Welcoming environment, good customer service and lots of bake goods to choose from, cafe Gatti offers a good variety of sandwiches, salads and pizza, as well as coffee and tea, We had a fragrant, citrusy cardamom Chia tea, a well balanced regular coffee, crumbly pistachio biscotti, a juicy burger accompanied with crunchy fries. We are definitely coming back!

I have ordered their cakes for years and they are always a hit at special events. Love the hazelnut torte, our go to favorite!

I order a torte from here for almost all my special occasions since I found this place. The most recent was a milk chocolate truffle torte and …… OMG!!! 100/10. So freaking good! I called pretty last minute to order and they made it happen no problem. They met my special request to add mini eggs and just wow - Exceeded my expectations as usual… staff is always super friendly. Their cheesecakes look unreal also. If you never had a torte, I HIGHLY recommend you try it from here. You will never go back to just regular cake!

I can't believe I haven't had their pizza before! I snagged a slice of mushroom and it was extremely excellent, the flavour was on point, it was light, and the crunch on the bottom was amazing! Zero flop!

Had lunch last week and was really happy with our service and lunch...staff was very helpful recommending drinks etc. Haven't been since the pandemic and was so nice to be back and know that it is still a great place to go for lunch. Can't wait to return!!!

The place was clean and practicaly spotless. The staff was super nice, but most importantly the food was amazing. I like to eat new things, but I have my favorites. When I saw one of my favorite vegetables on the menu I ordered it, but was a little nervous because as much as I like it, it can be done in a way that ruins it. Not the case here. I devoured it happily and went to get more. When I asked for just more veg I got one of those are you sure you are asking for the right thing? So I repeated my self in broken itialian, and the server kinda light up and said ok I will be out in a moment. 3 mins later I was happily eating more. Caffe Gatti is a place I will return to again and again. As of this review I have been twice and had the breakfast sandwiches and the pizza. They are all great. I look forward to sampling the rest of the menu

The food is delicious and the coffee top notch. The staff here are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a proper espresso and delicious pastry. The only downfall is that the music in the cafe is BLASTING. The music is so loud it’s like being at the mall instead of a cute cafe.

Typically, a chicken parm, or veal parm, is a staple go-to dinner for me. Naturally, its one of my favourite sandwiches as well. The Veal Parm Sandwich from Cafe Gatti was out of this world! Fresh flavours of pesto and tomato on fresh ciabatta just hits differently. By far one of the best Veal Parm's I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend it ! The coffee is also very delicious. Definitely my new spot for a, "Damn good coffee." The service was fast and the staff are also very friendly! Bon Appetit!!

We used to be so happy to visit here, but the food really is lacking these days. The new owners are truly awesome people. Service is great, and the place is clean, but the atmosphere is lacking. For me, it's just too sterile. It would be nice if they had comfy seating, rather than all high tables. I'd suggest a canopy for out front, rather than the umbrellas. Back to the food....I find it tasteless. The veggie sandwich was fresh....but lacked any flavor. I'd recommend a nice sauce and toasted bread/bun. If the food was more flavorful, I'd give 4 starts for sure.

I initially left a four star review, but after my recent experience there I was compelled to write a new one. The first time I visited this place I got the turkey sandwich and a cookie. The sandwich was good, the cookie was very stale, and the price was high. Overall I was satisfied. Unfortunately this past weekend my experience was much different. On the 27th my Partner and I had to be in town for an appointment at 9:30, so we figured we would stop here for some breakfast. Unfortunately, at 9am they were still not open. We knocked and waited a few minutes and no one showed up. It's not a good look. But every business makes mistakes so we brushed it off and went elsewhere. Then we decided to go back the next day again for breakfast. We figured we'd give the place a second chance, and I really wish we hadn't. This time they are open on time, and we got a bagel, a breakfast sandwich, coffee and a bottle of orange juice. They only had one bagel choice, plain, which was surprising but I'll take it. We get the drinks and are waiting for the food, and I see that on the orange juice bottle that it expired three weeks ago!!!! Immediately I ask for a new one, and the lady did apologize, but I was appalled. But the disappointment didn't stop there. We took our food to go, and the bagel was so small it was comical. Same goes for the breakfast sandwich. And considering all that cost us $25, we were hoping for some more bang for our buck. Honestly, the bagel wasn't much different to something you get at Tim's, just double the price. It's safe to say we will not be returning.

The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was excellent and the price was affordable. The parking was not the greatest, however. Be prepared to pay for parking.

Went there for a coffee and brunch. Iced coffee was good. Grilled chicken sandwich and the breakfast sandwich were really nice too. Might visit again.

This was our first time at Caffè Gatti. We had the spicy prosciutto eggplant sandwich, the chicken parm sandwich and two large pieces of their flatbreads, including one with pear and gorgonzola. As well, we chose an assortment of their pastries, including ricotta-filled chocolate cannoli. Everything was fresh and delicious and the service was quick and friendly. We will absolutely be returning, maybe for breakfast next time.

My girlfriend came here for a cappuccino, and requested it to be "kids temp". Any barista with some knowledge on making cappuccino's would know what that means... Simply, it means to make the drink warm enough where a child can drink it... Well, whoever made this cappuccino on Wednesday May 3rd 2023, at approx. 1:00pm did a TERRIBLE JOB making this cappuccino. The drink was SCAULDING HOT, and this business is lucky they aren't sued! The milk even tasted burnt and disgusting! I will NEVER EVER step foot in here, and will tell everyone I know to NOT do business here EVER! Good luck!

This place is a real hidden gem in Niagara. A real authentic Italian cafe in every aspect. Delicious pastries, sandwiches, salads, and drinks, and some of the best authentic Italian pizza in the area. This place is a must try!!!
