the clinic.

Dr. Colorado is A kind, caring man. He is an excellent listener, and once he gets to know you, he is very passionate about helping people. No quick fix or easy medications. He is practical, well educated. I adore him.

Very slow service. Waited for forty five minutes in the waiting room before they even called my name. Then waited another ten minutes in the patient room (where the doctor meets with you one-on-one). Only reason I gave four stars was because of the voluptuous female Caucasian nurse, with the blonde hair. Wow, she had my blood pressure rising...among other things. She's absolutely gorgeous. What a beautiful, smart nurse. I left feeling so much better. ;)

Best walk in clinic in the city. Very professional nursing staff and Doctors. Dr. Munkley and all other Doctors are very professional and caring. (Even though we have family doctor, we only went to see them twice and stopped going as we didn’t get a good experience from there.) I recommend this clinic to everyone; Tip: always check the medi map for waiting time before you go and will save your time.

Although i asked for a doctor note, I was sick.Only when I felt better so I could drive there and see a doctor. My temeperature was normal DID not mean that I was feeling good and tried to pretend i was sick. At least, please show some respect and give me any advise about my illness. After one simple check the doctor left the room without saying anything. I didnt even know what should I do next. lmao. Well, this doctor did ask me to see another doctor tomorrow.

I made a test and the doctor asked me to come between 48-72 hrs. I came on time as he asked me, I found they posted a sign at the door that they are closed. They didn't notify me nor updated their hours on Google Maps. Total disrespect and amateurs

Worse experience ever, I asked for a skin testing then the Doctor told me to not act as a doctor. Gave me medications and ask me to call again when is not working and well I called. Asked me to pay the fees again and I’m not gonna face the same doctor. So basically, gave me whatever medications and let me go. This clinic should be a garage fixing cars so if you got my suggestions.

Worst clinic ever…. The doctor was so arrogant and overbearing manner to my questions for my girl. My kid’s had high fever for a week and vomiting couple of times. But it wasn’t Covid so I asked about the symptoms but he didn’t want to answer, just kept answering taking a Tylenol and coming again with very high tension. I never wanna go to see the dr again.

The secretary was extremely rude. Even though we were the first ones in line when the opened, because my child had a cough we were required to wait in the car while they took all the other patients behind us. (My child had a negative covid test) Highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Do NOT go to this place, very very unprofessional front desk and doctors, can’t give you any solution for your sickness, doctors keeps you coming back for them because that can make them rich, even their equipments in the room are not working properly and no one even fix it. Probably by far the worse walk in clinic in the region… doctors were fabulous. Reception on the other hand… said a 20minute wait. Ended up 2hours. Kept telling me “your next your next”. Drove from out of town as the ones in my town ranged from 1-3hr wait. Just to have the same wait i would there. My toddler could not sit for the 2hours and the reception seemed extremely annoyed by it… meanwhile if i knew it was 2hours, i would not have come to begin with! Never again, and never will i recommend. Reception needs to learn how to tell the time and manageme patients better.

Hands down the WORST Animal hospital I’ve ever came in contact with. I took my puppy here to get a check up along with her vaccines, after being examined the vet informed me the my puppy has a level 1 heart murmur. After being informed of this I was very very scared considering I have no knowledge about this what do ever. The urgency they created made me feel like my puppy was dying! After leaving the vet balling my eyes out I called them back to have a vet call me so I can learn about more about my puppies condition. They told me they would get back to me within a couple hours and didn’t call me back for almost a week. When they finally contacted me I explained how they made me feel really upset and uneasy about the situation and I really didn’t know what to do and I have been sitting around for almost a week so stressed. The vet then just told me she would think it would be better that I found another vet to start going to.. after making me feel so terrible about my puppy the only thing they could tell me was to go find another vet. Such TERRIBLE service at this place! I really couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I would NEVER recommend going to this clinic. Nobody should have to feel how I felt about my puppy, so uneasy and scared.. these people do not care about the pets the care about MONEY! So sad.

They may have updated the inside of the clinic but, the doctor there is unsanitary. I had a needle administered without the physician wearing gloves.

I attend this clinic when I require unexpected access to medical care, as my family physician is located in Hamilton, attributable to the shortage of doctors in this area. I have always been treated well and respectfully, and my problem appropriately addressed. I do not understand the negative medical reviews, here. What do people expect? A warm, fuzzy and chummy hospitality-like atmosphere?!

Clean place and nice girl at front desk, but the doctor was very impatient and didn’t even bother looking into what was wrong or offer any medical advice what so ever, all I was told was to “just wait it out”

I called to find out if a walk-in doctor or nurse could remove the staples in my knee from my recent total knee replacement. The answer was no, they don't remove staples here. Whaaaaat? Why? It's not exactly rocket science. And it's certainly not something a doctor or nurse hasn't covered in med school or nursing college. Strange!!

Quick efficient clinic with friendly physicians and staff.

Located in a strip plaza we entered at 9:05am on a Saturday and the place was full. Receptionist was friendly. Physican was professional, efficient and pleasant. Good overall experience and out the hour in one hour. Tim Hortons is next door so grad a coffee.

Was told over the phone that they would be able to provide a physical that I required for a driver's license... when I arrived I was told that they would not do it and only had a nurse practitioner there so I could not receive a physical. The receptionist was not helpful at all. Hard to believe the doors are still open at this location. Hard to believe it is a medical practice. Will definitely never be back and would warn others to find another clinic.

Been to this clinic a few times when my family doctors clinic was closed and it depends which doctor you get. There are a few that work there and it’s usually one or two doctors per day. My favourite one was this elderly doctor with a pride pin. He really knew his stuff and got his patients what they needed very quickly, so there wasn’t a wait time. I had issues with another doctor there who didn’t prescribe me the generic brand for antibiotics (which would be covered with my OHIP card). And I went to him about having to pay after going to the pharmacy and he wouldn’t do anything about it. But all other times I’ve been to the clinic it’s been fine. The receptionists are extremely nice. Usually the one on the left admits patients. I think the receptionist on the right mostly does admin work.

I have to chime in that I go here specifically to see Dr.Munkley. whom I've seen regularly for some years. Although thru walk in clinics. I find him to be a great doctor who listens and tries t9 remedy you quickly. And efficiently.. great bedside manner and doesn't just throw scripts at u .

Been coming here since they first opened..always have had a good experience..recently I've been waiting to have my wisdom teeth removed and I ended out with a pretty bad infection from them being impacted. I called the day before Christmas eve and the doctor was able to write me a prescription for antibiotics over the phone and fax it into the pharmacy without me having to go into the office due to covid which I thought was awesome. The doctor was super friendly too ! The receptionist on the other hand when I first called was very rude for no reason and thats why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5

Hands down the worst clinic you can possibly call to book an appointment during covid.They pick and choose which patients to see and redirect you to other clinics. May be they are better than other clinics, may be the hippocrathic oath of do no harm has changed recently to do harm in certain situations without even listening to the patient. The receptionist was extremely rude and lacked compassion when my girlfriend called to book an appointment regarding abdominal pain.She doesn’t have OHIP but is willing to pay-out-of pocket but they wouldn’t even give her the chance to talk to a doctor even over the phone.She was told to go to another clinic.

I'm confused as to all the bad reviews .this is hands down the best clinic I ever been too. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They find solutions and work fast to solve them . Unlike some drs who just want you to keep coming back.

Every time we deal with this clinic, there are issues. The first two times my husband went, medications were not explained adequately. Third time, I had to go, and the md talked down to me like I was a peasant. Today, I called and asked what their process was for patients who have covid symptoms but a recent negative test result, and I was left on hold for 15 minutes.

Dr.Munkley was the best doctor I've ever had and he's always polite and humorous. He's always been able to diagnose what was wrong and treated me right away. . I Would never go to see another doctor . Thank you

I had been on quietiapine for 5 months and the Dr Elliot gave me a whole different medication and with instructions for a high dose and did not give me my.medication I was on and couldn't sleep or take time.off. This is the second time he has switched medication without telling me with an arrogant little man complex to boot

During COVID-19 this walk in clinic is doing appointment only. I was able to get in within two hours. I only waited 10 minutes past my appointment time. The office was clean, the doctor was friendly and I would recommend this location to friends and family.

I went their for my tb test last Saturday, I was asked to come on Tuesday between 9 to 4 to get into the next step ! I went their on tuesday around 3 before trying to call them. Over the phone the pre played message said that the working hours will be from 9 to 4 However when I reached at 3 they were closed . I again took half day from.work.on Wednesday around 2:50 ish they were closed . So I decided to go there on Thursday morning and they arr telling me I have to restart the test again since its past 48 hours after I took the first test! They also got the dates wrong that when I reached there today they were telling me I was supposed to come in on Saturday since I got the the first injection on last Thursday ° I went through my payments and I told her I wasn't here on Thursday I was here on Saturday! Very poor communication by the front desk staff I wouldn't have wasted my time and my 50 dollars if they would have communicated properly
