I
was
a
member
at
this
gym
for
years.
I
never
missed
a
payment.
The
pandemic
hit
and
for
some
reason
they
stopped
drawing
payments
from
my
account.
I
am
not
sure
why,
I
assumed
because
the
gym
wasn't
open
they
were
not
charging
their
customers.
They
never
communicated
anything
to
me
so
I
was
unaware.
Last
month
I
received
an
overdue
payment
letter
in
the
mail
asking
for
2
years
worth
of
dues
with
interest
on
it.
No
communication
ever
after
missing
1,
2,
3,
6
months,
1
year
of
payments.
Just
a
bill
for
2
years
worth
of
dues
with
interest.
This
gym
is
a
cheap
gym
but
this
is
a
terrible
way
to
treat
a
client.
You
would
think
some
notice
would
be
given
prior
to
the
2
year
mark.
Very
disappointed
in
this
gym
and
the
way
they
do
business.
I
cannot
cancel
my
contract
because
they
want
me
to
go
in
person
but
they
are
not
open.
Also
they
won't
even
answer
the
phone
when
I
have
tried
to
call
and
next
month
I
will
get
another
letter
stating
that
I
owe
more
money
that
I
cannot
facilitate
payment
on.
I
cannot
stress
enough
how
poorly
they
are
managed
and
operated.
Aside
from
this
the
change
rooms
were
never
clean,
the
gym
was
over
crowded
and
the
staff
complacent
and
not
friendly.
I
have
would
suggest
going
to
literally
any
other
gym.
